So I went in to ask if they could replace the brake light bulb in my car. Online reflects they have to look it up and if they can and have the staff then they will. First guy passes me off to the next. Next guy says he doesn’t know how to do it. Then he says because of the corona virus they are not allowed outside. I would be ok with that statement if autozone had said that on the site. At this point he could of just said no one was available at this time to do it or hell he could have even said they can’t do it on my vehicle.
The Manager was not very helpful. She pulled a clerk, who was helping me to help another customer. Then when he was done with the other customer, he had to attend to other customers who were waiting in the cashiers line. It took an hour to get a pack of tail lights. I do not understand why the Manager and Trainee couldnt handle the flow of customers on their own and had to take my clerk away.
Will not be coming back to this store. The first time we came here we were sold parts for a completely different car, and when we came back to get the correct parts, the exchange took over an hour and cost even more than we originally paid. Some employees do know what they are talking about, but the majority (and even the manager) do not.
Autozone has lost a very large amount of customers due to their poor service and low knowledge of parts. I ordered a alternator for my vehicle and they said they would call me when it was in and never did. As well as their staff giving my family the wrong parts on 3 delegate occasions. I would not suggest going here to get parts and to go to another auto part store. Very disappointed.
Ok was dealing with a associate because I was looking for something. He was VERY unhappy, was upset that the part I needed was moved somewhere else by management, was talking disparagingly about another employee, and was using profanity all the while. It was very unprofessional, and I said to myself that I would never come here again.

2021-05-24I came in there because I needed a battery and Ashley came out read what the problem was and she was like yeah its the battery so she read my options and instead of just handing me the battery because it was almost time to close she went outside took my battery out put my new one in for me and stood there until it was OK for me to drive she was hoping the censors would pop up so she could read any other problems for me. I would say she most definitely went over what she needed to make sure I was satisfied. She is an awesome worker so Ill be going back and only working with her.

2020-10-20The employee greeted me when I entered the Joliet store and asked if there was anything he could do to help me. He walked me over the section with the replacement headlight bulbs and explained the different options available for my vehicle. He then brought the product up front, rang it up and told me to have a nice day. It was a pleasant experience..

2021-05-02Some parts are out of stock. Like serpentine belt should be available everywhere in my opinion but then I can understand with the whole covid situation it might have effected the stocks here as well. But extremely friendly workers here makes up for the shortage. Thank you.

2021-03-23Charged my card 280 dollars without telling me how much they charged me and without sending me a receipt.... then when I find out I dont need the part and call back for a refund they are unable to do it over the phone and tell me to come in. Which I cant because I put my car in the shop instead of doing it myself.

2021-01-07I was there to buy some USB type adapters and some antifreeze I will say after I was browsing around for five minutes or so more than one person working there asked me if I needed help. So its a good place to check out
