Stay away from major purchases here. Autozone is way cheaper. Found this on many occasions. Would only buy oil or other fluids here.
He went out of his way to even call a mechanic to ensure I had the right fluid for the car now that’s customer service

2022-05-24The GENERAL MANAGER AMADO MUNOZ IS A THIEF! HE MADE ME DELIVER PARTS IN MY PERSONAL VEHICLE AND THEN CALLED HR SAYING I STOLE PARTS (the parts were left in my vehicle and I had 0 idea of it. When contacting Amado about the incident after bringing the part back he threatened to call police if I informed HR.

2021-08-13Honestly, the service here wasn’t too bad for an auto parts chain. However, I cannot get over how they charged me for a lifetime warranty on a tool I was borrowing through their loaner program. Yeah, I paid up front, was told I just needed to bring the tool back for a refund, I brought it back, I was not refunded the whole amount. They kept the warranty that I never even asked for. They just slipped it on and didn’t refund me. I have the two receipts in front of me.Why would they do that?But otherwise, I finally got the job done, with their help.

2020-10-03We bought windshield wiper blades and one of them came without a piece, when going into the store they were apologetic and this must happen often because they had a box full of spare pieces for people to use. It was easy, they gave us the part we were missing and we went on about our day. Thanks to the people in the store that remembers my husband, its nice that they do especially since he spends so much money with you all.Besides the missing piece everything was great and again they gave us the missing piece and it took like an extra 30 seconds to go in tell them and get the piece so great job to everyone at that store. Well be back soon, always improving on something.

2021-05-02Advance Auto Parts website shows all kinds of parts even showed what I needed. Problem was that the parts arent in stock and need to be ordered and then you have to wait until the parts arrive at their store. Amazon can do the same thing quicker. OReillys had what I needed in stock so I went there.

2019-11-19Ok. Kinda pricey. Asked about a battery change out. Said they couldnt change it. Said there was duct work in the way. Funny. It was only the air intake. 2 screws and it was out in 15 seconds. Ending going somewhere else. That was cheaper. And they replaced it for me. In about 20 minutes. Staff needs to be better trained on autos before telling me a simple battery change out. Could not be done.

2020-09-08Nothing but awesome service. Staff is always helpful, informative, and polite. Store is clean and organized. If they dont have it they will get it quickly. Order online and save along with their service makes it hard to look elsewhere.

2020-11-28Rude and unprofessional. Came in and ask for a part, yelled at me because they couldn’t understand me, I had a mask on. I said it again, and they said, to speak louder or whatever. I just left without saying anything. Could be because I’m Hispanic? No need to be really rude for no reason.
