Ashleigh was an excellent PT! She was friendly, attentive, and resourceful in selecting specific exercises to help rehab my shoulder. I would definitely return for any future issues. Overall great experience with this location and the staff. Scott was great to work with and did a good job of including my in the therapy process and really understanding my goals. He was able to explain things in ways that were easy to understand and pushed me the right amount. Chris was very easy to work with and helpful with appointment scheduling/changes I needed made. Limariz was also great to work with as a I practiced my exercises.
I cant say enough about my experience at Athletico. The whole staff is excellent. The vibe is fun and friendly, and I looked forward to my therapy sessions. Kim is an outstanding physical therapist. In no time, my arm was back to normal. I highly recommend this PT group.
I highly recommend Sam and team at Athletico Physical Therapy (1323 West Diversey)! In 14-weeks I gained all mobility back from an upper arm fracture - from barely being able to lift my arm above my shoulder to lifting weights and back to running 5 miles a few times a week. Their treatment, guidance, patience, at home exercise plans and upbeat attitude was amazing. Thank you Sam and team!
The care provided at Athletico LP is top-notch. I went in with pain, and they helped me problem solve and resolve the pain with appointments within and outside of their organization. I knew my recovery was always their priority. I really appreciated how much they advocated for me with insurance and with the doctors. Ashleigh was the bright spot of the whole program - she was thorough, calm, supportive, and a delight to work with. Hopefully I wont have to go to PT again, but if I do, itll be here!
I had a shoulder issue that was unknown by the doctor I went to but after 3 sessions here, the staff correctly found that the issue was and that the best course of action was with dry needling. I was hesitant at first with it being the first time getting dry needling, but Maya did an incredible job. I noticed a significant difference one day after the first session of needling, and proceeded to get 2 more done and by the end all of my pain was gone. Maya was fantastic, but the rest of the staff was also super helpful in anything I had questions on, and always had smiling faces and friendly conversations when I went in for a session. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to get better fast.
I had an amazing experience at Athletico with Ashleigh Goplen! I’m feeling much better and Ashleigh helped me a lot. She was very informative, friendly and super sweet. I had a wonderful experience working with Lindsay at Athletico Lincoln Park. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and took excellent care of me while I was in pretty severe prenatal pain. I am confident that all our strength conditioning and stretching positively impacted my postpartum recovery. I highly recommend her to every pregnant woman that experiences any level of discomfort (you simply don’t need to be in pain)!
I worked with Lindsay over the past year both during my pregnancy and post partum. She helped me gain strength and flexibility. She shared very helpful resources with me and recommended great pregnancy products to help relieve my back pain. I believe that my delivery went so smoothly because of the work I was doing with her! I experienced a noticeable increase in strength post partum as soon as we started working together again. Everyone at the clinic was very friendly and supportive of me bringing my new baby when I needed to!
My daughter, who does ballet, has been under Ashleighs care at the Lincoln Park North facility. The treatment received was specifically geared towards the nature of my daughters activity. Ashleighs expertise was evident from the minute we met her and her care towards the success was genuinely in the patients best interest. She also knew when to ask my daughter to pull back from her activity to allow the bodys natural ability to aid in the recovery process. We highly recommend Ashleigh!!!
Lindsay is my favorite! She is trauma-informed in the woman’s health work she does and is knowledgeable about her pelvic floor work! She makes physical therapy enjoyable and has made me feel so comfortable throughout the physical therapy process. I’d recommend her to anyone woman looking for a trauma-informed & compassionate physical therapist!
I worked with Lindsay and had the best experience! She was extremely knowledgable and helped me reach a full recovery postpartum. As a result, I have been able to get back to my normal physical activity and gain back my confidence which has been a huge part of me feeling myself. The other PTs and staff were so friendly - I truly looked forward to my sessions each week!
Lindsay Okrent is an INCREDIBLE Physical Therapist. I went to her during my pregnancy and after for pelvic floor and abdominal strengthening. With her guidance, I had an easy birth and recovered quickly during postpartum. She is also an overall great person, and I truly enjoyed going to see her and chat. Thank you for everything, Lindsay!
The folks at Athletico are wonderful. Everything is extremely well run and efficient. Scott is a terrific physical therapist. I highly recommend him. My experience there was excellent.
From marty at the front desk to jon and kathy & all the other physical therapists i was lucky enough to work with, i can honestly say i had a great experience at this facility. everyone quickly learned my name, so i always felt very comfortable walking in. i had great results, which meant that they were listening carefully to my specific injuries & needs. i also want to commend them on their team approach. generally you begin your session with one of the therapists and the second half of the session might be with another therapist. at first i didnt appreciate this approach but over time i did come to understand its usefulness. everyone works as a team and is pulling for you. and in this way you feel like more people care about you, your health and your improvement. after just 8 -10 sessions i am playing tennis again mostly pain free. i would put my improvement at 95-98%. i am very happy with my athletico experience.
The Physical Therapists were very knowledgeable in understanding and treating my issue. I made great improvements as a result of working with the Therapists along with following various at-home stretches and strengthening exercises.
Lindsay helped me with my endometriosis with pelvic floor therapy and it has been the most effective treatment for my pain that I have tried so far. She and everyone at this location are extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend to everyone especially my fellow endowarriors.
I worked with Sam Motiff during my ACL/meniscus recovery. Athletico was very flexible with scheduling and I am very happy with the care I received. I would absolutely recommend this facility to friends and family.
I went to physical therapy with Kathy P for sciatica affecting one of my legs and after spending ~2 months working on it with Kathy, my symptoms have gone almost entirely away without needing any treatment other than PT. I am very glad I went and am very happy with the results.
I had a great experience with Maya Johnson -- she helped me get through some nagging back pain and back to feeling better / meeting my workout goals. I would highly recommend!

