Great location, great service, competitive prices !!!!! I have been going to Barber Lounge for years for my son !!!! Stephanie always give my son the best haircut and is so detailed. She is awesome, friendly and so dependable. We moved to carol stream a year ago and my son and I still make the 30 minute drive to get his haircut here, we love the shop and STEPHANIE :) !!! 👌🏽👌🏽
This is the absolute BEST barber shop Ive ever been to. Im super picky about my hair but all of these talented professionals never fail me. My expectations are always exceeded. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
This is the best barber shop Ive been to and the only one Ill go to now. I highly recommend anyone who is picky about having their hair cut go here. I had my hair cut from a few people at this place and was pleased with them all. I really like Stephanie though, she does an amazing job.
Stephanie has been cutting my sons hair for a few years and she always does a phenomenal job. She is professional, punctual, and friendly. She always makes his hair look like he is ready to walk the red carpet. I highly recommend The Barber Lounge, especially Stephanie.
Always a great experience and professional customer service. Barbers go above and beyond to make sure you get the haircut youre looking for. Very family oriented barbershop, with cool graffiti drawings on the wall. Overall its a great place to get a haircut at an affordable price.
For the many years I’ve been going,Barber lounge is great on appointments, always on time for your cut. Walk ins get taken care of quickly, even with big families. The barbers are polite and professional, nobody leaves complaining about their cut. Highly recommend the barber lounge for all.
I recently visited the Barber Lounge and had a haircut. I must say, this was the BEST haircut I had ever received. I got a number 4 on top and my fade was PERFECT (seamless)! Additionally, the shops interior was nicely done, with new comfortable barber chairs. Overall, it was a very pleasant, relaxing, and professional experience. I FOUND MY ONE AND ONLY SHOP!!! THE BARBER LOUNGE!!! AT LAST!!!
Went there caue my regular barber shop closed down it was a last minute thing and the girl that works there did a really great job. She took her time and kept asking how I wanted things done step by step. I was really satisfied with the cut in the end. One of a the best I have received definitely recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be going back soon. I would recommend scheduling an appointment with that girl but I didnt learn her name but walk ins are accepted.
This is one barber shop that everyone needs to go to! The staff is very nice and professional. The Environment is friendly, clean, and Modern. My Family and I have been going here from the start and will keep going here thanks to Carlos and his Staff. Best place in the area! I been coming here for 3yrs and would not go anywhere else! Family friendly! Best fresh haircuts in town!new equipment! You get what you pay for! there cuts are on Point!And Stephenie and Carlos really care about the community I am a drug addiction counselor and outreach worker! And they have been donating since day 1 to cloth and feed the homeless in our area.
Had my first cut at Barber Lounge with Ralph today. I called and made an appointment for 1pm and when I got there he was finishing up another customer so I waited for a few minutes but nothing unreasonable. Its clear that Ralph takes great care in his work. Ive never had someone put that much effort into cutting my hair. If you want to be in and out in 15 minutes go somewhere else. If you want a great haircut from an excellent barber who puts the time and effort into getting it right wait a few minutes for one of the excellent barbers at barber lounge. If the rest of the barbers are as good as Ralph Ill definitely be back for all my future haircuts.
The Barber Lounge is the ONLY place you should be going for a haircut! Ive been a regular here for a few years now and during that time, Ive gone through several different hairstyles, all of which their talented barbers have been able to accommodate. The atmosphere is relaxed, the conversation is genuine and friendships are made. Carlos, my barber, and the shop owner is the man. Im a mountaineer and Ill spend weeks on end braving the elements, climbing some of the highest peaks in the world. When I come home its not always pretty, but Carlos always finds a way to clean me up and turn me back into a respectable member of society! The Barber Lounge gets the mountaineer stamp of approvel, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone

We travel quite the distance for the barber lounge but Steph is worth it. She cuts my husbands hair & now my sons. The patience & detail she puts towards their cuts is always on point. Highly recommend them!

