I have been searching my whole adult life for a good auto repair business. Finally, I found it! Its name is Auto Plus & it is quite the gem! I dont think its wise to write a novel as a review, but I could - because I have so much positive to say about them. They have been my savior on numerous occasions. Extremely fair & I totally trust them, what they say and what they recommend. Imagine that. And, they are within walking distance of my business. SO convenient. Loyal customer till the end.... :)review update -- its been 3 years since my last review. Ive had my cars in there for several different reasons since then. Yep, they are still the absolute best. Never disappointed. Always amazed. Keep doing what youre doing!!review update -- even after I purchased a brand new vehicle, I continue to take it to my auto repair besties when I need service. STILL the best in all the land. In every way!!
Great shop. Attention to detail, fair prices, check Groupon for deals. This shop has the feeling of a family owned shop but with the ability to handle volume. Will continue to go here.

Been here for oil changes and alignment , I am Hoping they take my extended warranty because I really want to avoid Honda On Grand and get some things fixed.
Looking for a new local business to bring our cars to. We had a problem with the door lock that was not fixed correctly somewhere else. They figured out the problem that it was not put together in the right order. We had an oil change, filter, and tire rotation. The price was fair and they even applied a coupon for us. Employees were informative and friendly. So far they have earned a return visit.
Got my oil change today, not the first time or the last. Always a great experience with Mike and the guys at Auto Plus. Unlike a lot of shops, they wont try to sell you maintenance you dont need and have no problem elaborating on why something went wrong with your vehicle. Id absolutely recommend them to anyone needing routine maintenance or need a more drastic fix.

These guys always go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. They always call to talk through what they want to do and what the costs will be before doing the work, so youre never surprised when you get the bill. On my most recent service, I dropped my truck off and left town. When they finished the work, they actually dropped the truck off at my house so I would have it for work when I got back. Well never use another auto company for as long as these guys are in business.
I have been using Auto Plus in Addison for a few years now and I love the service over there. The guys are always very helpful and make sure I understand what the problem is. They are always available when I just call for answers to my questions as well. I highly recommend them.
This place is great! My family has been coming here for years and they always do a great job. They have a great family feel and I always feel like I can trust them. This was proven to me again last month when my car needed work done but I didnt have a lot of time since I needed it for work. It was right before the holidays so I was concerned about how long it would have to sit in the shop. When I let them know of my urgency they not only got my estimate done right away but they fixed my car the same day! Definitely a great service every time done by great, friendly people. We will always continue to bring our cars back here.

