I had a great experience at Athletico in Washington park. Everyone treats you like family instead of a patient. They are very patient and very serious about your recovery! I am sad to go but thankful for my wonderful recovery!
When I tore my ACL, I thought my sports days were over. Thankfully the wonderful, caring staff at Athletico Wash Park worked with me, listened to me, and helped me get back to my active life. Theyre the kindest, friendliest people around, and Im so glad I chose this location for what was a very, very long rehab. Over the many months that I went there, the therapists and staff became a family away from my family-everyone always smiling and laughing, other clients being helped, etc. Even during the height of pandemic, they were very vigilant about COVID regulations, and they continue to keep everything safe and clean! Highly, highly recommended!

(has to use my wifes account as I have no Google account): Ever since this branch opened in the XS tennis facility I have used it for my 2 shoulders which have also both been operated on in the last couple of years. The competence, efficiency and high morale of the therapists Rebecca, Megan, and Calvin are remarkable and consistent over that time. The same can be said for staff members Ashley and Marisol who are supportive and cheerful every single day. Because this branch is nested inside the tennis facility there are occasional glitches in the 2 organizations schedules and use of resources which the Athletico staff handles with poise, humor and effectiveness that is much appreciated by me. I have seen this over and over again. I am so sorry I have not written a review earlier for them because they deserve many good reviews from me. They feel like extended family in some ways, they are so good. And they have been extremely patient with me, a patient who tells stories that are sometimes too long. Sorry!
I started at this location about a month ago and I have to say I LOVE THIS LOCATION! The facility is amazing and the team is great! I feel my injury getting better but also my therapy is helping me improve more problems I didnt know I had. Never thought I would enjoy physical therapy as much as I do, Thank you guys so much Athletico (Washington Park).
This is a great place for physical therapy. The entire staff is patient, knowledgeable and professional. They scheduled my therapy sessions around my work schedule and made every attempt to make my experience enjoyable. I would recommend other persons to utilize Athletico in Washinton Park services.
After my spinal surgery I started PT at Athletico Washington Park. The staff there are so friendly and professional, they really put you at ease and Rebecca is awesome!!! It’s easy to get to, nice parking lot and a clean facility with a relaxing environment that’s good for body and mind. Athletico Washington Park is the place to go!
Receiving treatment here has been amazing. it has truly helped with all of my back issues. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I started going here very early in my pregnancy and they made me feel safe right from the beginning. Marisol, Rebecca, Ashley, and Calvin thank you so much for being so awesome!

Great trainers/therapist. They are very dedicated to improving your condition. Rebecca was awesome. She gave me very effective exercises that strengthened my muscles. I enjoyed working with her.
Calvin my therapist, Ron the assistant the other staff members has been nothing but helpful to getting me back healthy. 3 days a week. I looked forward to coming. Today is my last day.my plans are to continue the work an instructions I got from them.Over the years I have been to lots of physical therapy facilities. This team is by far the best.
Had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Improved my strength and flexibility better than I expected. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. I hope to never need PT again. But if I do, Im coming straight back here.

Athletico is working with me to restore full function and mobility for my left shoulder for the past three weeks. Im well on my way to full recovery.With Covid protocols in place, any consumer might be wary about receiving and participating in physical therapy.The staff at Washington Park is very conscious of all the safety protocols and ensures that all equipment is regularly and completely sanitized.Most importantly, the staff at Washington Park is empathetic, friendly, and professional. They demonstrate the ability to work together as a team to make sure that all of their activity is centered around patient care and bringing about positive outcomes. They definitely make you feel like they are part of your family and fully invested in your care.
When I arrived at this location, I had a lot of pain and a lot of doubt. Calvin Ip sat me down and calmly explained my situation. His knowledgeable demeanor instantly put me at ease and earned my confidence. As it turned out, this was the best decision I made. After a few days the pain was gone and after a few weeks my confidence and my swagger were back. Because of their professionalism and personal attention to their clients, I would recommend the Athletico location at 5335 S. State to everyone. They should be awarded the peoples choice.

This is my 2nd set of treatments from the Washington Park Athletico location. I completed treatments for Plantar Fasciitis this past October, 2020 (my feet are like new). I am now being treated for a pinch nerve in my neck.Marisol, Rebecca and Ashley are the very best. Marisol had a way of preparing and relaxing you, be it by phone or in person. She is knowledgeable and gives you that extra personal attention.Rebecca deserves so many accolades. She’s personable, professional, a good listener and I think an expert in the field of Physical Therapy. She really explains the what and why of every treatment that she gives you.I have recommended friends to this facility and also recommended an out of state friend to his nearest Athletico location.Overall, the treatments that I receive here are amazing. I feel welcome and confident that I am getting the very best therapy. (Personal and professional)