Ashleigh and everyone at Athletico is very polite and respectful. When I started physical therapy I was in constant pain and could not sleep, due to a car accident. Ashleigh took the time to explain and walk through every step of the process, she also recommends exercises and stretches that you can do at home. A few months have passed, now I have more mobility, motivation to exercise, most of all to take care of my body more than ever.
I’ve been treated for both TMJ and neck/back issues due to working from home. I loved my time spent here for both treatment sessions. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and right at home. I worked with both Kathy & Maya and I highly recommend both!
I worked with Ashleigh Goplen after having surgery on my 5th metatarsal. She was fantastic to work with! She is so friendly and personable. Even on the busy days where her attention was divided between clients, I could tell each client was important to her. She listened and was constantly adapting my program to my current needs. During my first visit at the beginning of October, I took my first steps without an air cast. It was about 6 weeks post surgery and I was still using crutches with some weight bearing. By the beginning of December, I was running on the treadmill! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming with each visit. I felt comfortable and would return to this location for future PT needs.
My husband received therapy here following total hip replacement surgery. Sam Motiff was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and patient, and took all the necessary time to get my husband strong and back on his feet. The entire staff was helpful and professional.

I worked with Sam Motiff who was a good listener and crafted an excellent recovery program for knee surgery. His exercises got me back golfing within six weeks of surgery. He’s very professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him.
The physical therapist was able to quickly identify the issues that were causing my shoulder pain, and she had me do exercises and stretches that eliminated the pain. She also provided me with an at-home routine that will help me remain pain-free.