I went to get a oil change and he came with more issues. He broke one of the wheel plug and i had to pay for one plug $170. I bought a deal from groupon for $38 for a oil change. Amd after all i have to pay extra $170. I would not recommend this place because they took forever.
Mike and Brian are so friendly. When they speak to each other and the other mechanics in the back,they are professional. Work is clean. Prices are reasonable. They let you know what needs to be done before they do it. I found this shop on the repair list from the emission center( failed). They fixed me up in a reasonable amount of time,took it back and passed! I love their work, customer service and their smiles. New client for life! Well I have a 09 Pontiac G6 Gt w/ mileage of 205011! Well see how much longer it lasts!!!
Excellent crew kind and friendly staff. The service there is fast, terrific and they always resolve any issues that I had with my vehicle. This is the best mechanic shop I have ever been too. I definitely recommend this shop for service on your vehicle you will not regret it.
I have been taking my car to Auto Plus for years. Great customer service and an honest business. They will give you the best recommendations even if it means going elsewhere. They have loaner vehicles and are extremely flexible.
This place is great! I had been trying to find a new mechanic and then had a bit of an auto emergency after hitting a railroad track wrong. My mom told me to call Auto Plus (she started going there last fall when she had some major car issues) and even though I didnt have an appointment, they told me to come drop it off right away to see if it was safe to drive. They got me in at the end of a Friday afternoon and looked at it and then had ME come back and look at it so they could explain the issues. I LOVE that they did that! My old place didnt really explain things to me very well and treated me very much as a listen to us, we know what were talking about while at Auto Plus, they are trying to really help me understand what and WHY things need to be done. They are upfront with their prices and give you options and are very straightforward with the information and recommendations. And since I couldnt drive the car home (and they are closed on weekends) they gave me a free loaner! When I came back for the followup visit to see how it was doing (free!) and had another issue, they took such great care of me.If you are looking for a new car shop, Auto Plus in Addison is 100% the place to go!
There’s a reason Auto Plus has many good reviews. This place gives me reassurance that not all mechanics are out trying to rip people off. Every time I have brought a car into this shop, I was provided pictures of anything that needed to be fixed and wrong with the vehicle and I think that’s what makes this place great. Nothing but honest people here!
Needed a minor repair done on my Honda in order to pass my most recent smog test. The guys at Auto Plus fixed it right away and even took the car back to the testing station for me and it passed no problem. They didnt charge me for any of it! Amazingly nice people. Highly recommend.
Great service!I was trying to find a new place to take my 2003 Honda Accord. I bought it new and Ive taken it to the Honda dealer for everything, but the last few times I took it there they did not repair it correctly and they did not seem to value me as a customer. So I decided it was time for a change. I had used Auto Plus to repair my old Volkswagen and I remembered them as always treating me fairly. So I decided to give them a try with my Accord. I was really pleased with their service. I thought that my car would be due for a major tune-up, but they said I could wait a while – how refreshing to hear that! Then I asked them to investigate an electrical problem, which I somewhat doubted that they could diagnose and repair. I was surprised when they offered me a loaner car. (In the past, the Honda dealer kept me waiting at the dealership for as long as 6 hours.) Shortly after I returned home in the loaner they called and said that they had found the problem and fixed it, and within the minimum allotted time for diagnosis. I was really happy! When I returned to pick up the car, it was washed. When I bought it new, the dealer promised to wash it every time I bought it in for service, but never washed it even once. Auto Plus is my new repair shop!
I have been coming here for years! The service you receive is top notch! If your car needs repairs, this is the only place to go. The service is honest, fair, and on time! Brian and Mike will always tell you what you should have done right away and what can wait.
Incredible service and staff! They not only made my repairs quick and easy, but also informed me of two recalls on my vehicle that could have been very costly and dangerous.I am so pleased with the follow-up calls and being able to fit my appointment in around my own hectic schedule and a very busy, before a holiday weekend and a road trip I was going on that helped give me peace of mind that I would be safe driving my car.An extra thumbs up to the service manager Mike B. who always goes above and beyond to help explain the repairs and extremely professional as well as friendly to put my mind at ease.
