Paola Solis was a great therapist! professional, knowledgeable, good with her hands I was on a walker when I came to her and walking without a cane when I left. Staff is friendly also great experience there.
I had an excellent therapist that took her time with me work with me. She gave me great things to do to help strengthen back and legs. She helped me with managing my pain this is a great place to come to very professional
Great location and very friendly staff! Nadia and Rebecca did a great job helping me recover from a basketball injury. Very flexible with appointment times. Ron and Dwayne were a big help as well.
I went in barely able to use my shoulder after a severe bout of impingement. Paola was a fantastic help in getting my shoulder back to both a functional, usable state and also to the point where I could go back to the gym! Wonderful people!

This is a business that caters to womens health,..incontinence, pregnancy, andStrengthing for functional activities amongst other musculoskeletal conditions. Shital and staff are helpful and great at listening and explaining what you need and why they do what they do.
The facility is ALWAYS clean. Staff is very friendly always welcomes patients with a smile. If I ever get injured again I will be back here
The Athletico physical therapy team is the best! I started my PT journey in September 2021 after an ankle injury.. This was my first experience with PT. Michael Mentz evaluated me. He is the best! He was thorough and provided detailed descriptions of my my ankle issue as well as my recovery plan. I felt assured and confident that I was in the best place for my therapy. The facility is clean and bright. The entire team is talented and warm and welcoming. I felt like a part of the family. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of physical therapy. My recovery journey was so much more enjoyable with this Athletico team!

Best place ever. Very nice people. They made me so comfortable being there. They make physical therapy fun. Laughs, jokes and good music. They dont over work you like others places. Just wanted to give a shout to Paola Solis. I was training for a Triathlon and experienced a number of injuries. I went in for a FREE assessment and Paola was able to identify a number of causes and provided me with an action plan.I am happy to say that I completed the Triathlon and placed well in my age group. My training has gone to the next level as some of my training times now surpass my race times.I just wanted to thank Paola as an Athletico ambassador. I never felt pressured and they always kept my best interest in mind.Jerry R

This was not my.first time using Athletico in.Bronzeville, however my.experiences were both very good.In both instances the staff was very friendly, and helpful and professional!My physical therapist Shital Paton was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and reasonable.When we started I was in a lot of pain, now I left there after six weeks of physical therapy better than when I came.Although goals were set for me, I.did not at any time .feel pressure, overwhelmed, or pushed to do anything that I was not.ready or willing.to do. That approach.has always worked for me.If I had to return to physical therapy my.choice would be to return to this location for me it feels like.home, because I grew up in the Bronzeville neighborhood for most of my life, although I do not live there now.
My first time here.. The staff is very professional, facilities are accomodating, clean and the location is very convienient for me. Nadia is a helping me recover from my knee issue with well coordinated exercises. All of the staff are well qualified and easy to work with. Highly recommended
I started my PT at the Bronzeville location about a month ago after having knee surgery the facility is always clean the therapists are very professional and always smiling my therapist Nadia is the best she makes me feel comfortable about testing boundaries and Trusting the process overall its a great atmosphere to get back on track after your injury I give the Bronzeville staff 5 stars....