Sam worked with me after my shoulder surgery. She did an incredible job explaining everything and working with me for months. Much more helpful, insightful, and actually cared about getting it back to normal way more than my doctor. Even after I stopped going in for therapy, she still will answer questions or help me with new stretches to get the last 10% I need for full motion via email. I am very grateful for everything this location does for their patients, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs therapy.
Ive utilized this location for three different instances (two surgeries and one very complex chronic pain issue) and Ive been extremely happy with all outcomes. Most of the staff has been working here for many years...and this not only has implications, but also is a reflection the staffs own job satisfaction. Ive received care from other local therapy/chiropractic chains where there was a revolving door of staff. After a couple of years, my short time as a customer was longer tenure than any staff member. At the Lincoln Park North Athletico site, the staff members work like a well-oiled team to ensure your experience is smooth, integrated, efficient, effective, and more. They are friendly, professional, and committed to your health and safety. Ive received care primarily from one physical therapist (Sam), but have also seen another (Kathy) who was also great. The office manager, Chris, massage therapist, Mike, and other support staff, Marty, are equally professional and excellent at what they do. And how weird it is to say like I feel like Im coming home when I work in their door...but I do! I highly recommend.
This Athletico is the best -- all the staff are warm, professional and competent. My PT, Lindsay Okrent, is highly trained and knows more about my complex spinal fusion than most doctors Ive dealt with. She is gentle but firm, always looking at ways to help me strengthen and improve mobility and endurance. I would strongly recommend her without reservation.
I had 2 outstanding experiences at this Athletico facility for both OT and PT. Kimmy helped me get my post-surgery index finger back to full strength and is a joy to work with! Maya was great for working through my knee pain and getting me back running again. A big thanks to Chris and Marty keeping everything in order as well. I highly recommend this location! 5/5
I would like to thank the staff at Athletico for their assistance with my total hip replacement recovery: especially Sam my PT, and Marty, Moi and Chris. They have all been wonderful! I know I can always rely on Athletico to provide great treatment. This is my fourth time utilizing their PT services: knee, torn rotator cuff, and two total hip replacements. Very friendly services, quality treatment, and in the time of COVID - great protocols for cleanliness and social distancing.
I had a wonderful experience working with Kathy Prampin. She was very thorough, listened extremely carefully to what was going on, monitored my progress and added new exercises accordingly. I participated 100% through Telehealth and was pleasantly surprised. I felt the quality of the therapy was just as good as it would have been in person. I do have a home gym equipped with some weights and bands, etc but Kathy improvised very well with what I had at home in order to make it work. I highly recommend her!!!!
This is my go-to place. I have been going to Athletico Lincoln Park North for 4 years now for a slew of injuries and post surgery. It is a convenient location for me, but the staff is awesome! They have your best interests in mind and help you get back to your normal daily life. Dont get me wrong it take some hard work, but they make it fun and its definitely all worth it in the end. Shout out to Chelsea whos got me through the last couple of years!
I have so much appreciation for the staff here. Highly recommend this location!I went here three times a week for two months, and every session was better than the last. The staff is incredibly supportive -- everyone knew my name, cheered my progress, really made me feel at home. Lindsay and Chelsea are especially great to work with.Athletico overall is a great company, and the Lincoln Park North location is the best of the best. Go here!
The staff at Athletico - Lincoln Park North is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. They did a great job of creating a personalized program and helping me recover ahead of schedule after my surgery. I would highly recommend Chelsea at Athletico - Lincoln Park North.
After looking at a few different locations and companies, ended up deciding on Athletico and chose location on Diversey. The facility is very well maintained and in a very convenient location. The staff are professional and courteous.Went in for Occupational Therapy on my right arm, shortly following a distal repair surgery to re-attach my right bicep. Very much enjoyed the time with my OT Kim. She tailored the recovery work to my specific recovery rate while keeping my surgeon informed as to the progress.Hopefully I will not need to repair another muscle in the future, but if that were to happen, I will be coming back to Athletico and Kim.
I have been going to this Athletico for years and I love it. They always fix me ha ha!! I’ve worked with Sam for various ailments and she’s just wonderful. Also I get therapeutic massages from Michael Brinson and he’s just the best!! We chat about how I’m doing physically before the treatment starts and then he focuses on what I need most during the treatment. I can’t recommend both Sam and Michael highly enough they are amazing!!!
Had an awesome massage today from Michael Brinson. The technique he used is definitely an experience I would recommend. Also he does remind you to communicate with him to ensure you are feeling good. Lastly, I like the fact that complimentary parking is available and the other staff members were friendly. ***Temperature check was done and hand washing is required before service. Everyone had a mask on***
I have had several athletic injuries over the years and have been a patient at this location each time. Most recently, I was an OT patient with Kimmi who was fantastic! She helped me navigate the waters when I had complications from my surgery. She was very knowledgeable about my issues, easy to reach by email, in contact with my doctor, and even helped me find an Athletico location out of state during the Christmas holiday. Very professional, friendly staff.
My experience there was very positive; my back pain left me after only a relatively few sessions. Very pleased with Sam, and his fellow therapists. If any pain returns so shall I.... R B.