Awesome experience. I forget his name, (mike?) but the man who helped me was very helpful, quick, and courteous. My synthetic oil change was fast, and the inspection he gave was honest. He laid out my options and his opinion, which was not based on him trying to upsell, but truly taking into account my situation with my car, it’s miles, how often I drive, etc. On top of all that, he was very friendly and we had great conversation - as well as with the other employees there. I highly recommend this particular AutoPlus and will keep coming here as needed!!!
The staff was very friendly and courteous. Free shuttles were available to get you home if you didnt have a ride after you dropped off your vehicle. Mike thoroughly explained what they did to my car and what was needed. They didnt try to push unnecessary repairs on me. I was very satisfied with the work that was performed. I have found my go to mechanics!
Always a 5 Star experience at Auto Plus! I appreciate always getting a heads up about what is coming down the pike, how serious and costly it is and when it is going to need fixing. Mike and Brian are always friendly, helpful and provide great customer service. My last visit, I asked Brian about a product to get rid of a greasy stain on the interior of my new car, he didn’t hesitate to offer to try to clean it, and did a great job! A ride is offered if you wish to leave your car but with a clean, comfortable waiting area, with WiFi, TV, cold drinks and coffee, hanging out is an option.
Mike provides great service!! He helped my fiance with getting an oil change for our car. Not only was he knowlegable but he was overall very helpful. Best customer service we have gotten in a while, we will definitely be back!
This might be a little long so the TL:DR is: this will be my new go-to shopI dont trust a lot of places that are in the business of selling. Many will try to sell you things you dont need so they can make a buck so finding a place you can trust that wont rip you off is pretty high on my list of priorities. I had a shop I could rely on where I used to live but they are too far now after moving to Addison and Ive been doing my own general maintenance so I havent needed to find a shop.Well, my 09 Vibe ended up making some noises at about 2400 RPM from the engine but ran completely fine. My mechanically inclined friend suggested that its probably time to get a new car but I wasnt quite ready. I took it to this shop since it got great reviews and was told theyd check it out but it would be 1000 bucks for the engine tear down and reassemble and thats just to find the problem, not to fix it. I get it, but I wasnt ready for a new car yet so you gotta do what you gotta do and that price was in line with what Id expect on an engine tear down for this area so I went with it. Got a call back about an hour later from Mike who asked that I come in real quick to meet with the master mechanic on duty so they came and picked me up (great service by the way) and they had me listen to the engine with a tire rod. We could easily distinguish that the sound wasnt from the cams or timing chain but was definitely in the base of the motor which meant $$$$$$ in repairs or even a new engine. Instead of charge me the $1000 dollars for the tear down, they did the honest thing and gave me their opinion that it wasnt worth it. That earned my trust right there.Fast forward 2 months later and my wifes car stalls on I-390. Engine shaking violently and has the throttle body light on. Get it towed in and they look at it first thing in the AM and give us a call, throttle body is in need of replacement along with wiring etc. Had the car back same day, parts/labor/inspecting all for ~$780. I gave it a few days before posting to make sure it was still solid and even put a few hundred miles on it to make sure. They did a great job and Im happy with the work.On top of that, they let me know that there are some other small things that could be done, but of most importance was that they told me the brakes and tires were good. I had my wife go to merlin to get an alignment and they send her home with $1200 in quotes including new rotors/pads/tires to which I said absolutely not! I had just replaced the rotors and pads. Again, Auto Plus they came through the with trust/honesty win.Great crew, great service. Thanks for that!Steve
Youll never find a better mechanic! The service is always fantastic and they always provide a detailed explanation of your options if something needs to be fixed. I drive from the city to see them because I havent found any place that comes close to meeting their level of quality and customer care.
I drive from Oak Park to see these guys for an oil change SIMPLY because they are looking out the good of my vehicle and not just trying to make a buck. They are upfront about the cost of the repairs/service and their trustworthy knowledge made it easier to make bigger decisions when it came to my car. Came for the Groupon, stayed for the customer service.