This clinic and the people working here are great!!! I have Mike Mentz, DPT as my clinician after receiving shoulder surgery, I am feeling great and getting back to my prior level of functions. The clinic have great parking accommodation as well as great flexibility accommodating my sessions without difficulties. The entire team here is warm and welcoming and the clinic is super clean!Thanks for the great work and for making me feel comfortable and better everyday!I highly recommend Athletico Bronzeville for any rehab needs. This place is amazing! I’ve been going to this location for over a year now due to accumulating many different injuries, and there’s nothing but great things to say about this place.Every single physical therapist at this location is extremely helpful, friendly, and super knowledgeable. All the physical therapists are very good about checking in with you at the start of your appointment about how you’ve been feeling and how your pain levels have been. They also do a great job of checking in with you throughout the appointment to monitor your strengths/weaknesses and anything that may feel uncomfortable or more challenging. I’ve worked most with Mike, and he has been great to work with.Not only are the physical therapists amazing, but the aides are also fantastic as well. The aides are always very helpful and friendly. The receptionist is great as well; she does a great job handling insurance questions and is also very friendly.The location is very easy to get to and there’s pretty much always plenty of parking. The facilities are always very clean and is very nicely and neatly organized.Overall I would highly highly recommend doing physical therapy at this location if you are searching for a physical therapist!
Highly Recommended. Clean location, especially with COVID protocols, friendly and supportive staff. They did a great job rehabilitating me back to my pre-injury condition, if not better!I had a shoulder injury from shoveling snow and my doctor prescribed some physical therapy. I had been to other Athletico locations in the past, but this one was very close to my current job so I decided to give it a try. It seems to be right on par with the rest of the locations in terms of equipment and services.Lorraine was my Physical Therapist, and she was great! A very bright and cheerful person, she took the time to understand what my issue was, explained it to me in a way I could understand, and laid out a plan to get my shoulder back to its pre-injury status. She was organized and efficient with our time together, and even gave me a couple tips for things I could do on my own for a few other minor aches I had.The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful, including Ashley and Christine.If you are in need of physical therapy, you should consider the Bronzeville Athletico.
Mary Grassano did a great job addressing the problems with my knee. It will be up to me to continue to strengthen my knee, but it was good to be reminded of the exercises that will help. I appreciate Marys addressing the stiffness in my knee with massages of the area and her concern for how it was feeling after yoga, etc.
This place is awesome!!! The moment you walk in the door you are not only greeted by your therapist but by everyone else there. When I first started, I did not have the confidence to run or jump after knee surgery. Mike and Irving definitely helped me get my confidence back while having a few jokes here and there. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for the best care and service they do an amazing job here. Finally, due to Covid-19 the staff does a good job with sanitizing everything down right after a patient use and have it ready for the next patient immediately.
I absolutely love everyone there. The staff are very helpful. I was recommended by a family member who lives near by, I however live on the far east side of the city. There is one 3 blocks from me ,it is worth the ride to Bronzeville.
I have been so happy with my sessions here. Ervin has been phenomenal at listening to my needs and targeting each session to my goals. Each week he added new exercises that keep me encouraged and engaged. I’m back to being fully functional and practicing yoga again! Every therapist and support staff here is kind and professional. This is a great place to have your therapy. You cant go wrong with any therapist here. They are all excellent in their expertise. The place is clean and they are forever on it with cleaning equipment and work stations. I have been going to Athletico Bronzeville off and on since about 2017. I was a reluctant sale because I previously went to Athletico on Blackstone in Hyde Park. But my husband insisted that I go to the Bronzeville location when they first opened. He said Mike Mentz was the absolute BEST! Mike is one of the reasons I continue to go to Athletico Bronzeville whenever I need physical therapy. All of the therapists are knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I also appreciate the support staff. They are respectful, responsive, and professional. Ive recommended this location to friends and family members who are satisfied with the level of care and support they receive.
I’ve had the best therapy experience for a first time user of PT services. The detail, the one on one meetings, the schedule accommodations, and it’s not over crowded. Everyone is professional and supportive. Clean facility and my therapist Lorraine is very technical and in depth with any concerns or questions! She was able to pinpoint my needs after knee surgery and address them perfectly. I’d recommend them highly!

My experience at Atletico has been a fantastic journey into rehabilitating myself the staff Works excellent as a team my particular primary therapist Paula Solis has been very creative in developing a plan for me I call it the bill back better plan because she definitely has been creative and developing a routine that has brought me back from the state where I was at in balance from a stroke to well now I am functionally able to move to and fromand back at work my issue is with balance strength is all been improved so kudos to Athletico

Had really bad lower back pain with doctor recommending Physical therapy. Worked with Ervin Velic for three to four weeks and pain is 99% gone. After initial examination, he explained what he believed was going on. Did a great job explaining the different exercises and the effect on my back. Always incorporate my feedback into the exercises and worked with my hectic work schedule. Great experience with entire staff at this location and will recommend this location.
I have nothing but positive things to say about the Bronzeville Athletico. The entire staff was friendly and professional! My therapist Lorraine is fantastic! She went the extra mile helping me get back to100%. I would highly recommend choosing this location.
Not surprised there is a 5.0 rating here. Everyone is nice everything is clean. The physical therapists are all on point. Even the patients are happy to see each other. Keep up the good work and positive vibes.
Mike Mentz and his team were EXCEPTIONAL with helping me rehab pain with my knee (which was actually due to weakness in other muscles/joints). Mike and his staff were flexible with my schedule, helpful in making sure I understood what I should be doing and why and - most importantly - explainaing what I could do on my own if I experienced problems in the future (which I havent). Everyone was EXTREMELY sensitive to safety protocols with Covid-19 and I never felt like being there was risky. I hope I never need rehab again. But if I do I know who Im calling first.