I had the most wonderful experience working with Lindsay Okrent for several months! She is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, kind and overall enjoyable to work with! I came in following tendon surgery on my hand as this location was closest to home. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and immediately was reassured that my lack of movement was normal and that I would continue to improve as we worked on it and gained strength. Kimmi was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire months long process of healing and strengthening my hand following the surgery and Im happy to say that Im back to 100%, which I never anticipated getting to. Very glad I chose this location and was thoroughly impressed with Kimmi throughout the entire process.
I was very happy with the services provided and my results. My PT, Lindsay, was fantastic. She was understanding, very knowledgeable, caring and helpful! I would highly recommend her. I was really comfortable in the environment and all staff were welcoming. Scheduling was flexible and it was beneficial to get text reminders for appointments. Overall I had a great experience.
I came to Athletico due to a sprained ankle. My therapist was a great listener, informative, patient and kind. She answered so many of my questions which really helped me to move productively through the healing and rehab process. I have no fear of re-injury now. My ankle is at about 90% and it is now only a small matter of time before my ankle is 100% back to normal. Thank you Athletico!
As a former college athlete who has seen various PT operations, I highly recommend choosing this Athletico location for your PT needs.Ive been to this Athletico for PT to treat 3 sports-related injuries during the past 5 years. The atmosphere is upbeat and everyone is interested in your recovery. Kathy and her staff listen to your concerns and go above and beyond to address your needs.
Highly recommended. I had some relative ungodly shoulder pain that was more tendon related, and had been putting up with for years. I actually pulled something to make it worse than normal hence my visit (post referral from my Dr. - which you dont need by the way). Not only did we solve the most recent issue, but now both shoulders feel great, I learned some movements/exercises that will allow me to keep the shoulders in better shape, and I am just in a much better spot. The staff was always friendly, from Chris running the front of the house, to my PT Chelsea, and her support staff, Marty and Kirstina (I think I spelled that right). Hopefully I wont have to any time soon, but if I ever had similar issues/pain, I would not hesitate to call these guys, and get right back it it, top notch all the way around.
I enjoyed every minute they all are very knowledgeable and are there to work at your pace. When your uncomfortable with something they will find another way to work on your painful spot. The Exercise made me feel comfortable. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone. Thank you Athletico Staff but a big shout out at Ms. Root for making the pain not so painful anymore
If you are having any wrist pain or suffered a wrist injury, I highly recommend Kimmi Pontarelli. She got my wrist healthy in a month and gave me exercises to continue strengthening it on my own time. I always enjoyed coming in for appointments. She gave off a really positive energy every session and kept me motivated to come in twice a week at 7 am.I was lucky to have her as my therapist. If I ever need to see an OTR again, I will be going to Kimmi.
I extremely recommend this place to anyone recovering from an injury. Everyone who works there is really nice, helpful, and clearly knows what they are doing. I was beyond satisfied with my time here. The physical therapist I worked with, Samantha, was amazing and super helpful. I’ll guarantee you can’t get better treatment anywhere else.
I spent 9 months doing PT at Athletico in Lincoln Park and it was such a great experience! I can’t recommend them enough- they truly are experts in the field and helped me have a full recovery! Everyone was great to work with, and Samantha was always supportive!
Kathy Prampin is outstanding! My shoulder was really bothering me and Chris, from Yoga, suggested an appointment with Kathy for diagnosis and treatment. Kathy did not disappoint. She diagnosed, massaged, and developed exercises to build up muscles around my shoulder. I have a portal with the exercises. Knowing what it is, what to do, how to do it: Fantastic! Too she and Jon, one of her staff, are kind, friendly, and competent correcting my alignment, sleep (with McKenzie pillow), and self-massage (with Thera Cane); never known until visiting Athletico in Lincoln Park with Kathy Prampin and Jon. If you want an amazingly skilled, kind, talented OT, Kimmi is the gal for you!! I saw Kimmi for OT following a fall that resulted in two complete fractures of the wrist and surgical placement of a 3” plate at the site of the injury. I was pretty devastated and feeling very disabled. When she evaluated me I shed several tears because I saw what my limitations were and thought I would never be able to return to my work, ride a bike, kayak, etc. After a few weeks (3 days a week) I began feeling better quickly. She worked me hard and sent exercises for me to do at home. By month 3 I rode a bike for the first time since the accident!! And a few weeks later I felt recovered enough to be discharged. Therapy was hard, but saying bye to Kimmi was also very difficult!! I am so grateful that I found the perfect therapist for me.
Kimmi was AWESOME!!!! I have very arthritic hands with a lot of damage, but even so, she was able to seriously improve my grip strength and flexibility over the course of a few months. I wouldnt have thought that was possible given my condition, but she proved me wrong. Kimmi and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Kimmi knows how to push her clients to reach their full potential. Without her help, I would have had trouble even typing this review online. Thank you so much! Loved my experience!
Great experience. Scott Nelson provided virtual physical therapy which allowed me to drive 1400 miles over 2 days when I could barely sit in the car for 10 minutes when I started only a month before.
I went into my PT at Athletico unsure whether it would actually help. Lo and behold, it was a difference maker. I am able to move my shoulder as well as I did prior to hurting it. Many thanks to the staff of Lincoln Park Athletico, especially to Nikki who pushed me every session!