Ive been going to Addison Auto Plus for all my car troubles for almost 10 years now. This place is the best, Mike is very knowledgeable and cares for his customers. Their mechanics are top notch, their work is very clean and thorough.
Mike and the team at Auto Plus were unbelievable. They really came through for me. They are trustworthy and honest. They look out for your best interest. There is no point in looking to take your car anywhere else but here. They treat your car as if it were their own. Highly recommend!
It was my first time at Auto Plus. I was only going in for an oil change but did have some more concerns on my vehicle. Let me start off by saying I was more than happy with the service that I was provided. Mike went above and beyond to address the other issues I had with my vehicle. He gave me a really reasonable price and fixed the problem that day! Its really hard to find a mechanic shop that you can trust nowadays. But let me say that I will for sure be going back! (lets hope its just a routine checkup) Thank you Mike once again!
Auto Plus provides amazing service. Fully checks your vehicle and sends an electronic report that covers the major as well as the minor things. They wont try to force you into anything you dont need and are always professional. My boyfriend suggested them and I havent looked back!
Youll only get dishonesty from this place. Took my newly purchased used Infiniti for an oil change, tire rotation, and full inspection. First thing clerk pulls me aside for is that I need to change my brakes because they are dangerously worn and if I continue to drive, I risk my life. Clerk wanted $300?!!!? For just a brake change. I said not no thanks I can do my own brake change for $24 or so dollars. Next thing clerk says is that my car is leaking oil and in order for them to diagnose the problem they will need to wash the underside of the car to find out exactly where the oil is coming from. Me having very limited knowledge on cars agree to this wash because as soon I found out my car was leaking oil I freaked out. So, after my cars underside cleaning I go home to immediately change my dangerously worn brake pads...only to find out they were only worn halfway...NOT DANGEROUSLY LOW. I had an appointment set up to do a follow up for the oil leakage, but decided not to go back because of the dishonesty over the brakes. I had another mechanic look at my car and guess what...the mechanic from Auto Plus did not tighten the bolt where the oil is drained from. The other mechanic tightened up and told me that it seems like they did not tighten that bolt so that it would appear like my car is leaking oil. Sorry for the long review but no one should be scammed for trying to maintain their car. I do not recommend this place at all if you know nothing about cars because Auto Plus will take advantage of you.
Ive gotten 2 oil changes from this location so far. The staff was extremely friendly and informative each time! I booked a last-minute appointment today with limited time between work and they were very accommodating. Ill definitely be back!
I had a good experience getting an inspection on a car I was thinking of buying. The inspection seemed thorough and helped me identify something that needed repaired before I purchased the car. My only complaint is that the mechanic was unwilling to give me a clear answer whether the car seemed to him overall like a solid vehicle. He was kind of noncommittal about it. I interpreted this as him simply being cautious, but it would haven been nice to get a clearer answer about whether on balance the car was a decent purchase and whether it seemed to him like a reliable vehicle. Overall, however, it was a good experience and I appreciated that they let me into the garage while the car was on the lift so they could show me what they were seeing. I also appreciated that they did not charge me for an additional inspection when I brought the car back to see whether the owner had solved the problem they identified.
Very helpful knowledge staff that does not in any way dismiss the customers own experience and knowledge of automotive repair, if you know a lot about mechanics they will listen and give all due reverence to what you have to say and dont dismiss you or your understanding of automotive mechanics and even will engage you in reminiscent conversations of the way cars used to be easier for the DYI person to work on,and how now its like the automotive industry has gone out of their way to make it near impossible to do your own work. Again helpful convenient and wont upsell, or push a repair that is needed but can be lived with if you dont have or want to put the money into your vehicle, only will push if its a danger to you or further damage to vehicle.Note: I started using them on a high recommendation of my friend Mike Happy Snap Galick the areas Snap-on dealer, and who best to really know what type and quality of a mechanic as he deals with all of them, hes been the areas dealer for over 30 years.