Very relaxing getting my haircut here! The employees are dope & it’s a dope spot to get a good quality haircut. Haven’t lived in the area for a long time, I didn’t know a whole lot of barber shops that were around. So finding this shop was awesome

My barber flaked on me on new years eve. I obviously decided to never return to that place, but I didnt know what to do because it was New Years eve and I looked like a bum. I called this place at 11:30 am and they said they would accommodate me around 1pm. I walked in at 12:50 and I was seated not even a minute later. Haircut and beard were $35, a little more than I was expecting, but they did a flawless job. Ill definitely be returning.
Been getting by haircut by Carlos at The Barbers Lounge for many years now, but all the othe barbers there all talented as well, they all offer great quality work at a reasonable price I have never have been disappointed with a haircut. The barber Steph always does a geeat good when she waxes my eyebrows as well.

Ive been coming here for about a year going on 2. Very nice and proffesional people. They are skilled and good with children as well I take my son there only some barbers arent as patient or curtious to children. They also take credit card.
The barber lounge is a legit shop. Carlos and his crew of barbers are ethical, professional, and honest. No barber shop in the area comes close. Trust me you want to get your fade, or haircut here.
Best haircut Ive ever gotten! Being a Marine, Ive gotten hundreds of fades. These guys make all the other fades Ive gotten in the past look like garbage. Anthony is a very skilled and customer service oriented barber. Will definitely be making this my usual barber shop.

This is place it’s great. I have been doing business with them since my kids were little now my kids are grown and they go on their own . I used to go into the city to get my haircut.I’m glad that I found them, very professional and I always have a good time when I go there
Cuts are good and staff is polite but I don’t like that on their board posted inside their store they advertise 12$ for the cut but make you pay 22$ and still expect to be tipped on top of it. And also they had told me when I had called that I was good to come in after telling them I was in a rush to be greeted with 4 people in front of me after arriving not even 5 mins after the call to me That’s some shady bussiness regardless of how good the cut is. I will not be returning and I will not be recommending this place to people solely for those reasons.

Lived in Bensenville for most of my life, always went to barber lounge since it opened up. I moved out of Bensenville recently to Mount Prospect, i drive back to the barber lounge for my haircut every single time and will continue to do so.

They cut reallllllly good here just make sure youre paitent because usually it can take a while before youre next during their busy hours but well worth it.

There are several technicians here so make an appointment, you wont be disappointed.I have been to Stephanie twice and both times it has been a great haircut. I have received multiple compliments. When you see clients leave this barber shop, they look like precision hair and beard cuts. Give them a chance! Book online makes it easy.

2022-05-05I went here on a recommendation a few years ago and havent gotten my hair cut anywhere else since! very relaxed and inviting atmosphere, even for a square like me 😎 I always have my hair styled by Stephanie. she does a great job and has always tried to squeeze me in because Im an easy cut, but Id call ahead to make sure they can take you, or to set up an appointment time. the best difference here is that nobody will try to push products or services onto you, they just want to help you look your best

2020-01-13I have been coming to the Barber Lounge for as far as I can remember. The service and quality of the cuts have always been great. I typically schedule an appointment and am always taken at the time I schedule but Ive always seen walk ins get taken care of right away. The barbers really do care about giving a good cut and making sure the customer leaves satisfied. In addition I brought my 1.5 yr old son here and the barber was patient and caring. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Def recommend.

Whether you are walk in or have an appointment, you will find yourself being treated extremely well......I mean like a King. They always ask how you would like to have your hair cut every time doesn’t matter you are the first time customer or long time customer. Barbers there are all professionally trained and very very experienced, they know hair cut......Any style, any way you want they will make sure you will be totally satisfied. About 4 years ago I lost my barber due to his retirement and I was in searching for new barber shop, I walked in to The Barber Lounge and never left, I wish I knew them earlier. Their place is large and very clean. If you are looking for barber, or maybe you just tired of your old hair style and like to try new style, go there and they will make you happy and smile.