Kathy and her team at Athletico run a great operation. She and her staff are very attentive, terrific attention to Insurance details, and you can’t beat the sharp eye and perception of medical issues which can only come from Kathy’s long-term experience in PT. I left pain free from my spinal issues.
My experience at this location was fabulous. I had a spine injury that I was told by multiple surgeons required surgery. Through very aggressive PT (starting with 3 sessions a week) and a spinal epidural, the injury was resolved WITHOUT surgery over about 3 months (although I do need to continue to practice my exercises which I learned at PT). The dedication and skill of Kathy Prampin (my physical therapist and facility manager at this location) and all of the staff at this location led to what I believe to be a very successful outcome!!
I have had a great experience at Athletico. Each person I have come in contact with was friendly, conscientious and seemed to really care about my recovery. Sam is a great therapist!
All the therapists were very warm, friendly, and helpful from the moment I got there until it was time to leave. They were also very accommodating to my needs when a conflict arose in my schedule. I recommend the facility and the therapists in particular Sam, wholeheartedly!
Working with Kimmi was an absolute dream! I shattered my elbow in a climbing accident and had to undergo surgery and a few months of physical therapy. When I started with Kimmi, I wasnt even able to touch my face, let alone do any physical activity. She really pushed me and got me back to normal, all while being the most friendly physical therapist ever. I am so thankful for the work she did and I know I wouldnt have my life back to normal if it werent for her!!
Avoid Athletico and chains like this altogether. Billing for services is suspect.I came her twice for post op rotator cuff rehab. They bill for 15 minute increments so that they can charge you 4 different levels of care. Both days had different charges despite the first day being evaluation and the 2nd day being exercise instruction. $500.00 the 2nd day and about $470.00 the first day. Most physicians and lawyers do not make that much an hour. This is basically for personal training 30-45 minutes and maybe massage therapy 15 minutes.My therapist was ok. Her instruction was what you find in any post op rotator cuff exercise guide. I do not remember much massaging of tense muscles or scar tissue, but one 15 min charge was for neuromuscular manipulation for $180.00. My insurance covered the care and paid them at a predetermined rate. However, the bill padding for services is criminal. I wonder do they charge cash paying patients this way and they provide therapy without a doctors order. This is also why there is an Athletico on every corner and the reason health care is unconscionably expensive. If I am not even seeing a Dr., getting a procedure done, of getting medication, how would this cost be justified?I also did not like the open floor plan. Thsy have so many therapy beds squeezed on 1/3 of the room. The beds were about a chair and 1/2 width apart. There was no privacy and basically everybody was in everyones conversations.
Therapy for a fractured upper arm was very successful. Michael Jordhamo was terrific - very knowledgeable, encouraging, and fun to spend time with. The location was so convenient - right in the neighborhood - which made it much easier to motivate me to go.
Athletico was an outstanding experience. Samantha did an excellent job in treating my hamstring. I highly recommend her and the Athletico location on Diversey without reservation.
Michael Brinson - Massage therapist - AMAZING! Helped me through double knee replacement and continues to help me through cervical spinal surgery and tight IT bands. I always feel taller when I walk out of there! Thank you Michael!!!
Athletico was very accomodating of my schedule. Kimmi is wonderful - shes friendly and knowledgeable. She pushed me beyond what I would have been able to accomplish on my own, which resulted in a faster recovery.
Great experience all-around. Super friendly staff that cares about you and special shout-out to Michael for being incredibly supportive, motivating, and confident of my recovery during the entire process. Not to mention he got my golf swing in good shape!
Therapists on time for my very early PT. Regularly rehashing signs a& symptoms and setting PT agenda for the 1 hour visit. Serious work in a calm mildly chatty atmosphere.
The team, specifically Kimmi, made this challenging time manageable and effective. My finger and I would not physically or emotionally be where we are without their support! I could not be more thankful and highly recommend!