I just want to say thank you to Lorrain Miller for her excellent care of me during my therapy sessions. I learned and re-learned techniques that will continue to help me support my lower back issues. I visited Athletico for six weeks for hip and knee therapy. Michael Mentz and his staff of skilled and patient folks helped me address lack of mobility issues; the entireexperience was without compliant.
It was a great experience. The exercises helped alleviate my pain.
Service for leevella Gilmore is excellent, they work with you if your trainer is not their when you are early or late. Mike Mentz is the manager and I enjoy being at this facility.

Where do I start, this place is amazing an everyone there, When I first came here in January I could not walk due to a extremely bad ankle fracture, when I tell you my physical therapist Lorraine got me back on feet she did just that now I’m back at work... I so love her super sweet personality an very professional... I could go on an on Chris at the front desk, mike, Ashley.. I mean everyone there is just extremely beautiful if I could rate a 100 stars I would, if your looking for a physical therapist I would recommend the Bronzeville location... I received Physical therapy at Athletico- Bronzeville. My therapist, Nadia was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Upon every arrival, I quickly began my therapy. The facility is clean and the tables and equipment is cleaned after each patient’s use. Everyone was friendly and the assistants were also knowledgeable and helpful with the exercises.

2022-07-13I tore my left Achilles and had surgery early May 2022. Nadia was my physical therapist and she is always nice and in a great mood, in every session we have. Which always help after a big injury which can be very frustrating for a patient. She has done a great job progressing me and pushing me where I feel comfortable in my therapy. After every session I feel better and more confident in my Achilles than the last session. Also all the other staff from the other physical therapist to rehab aids are also a great help and very welcoming and friendly, they have also help me progress in my therapy. Overall they are a great team..

2022-07-01The Athletico in Bronzeville is the absolute best! Nadia, Rebecca, Paola and the staff are extremely attentive to my needs. I’m a dialysis patient who had lost a lot of strength and mobility but they have given me the tools to get myhealth back and moving around much better.They are also very schedule friendly so getting in is never a problem. The atmosphere is super friendly and energetic.I would definitely if you have any injury and need to get your health back!

2022-07-01I have used the services of numerous PT facilities . This is one of the best. All the therapists are excellent ; they have diverse methods that fit the overall therapy plan. The staff is friendly and timely. When you complete a session you feel a sense of a accomplishment .

2022-03-23I attended Athletico at the Bronzeville location with a shoulder injury that caused a high level of pain and a very limited range of motion. My physical therapist, Paola, started off therapy sessions slowly with exercises that allowed us to focus on proper form which also prevented pain and discomfort. Paola’s exercise plans were able to pinpoint the exact locations to be worked on. Paola continued to challenge and encourage me as I progressed through my therapy sessions. In addition, the supporting staff at Athletico was kind, very helpful and very professional . Thank you very much!

2022-06-09This is the place to go for all of your physical therapy needs! I went in for leg pain and Shital explained where the pain was coming from, it turned out the problem was from a different body part. She showed me pictures of how the muscle groups work together and exercises on how to correct the problem. My favorite part was the lumber heat pad at the end of the sessions. All of the therapists are great, you wont go wrong with any of them! I also need to mention, they specialize in womens health issues. Theyre one of the few Athleticos that offer this. Check them out. PS. They have a large parking lot and several buses stop near by.

2022-06-23I was very please with the entire staff at Bronzeville Athletico. My therapist Rebecca was very friendly, professional and most of all very patient with me. I could not be more pleased with my results, Rebecca is nothing short of a miracle worker. I looked forward to every session and I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and alive. Her energy I felt when I started to make my body work pain free energized me to continue the exercise.
