The salon is so welcoming and beautiful.My stylist is Faith Pickett she always greets me and listens to what I want...I love going there.All the stylists there are warm and professional to every client...the shampoo lounge chairs are amazing as are the styling chairs.....Go check it out....Iam sure youll want to become a regular client.

I have now been to Aura Salon twice to see Andrea - one for mens haircut and another for beard trimming/styling. The knowledge and attention to detail is unlike anywhere else that Ive been. She really listens to what you want, and does not try to cut corners to achieve it. Would highly recommend for any man looking for a mens cut and/or beard styling.
The place to go for getting all your hair needs takin care of. Mandy does my hair. I trust her fully! She does great with coloring and cuts. She is the only one ive trusted with my hair in the past 8 years!! Sarah one of the owners does a great job too. If ya dont like your hair and need a change or need help with product or you want that cut or color youve put off,for years Aura is the place to go. Ohh and they r dog friendly! doggy treats and all!!
My name is Angela Parker, and I have been going to Landon now for a little over 5 years now. He knows exactly what I am looking for in a cut or color. I have 100% confidence in what he does. He always has my best interest at heart. He has Never steered me in the wrong direction with my hair choices. If I am undecided, he always knows the best solution for me because he cares. I love the feel of this salon. They carry Milk Shake hair products. My favourite reason for getting my hair done here is Landon! Hes absolutely an artist with my hair!
Sarah always makes me happy to be there. Oh, and she gives great cuts too! The facility always looks clean and the other stylists are always friendly.

2022-06-08Our whole family goes to Andrea and we love her. She does gorgeous cuts on little kids. So if you have little ones I’d highly recommend her. She’s great with kids. I’ve personally been with Andrea for 5 years now and she’s always up for trying something new with my hair or working towards my ideal color. She’s very knowledgeable on everything from color to the right product for your hair.

2022-03-23Aura is a really special place. It accepts all people, all types, all sizes, and all quirks and embraces them equally. I love going to Aura because it is calming, the people are kind as all get out, and I always leave happy with a smile on my face. My son and I both see Alyssa and she is the sweetest, funniest, and most loving stylist I have ever met and she makes me and my son (on the spectrum) feel comfortable and seen. They have also expanded their offerings and brought in a nail person, massage person and will have a boutique soon. Keep growing Aura!

2022-08-10Mandy was wonderful! My first visit was just a cut but she was so sweet, professional, and confident. There was no judgement and I left feeling satisfied with my hair and the overall experience! I’m excited to try the product line Aura carries as well - my hair felt amazing after she washed it! I’m so glad I was referred to Mandy and plan to be back in the near future 😁

2021-11-05Love this salon. The feeling is classy and inviting. The staff is always so welcoming and they are exceptionally skilled in their work. Plus their products are amazing and they clearly do tons of continued learning to stay up on the top trends and products. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

2021-01-30Finally, my daughter and I just found a new salon! We love the friendly and clean atmosphere. Stylists were great and listened to what you wanted. I think that Peoria Heights is becoming our place for not only crafting & ice cream, but for hair styling too. Feel good when you look good. Thank you Alyssa and Whitney! 2021-08-07Alyssa does a great job with my hair treatments, dyes and cuts. She also does my toddler sons haircut for me which I am too scared to do myself! Love Alyssa and Aura and highly recommend!