Excellent service, MJ is a pun master as well as a great therapist. The support staff is timely, helpful, and friendly as well.
PT was good, but administration is disorganized. They couldnt tell me what my follow up or results were after my visit because they didnt have a file for me. Moved to a more local PT.

2022-04-21Hands down this is the best Physical Therapy team. Everyone at Athletico was very welcoming and professional. Scott, Jon, Sam, Zaria and Joanna took great care of me. Scott provided great exercises to help in my recovery with a sprained knee. I had a lofty goal that I was hoping to accomplish when I first consulted with them. Through hard work and encouragement from the whole team who worked with me over the past 8 weeks I was able to accomplish my goal with no pain. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be back if I experience any more injuries. I know that I am in good hands!

2022-01-23Top to bottom excellent experience with the whole team and LP North Athletico. Chris was polite and comprehensive getting me set up with a therapist, handling and explaining bill pay, and working with my schedule to book appointments. I worked with Sam M. on back to back occasions to recover from a fractured ankle. He was thoughtful and very informative, frankly I felt I got better information regarding my injury and recovery from him than I did my doctor. His rehab program was highly effective and by the end of the time frame presented to me I was incredibly confident in my ability to get back into the world without the risk of injury. Sam recognized my progression and made sure that rehabilitation was physically challenging enough to exceed my daily needs and build my confidence. On a few occasions I was partnered with other therapists and assistants and everyone was incredibly professional and helpful. Overall, theyre hospitality, commitment to treatment, and flexibility are what have sold me on Athelico every time.

2022-02-21Athletico is a great physical therapy provider in the area! They have many convenient locations and provide flexible scheduling to work with your schedule. Scott was great in being personable and knowledgeable in developing rehab tailored to my injury/goals. All the PT assistants and front desk staff also were pleasant and helpful. A nice benefit of Athletico is that they also offer therapy without needing a doctors script if you have a minor sprain/strain you need help working through. I highly recommend Athletico.