They never push for repairs and always let me know what they would reccomend be done soon, or what can wait for the time being. Prices are very competitive and the service they bring is top shelf. This is the most customer friendly, HONEST auto shop EVER. It probably helps that I live within a couple of miles from the place, but they provide shuttle service if you are dropping off a car and youre going within a certain radius, they can provide a loaner car, OR, the best of them all, they have come picked up my car from my house and on occasion, dropped it off at my house when the service has been completed. When one of our cars had an oil leak on our garage floor, whether it was their fault or not -- they sent someone over to clean up the garage floor for us. Just 5 Star service. Their prices are better than dealer and they are more HONEST...if it doesnt need replacing...they dont replace it! If your car can go a few more miles without changing something, they will let you know...and if something needs to be changed, you can be sure that they will do it for a fair price. Highly recommend this shop. I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else.
They say the three people you need to trust are your doctor, your barber, and your auto mechanic. I have a good mechanic near my home, but I needed a good mechanic near my work. So I started looking around and asking around and found Auto Plus in Addison. My truck had a steering problem. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. We talked about the symptoms and likely causes. They got into the job and like good detectives chased down all the possibilities to the root cause. Turns out the three most likely causes were fine, and the problem was trickier to diagnose. They nailed it and fixed it fast at a reasonable cost. While they were at it they examined my truck which has 208,000 miles and determined that it is excellent condition. The only thing they found were cracks in my serpentine belt and a burned out fog lamp. I told them to go ahead and change the belt. They went ahead and fixed the bulb for me for free as a good will gesture. They even drove my truck over to me at work so I could test drive it. I was very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely give them future business and referrals. Ron
Would NOT recommend bringing your car to be serviced at this place. I bought a $25 Groupon for an oil change. Had my brother bring it in while I was at work. To come home to a $100 bill for 2 filters they put in WITHOUT my permission!! That I could’ve bought from auto zone and got them both for $30!! & installed myself for free!!! They called and told me my breaks were dangerously low and should be replaced by this weekend. I told them no thanks I can do them myself for $60 instead of the $400 they were trying to charge me. Funny how they could call to ask about the breaks but wouldn’t call for the filters. My money should be refunded for them deciding to do work on my vehicle without my permission. That’s ridiculous that they wouldn’t ask before doing so. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I would NEVER bring my car here to be serviced again! Especially after reading the other negative reviews sounding very similar to what happened to me. Clearly they like to scam people in to wasting money on things that are not wrong with the vehicle.
Ive been going here for 18 years. Ive never been over charged. Mike at the front desk really takes his time to understand what the issue is with your car. Mike provides great customer service and is always worried about your safety and getting your car done the right way. I wont take my car any where else.
Amazing customer service! Ive been to many different auto shops and this one beats them all! The employees are extremely friendly and trustworthy. I will be going back with my moms car and told my sister to go, too! I highly recommend this company and specifically this location to anyone looking for a great and genuine experience. A very congenial shop. A type of family. They understand people are on budgets and they never coerce their costumers to strong-arm them to do repairs they cannot afford. They do document their findings and recommendations on the repair invoices so costumers are reminded that these issues have been discussed. I have never had to bring my vehicle back to them for the same issue. Only once, and that is because the GM/Delco part was faulty. They are timely and very efficient in getting your vehicle rolling as quickly as possible. I have known the shop to stay open later and finish costumers cars that were promised out.Their pricing is reasonable and every dollar you spend here, returns as an investment for your vehicle.
I love Auto Plus Addison! I had to have extensive work done on a few different items on my car. I was contacted often to discuss exactly what was being fixed and the prices for such, and I picked up a car that worked great. I won’t hesitate to go back for any needs or concerns!
Weve been bringing our cars now for over 2 years and have nothing but the best to say about the place. Mike and Phil are simply the best at explaining everything. Being a woman, they never try to tell me something is wrong unless its really wrong. Most auto shops like to cheat. I also refer my friends here. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Ive been to tons of places for work on my car for the past 17 years and I found these guys on Groupon. I decided to give them a try and Ive been coming back ever since. They are friendly, honest, and you know your car is good hands. Ive been scammed before with those quick lube places that charge you and they never actually change your oil or do any work. I actually watch these guys doing the work and check it afterwards. My new favorite spot and I drive here all the way from downtown chicago.
I initially came here because of a Groupon, but will now use this shop for all of my car needs. Everyone is super friendly and goes above and beyond for all of your concerns... Super happy I found them...