I came here after I needed another round of Physical Therapy. I found out my PT, Rebecca, was here and decided to follow her. The building and everything is new. The facility is awesome! Parking is plentiful.Rebecca is very knowledgeable especially regarding sports injuries. I initially saw her in 2018 as I was training for the Chicago Marathon with right knee and left foot injuries. Yes, I was jacked up!! I was able to complete the marathon and finish! She takes her time to know you, your lifestyle and keeps you fully informed about your treatment and how to prevent further injuries.2020 ... My knee is giving me problems again. Rebecca worked her magic and expertise to help me get stronger and pain free! During my treatments, Covid-19 happened. The facility stayed open with extra precautions. I felt totally safe! Rebecca, along with Rob (Assistant) and Marisol (Scheduler) will always make you feel welcomed. You are in good hands here!
By far the best rehab experience ever! Rebecca and Marisol are the two nicest Therapist I’ve ever met. Rebecca really makes you work hard and pushes you to your full potential. One time I almost forgot I had an appointment and Marisol went out of her way to remind me that I had to be there. I would definitely recommend the Washington park location to all of my athlete friends who are in need. I love being at Therapy more than being at home thanks to the wonderful staff !
This Athletico was small but very warm and welcoming. They worked with my schedule and listened when the therapy was either to hard or not hard enough. I recommend any and everybody attend this athletico. The lady at the front desk was awesome and the therapist was phenomenal.

Where do I began..The staff is awesome from walking through the front door and the young ladies greeting you and directing you to the right part of the facility from working with the physical therapist Calvin and Dan. Oh my God their like 2peas in a pot very entertaining as well as the ladies I forgot their names but OMG . Theyre down to earth and very attentive I recommend this facility to everybody theyll have you laughing and doing your physical exercises it doesnt feel like youre doing it. But you feel it a lil later 😂. But its great place to be.. and its clean from the rest room to them constantly sanitizing to make sure everything is okay I highly recommend
Every visit Ive had has been awesome. Im always nicely greeted by each employee. Rebecca, Marisol and Rob are all very nice and makes sure each visit is worth coming too. They also do very well with scheduling and communicating on what the visit will consist of that day . Ive seen really good results since starting therapy with Rebecca.
The staff was awesome Marisol was the best and Nadia my therapist did a wonderful job getting my back back together and Dan was great with all the assistance on exercises
This was my first ever time needing Physical Therapy & Rebecca & the staff made me comfortable & made sure my needs were met. I was always greeted with a smile and given personal attention. She made sure I was completely healed before I was discharged. I can truly say this way a great experience!
I had a great experience here. I went for knee pain and I was pain free when I left. I learned a bit about my condition and my only regret is that I am not ready to get back to running yet but hopefully in time that will happen.

I chose this athletico to do my therapy because its closer to me in my new neighborhood. I had an opportunity to have therapy in the South loop. Im glad I chose this place. The coordinator is kind and accommodating my therapist Rebecca is the best I feel better already I would recommend this place to all my coworkers and friends

Calvin is amazing! He works with you, pushes you to get better, and supports you in any way that he can during your session and with taking care of yourself at home. He’s the best at this location.
Literally the best place for therapy. Rebeccas the best in the biz when it comes to knee injuries and theres no one like Ron the Don to get you through your session. Theres tons of work out equipment, a basketball court and plenty of turff for anyone trying to get back to playing sports. I cant imagine where I would be right now without Rebeccas help.

The staff is exceptionally well-trained & responsive to your status in recovery and creates a friendly and caring atmosphere for providing their service.I got to looking forward to my morning sessions as they set the day off on the correct path. While I am happy to move on, I would most definitely go back there for my PT in the future.

2022-06-16I worked with Robert and Hosea at Washington Park Athletico and had a great experience. They both were very knowledgeable and kind people. Very good atmosphere among the employees also and I will be returning back for therapy after my shoulder procedure. 2019-11-22Great place for therapy and work outs. The intake receptionist (marisol) at this Athletico facility is great. Its nice when the therapist pays attention to whats going on with you as an individual and not as a group it makes you want to come back. If youre looking for a great therapist/facility this one is it, you get the whole experience in this little Athletico. The only down side is that its inside a tennis facility and sometimes that can be a drag (the employees can be a little rude)

2022-07-19My experience at the Washington Park Athletico has been wonderful I really appreciate my physical therapist Robert Chambets,and Katrina Mathews they are absolutely wonderful and they both really attends to the patients needs Robert has really worked with my left knee I had a total knee replacement surgery and Robert has gotten a lot of the swelling down and hes continuing to get my left leg working properly

This is my last day and I am very satisfied with my result. They are awesome and very thoughtful of the people they work with. I am very grateful that I got a chance to do my physical therapy with them.

2022-01-04Man, this facility is GREAT with compassionate people. Every one at the Athletico Washington Park location are nice and PROFESSIONAL. Nadia along with a few others have been doing an exceptional job on my knee. I was down and out just having right knee surgery in October. In just my 3rd week of therapy Im bouncing back feeling like a champ 🏆🏆. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank You Guys
