I had a crown done here and it was very easy procedure both fit and shade were spectacular. Nice staff and knowledgeable doctors. Can’t wait to get my teeth whitened .

I was looking for a dentist for the past month.i finally got hold of this dentist by referral from a friend.he was great, he fixed my tooth with no pain, does not over charge anyone very honest and he helps clients without insurance.
Dr. Chammae is very knowledgeable and dedicated to his dental work, makes you feel comfortable and always ready to answer all your questions. Many options are offered to work with patients needs. Definitely recommend!
Best dentist EVER! I was a dentalphobe, but no more. Dr. Chammi was very thorough and caring. Im terribly afraid of the dentist, and he goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. He is an excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry he can offer. 10/10
At the end of last year I didnt like the way my teeth looked. I finally decided to get braces at Avid Dental. The process was so easy and I love the way my teeth are looking. Its not only really easy they have such good doctors. They are all very kind and I always look forward to going because I know that I will be treated good. If there is something wrong right away they are able to attend you and you never have to wait. The staff there is the best always very very kind!! I love going to Avid Dental. I 100% recommend Avid Dental if youre looking to get braces.
I have gone to many dental offices , and this one has been my favorite! My kids and lots of family members come to avid dental. The girls at the front desk are incredible. They are so patient with kids and always have a smile. Dr.Mazon is so patient with kids, really couldnt thank her enough!

Looking for a great dentist? Look no further! Dr. Chammae is absolutely wonderful! As a mother finding a dentist that is great with my entire family was difficult. I’m so relieved Dr. Chammae has made my family comfortable and his work is remarkable! We now look forward to the dentist!

Dr. Chammae is an awesome dentist, my kids love him. great guy. Down to earth, wife had to have some work done, previously she was kind of a scaredy cat at dentist. He made her feel comfortable. nice modern clean office.

This dentist office is great. But hard to get an appointment with Dr. Goel and she is the only one that my kids ever want to go to. Good office staff nice spot but with they were able to schedule better with our preferred dentist. We have been going here for years and the whole family became so comfortable with Dr. Goel’s professionalism and passion of dentistry. Thanks Dr. Goel for making me feel more confident to smile.

My last appointment was for a root canal and the doctor did a wonderful job. Friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. All questions were answered and they take the time to explain everything. My experience was very nice and I definitely recommend.

Dr Goel is great. My kids like her. Shes so good that my son wants to be a dentist when he grows up. Everyone there is so warm and provide great service in a clean environment.

Dr. Chammae is great dentist and a great guy. Luckily, ive never had to had any major dental work. When my son had a cavity, Dr. Chammae made it easy, pain free, no problems. Nice guy, cool dentist.
Dr. Chammae is the only dentist I get work done by especially As someone who’s terrified. Dr chammae does an outstanding job from start to finish from his calming demeanor to his patience. He truly takes the time to listen to my concerns and gets the work done without an issue. The staff are always so welcoming and inviting making my visit a delight. I had multiple cavities and fillings that needed to be done and was able to be in and out quickly and most importantly PAIN FREE! Couldn’t be more grateful for Dr Chammae’s work.

I go for a yearly deep clean and my experience was pleasant, the doctor is very patient and understanding. You are greeted and treated with respect when you enter the office. The staff is honest with all procedures and understanding and give valuable financial advice.
My son required cavity treatment and i am glad to choose this clinic. The doctor and the support staff were so patient while administering the treatment to my son. I went to Avid Dental Mount Prospect for a teeth cleaning. Dr. Aggie was wonderful! She walked me through all the information on how I can prevent future cavities and was very friendly. I went to see Dr. Aggie for a tooth extraction a few days ago. I was a bit anxious at first, but she made the procedure a piece of cake! She is very friendly and has great chair-side manner. Dr. Aggie and her assistant make an awesome team and I couldnt be happier with my experience. I even made another appointment to see her again for a cleaning. Overall, I definitely recommend her for your dental needs. Youre the best, Dr. Aggie!

I dont even go here and felt the need to write a review for such poor customer service. First off, my dental experiences have ranged from civilian to military over the years so I can correlate extreme differences. In short, this place is TERRIBLE with admin and customer service. When I say terrible, their wait times are horrific! Im in the military and I know a thing or two about waiting, but avid dental needs to do an overhaul with their admin, especially the front desk/ front desk manager. In the 2 times I have been there my girlfriend has had to wait 30 to 60 minutes for a scheduled appointment. This is unacceptable. As if that isnt bad enough, this place is located in a sketchy area. All Im going to say, if the dentist is located in a shopping mall...rethink your choices.

Yesterday I went for the first time for a cleaning and extraction and the truth was I was very happy, the whole team treated me very kind and professional, they explained the procedure well to me. I definitely highly recommend it.

2022-02-22My experience at Avid Dental is the best!!!.Got my Invisalign here and it has been the best investment in my life! Very nice stuff and knowledgeable doctors!!! ! I had lots of problems with my teeth. I see huge improvement!! No more jaw pain :). My teeth getting straighter and straighter every day:) Highly recommend !!!! Office is super modern, clean and you will not find better prices!!!

2022-03-21I have never been a big fan of going to the Dentist but this place is great! It is very clean and the staff is very professional and welcoming. Lucy made me feel comfortable and did a great job of explaining exactly what they are doing. They offer many options and are willing to work with you. Very fair people. Would definitely recommend. I have been needing a tooth Implant for a few years now. I was hesitant to do it before, but Dr. Chammae explained the whole implant process and was able to work with my budget.

2021-12-19As a relatively recent patient at Avid Dental, I am extremely satisfied with my experiences and work done thus far. I had my first cleaning with Avid prior to the pandemic lockdown, and subsequently have visited for regular appointments for the past 2 years. I am very impressed with the level of attention to patient and staff safety during this unprecedented time.Staff - Extremely kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Appointment scheduling and reminders are easy to set up and, despite a hiccup when switching their scheduling systems, I am more than satisfied with their overall process. The only issue I ran into I was able to reschedule easily and they found room for me within the following 2 weeks.Dental - Doctors and assistants here are extremely professional and have a wide array of technology and tools to efficiently perform dental work while reducing discomfort. Their approach seems to be whole of mouth care from teeth down to their roots, gums, cosmetic concerns, et. al. I am not always on top of taking the best care of my teeth, and I can tell some areas require that extra oomf to get back in shape, but despite this I always walk away feeling refreshed. This is impressive to me as my teeth sometimes have sensitivity issues.Most importantly, at all my appointments and when calling for questions, I feel treated more than just another patient, but like I am valued as a person. The office in Mount Prospect by my estimation is top notch and anyone looking for a new dentist, or unsatisfied with their current, should schedule an appointment and give them a try.

2021-08-235🌟!!! I was greeted with friendly faces, my wait was as long as it took me to fill out my new patient paperwork. They explained every steps we did and were going to do. Doctor is very warm, welcoming, and informative. He said “let’s get you out of pain, then set you up with a plan of success.”. My comfort was the most important thing to Doctor. They even went as far as to work with me and my budget so I could get the best treatment not the cheapest. At my last follow-up I’ve told him I will be leaving my dentist to become a full patient with him and we are so excited for the future. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly!!!