I grew up with an auto shop on the same block who were basically family to us. After that shop closed, Id lost all hope on finding a business like that. Until I came here. They care about you and your vehicle as an individual With honesty, patience and kindness. I cannot speak highly enough of this Auto plus and the wonderful people here.
Very friendly on the phone when scheduling the appointment, fast with the oil change and gave an honest assessment of the state of my car -- didnt try to upsell unnecessary repairs. And plenty of coffee and water in the waiting area to boot. Couldnt be more pleased.Thank you!

The guys at this location could not have been easier to work with (especially the guys working behind the front desk). They were very detailed in their response, and didnt BS me. The work done was completely satisfactory and done quickly. I definitely recommend Auto Plus - Addison.

I had a misunderstanding with the staff and the owner decided to call me himself to settle the matter. He handled it in the best way possible and thoroughly explained all the charges. After our conversation I feel much better and I would definitely return. Simply based of the fact that the owner truly cares about what goes on in his shop and that everything is taken care of. Misunderstandings will happen but the way he went above and beyond to resolve my concerns just made me a regular customer. Auto Plus has my business.
Super friendly and efficient (both on the phone and in-person). I got a Groupon for an oil change and some inspections, and was very pleasantly surprised with the superior level of customer service (especially compared to my previous Groupon oil change services). I highly recommend this place!! :)
Got a great Groupon for a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. They were fast, friendly, and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. They are pretty far from my house but I might make the drive next time I need work on my car.
Auto Plus is the one place I can take my car to and not have to worry about getting hosed. Best prices around!! My oil change is usually 80$ I payed a little more than half that and received a tire rotation as well!! Great staff and Fast Service !!! I HIGHLY recommend!!!! Don’t throw your money away at other places!!! Go to Auto Plus!!!
Mike and Brian were very courteous and kept me informed of the status of my repair throughout the day. They contacted the dealer for me, for possible recalls before performing a repair, and provided me with all the details of their conversation. Great local shop and great service.
I live in West Virginia, and reached out to Auto Plus, Inc. to inspect a used car I found at a nearby dealership through the website CarGurus. They made an appointment to inspect it on the following day. Mike did an extremely thorough inspection -- one that reflected an intimate knowledge of Toyota Siennas -- and emailed me a detailed inspection report that included photographs of problem areas. He gave superb advice and helped me make the right decision about the car. I would recommend Auto Plus, Inc. to anyone!

Oil change was all I needed and all we wanted. The machanic told my wife she needed tie-rod ends $$$! I said no, and took it to my mechanic and he said not as bad as Auto Plus tried to scare my wife into believing. They also rotated the tires and left the front lugs much looser than the rears.My wife did indicate that the mechanic was very nice and information.

This place is the best! Hands down theres no better place to have your vehicle serviced. The team here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They make sure that the customer is well taken care of and satisfied with all services provided.
I would like to start by giving my review some context. My car had an engine light for about two years because of an O2 sensor. Every shop I went to they would just read the code and say I needed another sensor. Even the Mitsubishi dealership in Countryside IL did the same thing. I told the less than respectable dealership that I already change it but, they didnt care to listen to me.I gave up on it for over a year, then my car started to have other issue I could not ignore. I took it over to Norman Automotive in Mount Prospect. This is another place that reads codes and hang parts and nothing else. They didnt even take the time to test drive it. I decided to try to replace the O2 sensor again and same result.By this time I am extremely frustrated. I did an internet search and somehow stumbled upon CK Auto. I took my car in and from the onset they wrote down all my input as to what I was experiencing. They provided an loaner car so I could still go to work. Couple of hours later, they gave me complete explanation of my issues and also accurate.O2 Sensor turned out to be a bent pin, that is why none of the sensors worked. The story gets deeper as to why the pin was bent in the first place but I will save the details of that. Also, since they actually test drove it, they discovered a leaking exhaust gasket which is the other issue I could not ignore. All the work they had to do was still done the same day. That was unexpected in a good way.I have been trying to resolve my issue for a long time and CK auto figured it out in a couple of hours. From now on, any issues I have with my car, CK auto is the first place I will take it to.
I was brought in by a groupon..but was initially drawn in by the reviews...and they live up to them. Very accommodating and fast service for an oil change. Organized, thorough and kind hearted. Will be back with the rest of the familys cars. Thank you!
Great service! Treated like royalty!!! Went in for A/C recharge, prices was great and they even gave me a loner car (the loner was nicer than mine)to drive while they work on mine so I could continue with my day. I was very impressed with their service and any work needed in the future is theirs to do!
I love Mike B. and his crew at Auto Plus in Addison Il. I have been traveling back and forth for many years now (from Davenport, Iowa) to see my fiancé and he takes his car in to Mike B. and his crew at the Addison Auto Plus for all maintenance needed on his vehicle. So since he recommended Mike and his crew, I have taken my vehicle there also, I can say that they have never done me wrong, keep me updated on when there will be a special for the work that needs to be done on my car, has helped me with any questions I have had about my car. I have never found any mechanic in Iowa to be as trust worthy and honest as Mikes crew. I will always go to Auto Plus for any major issues with my vehicle and now as of today I have moved to Bloomingdale, Il. and I will be getting all routine and major maintenance done at AUTO PLUS...
Have been going to Auto Plus in Addison for the past few years and have been very pleased with the service they povide. Mike always greets you by your first name. If they find anything during their inspection they always explain everything in detail. I have recommended Auto plus to my friends and family.