2022-02-03Best physical therapy place ever! Everyone is very welcoming and pleasant. This place has such great energy and a positive vibe. The facility is very clean and they take the necessary measures in keeping clients safe with constant wipe downs of equipment after each usage. I initially started PT at this location in June 2021 for lower chronic back pain. I could barely walk a full city block without stopping due to pain. I decided to have back surgery in September, 2021. The PT sessions prior to surgery tremendously help condition my body for the surgery and a faster recovery. Without the proper PT and putting in the work, I would not be able to walk the 3 miles plus today. My primary therapist was Lindsey who was absolutely wonderful. She was compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable. She was thorough in her explanations when addressing my questions. I was motivated to do the exercises she gave for at home on the days we did not meet. I had the opportunity to work with a couple of the other therapists, Kathy and Ashleigh who were great as well. Also, they have awesome assistants, Marty, Emily, and Derrick, just to name a few that worked with me regularly. They have up-to-date equipment which was nice, especially the Pilates reformer. If ever I need physical therapy again, this would be the place

2022-05-22Ive been to this Athletico location a few different times and theyve always been super reliable and each therapist Ive had has been extremely professional and been terrific for my various ailments and post-op needs. The staff is also top notch as well, from the folks at the front desk along with the therapy aides.Most recently I had a back strain and worked with Ashleigh for the first time. She was very professional, attentive and flexible, all while prescribing me various exercises not only to treat my issue but also to ensure not to injure my back again. Would recommend her (and this Athletico location) 10/10!

2022-04-22This place is awesome! Everyone is super personable, friendly and knows what they are doing! I had a great Experience in general! Shout out to my physical therapist Scott Nelson for being very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Scott was great from the 1st evaluation to putting a plan together to finally recommending that I do dry needling with his colleague Maya who also was awesome. After coming here for 4 weeks, Im more than 90% recovered from an injury that lasted 7 months and made me think it wont go away. So thank you to everyone here :)

2022-04-21If I could give this place a 6 out of 5 stars I would. I could write a novel with all the good things I have to say about my experience here but I’ll just give you a few details. Everyone who works here is always super welcoming and friendly. Scott, my physical therapist, was just awesome. Easy-going, patient, attentive, and most importantly, knowledgeable. Scott not only eliminated the pain I’ve had in my knee and shoulder for over 10 years (from tennis), but he also gave me the knowledge and tools to apply these principles to the rest of my body, for the rest of my life. I’m 36 years old and after working with Scott I can say, without a doubt, that I am now stronger and more mobile than I was when I was 26. Huge thanks to Scott, Derek, Marty, Lindsay, Ashleigh, Chris, and the rest of the team at Athletico Lincoln Park North.

2022-01-31I worked with Lindsay at this location and I could not have had a better experience!! Seriously - I looked forward to my PT sessions. She was extremely knowledgeable about my condition (and I think one of the few therapists in the company with that background) and I saw dramatic improvement in my symptoms. She has a fantastic personality and, even though it’s pretty far from my house, I will go to Lindsay and Lincoln Park Athletico if I ever need to return to physical therapy. 2022-08-16I worked with Lindsay and I could not recommend her enough. She is so well versed in postpartum PT and always shared her extremely strong knowledge base with me so I could make progress not only in sessions- but out of sessions too. She is also such a warm, compassionate person. She is a gift to the field. The entire staff here is exceptional and so kind. It truly made bringing my infant along not only easy, but fun! I absolutely recommend this facility!!

2022-09-08Ive been working with Lindsay at this location for almost 2 weeks now. When I was referred by my Dr. for my condition, I had no knowledge about the pelvic floor and its muscle groups that played a role in the symptoms I have been presenting. Lindsay is so knowledgeable and thorough when explaining any form of treatment she is doing on my body. I feel so comfortable working with her, and trust things will slowly start to improve (they already have). I highly recommend Lindsay and this Athletico location in general.
