Friendly helpful employees.
Lovely people. When my wiper got pulled off at the new car wash the people at Autozone did all they could do to assist me.
WAY better than NAPA. Just dont expect them to diagnose and repair your car... its not their job. They are there to help the DIYer ... if you are dependent upon help, pay a mechanic. Oh... and dont go here to overpay for oil.
Manager is amazing and all the employees have been friendly and very helpful. Thanks to the small town AUTOZONE in Beardstown IL.
My battery died and were able to come to me, jump my car, and switch out with a new battery! Great, friendly service!

2022-04-05Absolutely horrible! Rude to customers. Ignored me when I was in need of help. All just left the counter and hid in the back. One girl, Andrea, finally paid attention to me, made faces was very loud and disrespectful as I was talking and then pawned me off on another employee when they came in the door while still trying to tell the other employee what to do. Rather go to Napa!

2022-01-24Had a great experience with this store. Lindsey and Nikki helped me get the battery replaced with warranty credit and also showed me how to unbolt the spare tire from it’s compartment. Top notch assistance from this store. I did not need to go to Jacksonville, Rushville or Springfield to get these things done.

2022-01-10Very rude people. We walked in asked the four people that were behind the counter that weren’t helping anyone.. where to find something and 3 looked at us like we were crazy. One tried to help us but was going for things that was nothing like what we were looking for. And we asked again if they could help us find something and they said we have no idea what your talking about. We asked can u look it up? They said no. It was a simple thing. Clips for the cable on our dash cam. Super rude.

2020-01-19I recently visited this location, the store was very clean and the employees were extremely helpful. The girl that was there, I believe her name was Alicia, was very polite and answered all the questions that I had. She even put new windshield wipers on my vehicle..even though I was more than capable, but it was cold out and she offered to do this service for me.