The staff at Auto Plus is top notch!!My car stalled driving home one evening, so I had I towed to Auto Plus (as Ive doing business with them for 22 years now) thinking a part failed due to normal wear and tear, however it turns out that there was a manufacture defect with the 2012 Sonata causing the engine to seize due to not enough oil lubricating the crank shaft, which I was unaware of.Auto Plus had my car sent to the closest Hyundai dealership to have the motor replaced under warranty saving me about $8,000.Thanks Auto Plus!Your customer for life,BJ Poznecki
Brian helped me test my truck, when it was rejected, at the Illinois emissions test site in Addison, I had no Check engine light on, but was being Rejected and a No Pass, because my vehicle was showing Not Test Ready the Emissions center would not allow me to renew my vehicle sticker, until It was test ready, and certified by a repair facility. I calledAuto Plus in Addison, explained what was going on, they said stop in, I did so, and BrianExplained the issue, then went out and took care of the issue in my vehicle, and even went on the Government website to enter the information and register the work, they also gave me a copy, to turn in at the Emissions test site, I was able to get my plate sticker and was on my way. This place has great customer service which is not too common. From the time I scheduled to the time my car was ready I had a very pleasant experience here! Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Mike and the team were very professional and timely. I received a very thorough explanation of the issue and the options available to fix it. Everything was done with my permission. Prices are fair for the work they do. I am definitely returning in the future.

This place is a huge SCAM and MAJOR RIP OFF! PLEASE GO to reputable mechanics that wont RIP you off! These guys wanted to charge my brother $6500 for a new engine, oil gasket and hood latch that didnt need fixing. My brother ended up towing his vehicle to WAR Automotive in Addison for a 2nd opinion, where they only charged him $1800 and he was out the door the next day. He didnt need a new motor and Auto Plus actually broke a bolt to the crank shaft and wanted to charge my brother when it was there own fault!! Im also going to the BBB to report these shysters. BUYER BEWARE!

I found this place based on good reviews off of google. Needless to say do not use them they will charge you a $90.00 fee to diagnose your issue then they will tell you its not repairable and send you on your way.

2022-05-21First time visit and I was impressed. I didnt feel pushed or pressured. Actually got in a bit before my scheduled appointment time. Last place I went to for oil change/tire rotation tended to overbook appointments. Last 2 visits my car didnt get started until an hour after appointment time other visit they were short handed and had to reschedule, would have been nice if they would have contacted me before I got there. Nothing but positive impressions for Auto Plus so far, hope it continues. Timely appointments and excellent reviews proved to be accurate.

2022-06-04Low tire pressure warning came up on DIC, called Brian and asked if I could stop by in next 10 minutes. Sure! 20 minutes after I pulled in I was on my way to work with an inside the tire patch.As always, Auto Plus provides prompt, fairly priced service.

2022-01-20There were some misunderstandings in communication regarding how long it will take for an oil change, but they did their best to fit our needs. And I really appreciated that. The woman at the front was great! She was very nice and caring :)One problem is that the employees were not wearing masks properly. Sometimes, they wore it under the chin, which is not the right way to wear a mask. There was one customer doing the same thing, talking over the phone, but no one told him to put on his mask. I did not feel safe to wait in there. Other than that, their service was good.And one more thing fyi, my car is a hybrid and I had the groupon deal (which includes oil change, battery check, inspection, etc.) But they couldnt do the battery check for my car because its a hybrid.

CSR Mike is always professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Today, mechanic Emily inspected a car that my mom was looking to purchase.
