Place is not good. I’ve gone 3 times and I don’t know why. Maybe because it’s close to my house but every time I go they acknowledge I’m there but I never get help. Another guy walks in and gets assistance right away. I understand I have a heavy accent but I even told them I can talk to someone in English and still got no help.
The store did not have the phone I paid for, and the store clerks were not able to give me an actual guarantee for a delivery date, just an approximate. If I had known they didnt have phones in the store, I wouldnt have wasted my time driving over there, I would have ordered it online. I didnt want the phone delivered to my house because people steal packages so much, and I wanted the phone the day I was in there. Sometimes you like to get what you are paying for the day you pay for it, The clerks were very nice and helpful.
My wife called looking to see if a new phone was in stock, was told it was and to come in. after waiting a half an hour in line, its was never in stock! but they will only tell you that after you provide your account info and a scan of your drivers license.I went in a few days later to ask if this phone was in stock. half hour in line i insisted just check stock. nope. I had to provide my account info and another scan of a drivers license. after another wait nothing in stock.I just went to best buy. they were nice to me
Came in for a phone repair. Sometimes cell phone stores feel like used car shops and this felt like the complete opposite! The employees were kind and considerate. No one tried to push any sales just offer their help in accomplishing what I needed. I would definitely go back again. Thanks AT&T
Been in the store 40 minutes patiently waiting, my problem is no one wants to work, including management. Instead of trying to help the people waiting she’s in the back one of the workers finished service for some one and went a break!??? Unprofessional service should mean something, but the employees in this store lack that and it starts with management. Excellent and exceptional care and service: I was desperate to upgrade my iPhone so I can do some work related assignments: I came near closing time and the young lady not only helped me get a new phone but assisted in installing the screen protector and hard case in addition to transfer of data and resets.I was able to conclude the work assignments that evening.Thanks AT&T!
Oak Lawn Store had a great experience. I was looking to upgrade from Galaxy 9 to SE 20 and I wanted the mint green and I purchased the last one. I was elated. The representative was very nice and helpful. She explained the promotion to me, which I appreciated!! I think her name was Arcaelia!! Thank you!! Love my new phone.
Great Service. Just when my husband and I were ready to drop all our services with AT&T because of a bad experience at another location (they made something so simple, extremely complicated), Gina was great and was able to help us out. She was very helpful and professional and made our long weekend of hell with the other location come to an end. She was awesome! The kind of customer service she provided is what the company over all should strive to give.
If I could give my experience at this store 0 stars I WOULD!Two days ago I had gone into another AT&T store in the Northside to port over three lines onto a new business account, I also signed up for business internet and home phone. No complaints there, the rep was very helpful and informative and I walked out feeling good about my purchase. However, I purchased the Samsung Z Flip which in a matter of 2 days I decided the phone wasn’t to my liking so that’s why I came here to the AT&T store on 95th and oak lawn (closer to home).They told me I had 30 days to return it. When I came in I mentioned to the sales rep that I wanted to exchange my Samsung phone for an iPhone. He stated that they only had the 12 mini in stock, I said “perfect that’s what I’m looking for.” He asked me what memory size I was looking for and I said the 128 GB in the Blue.He then went to the back and came out saying they only have the 12 mini in 64GB in the RED AND GREEN. So then I stated RED was alright with me. He proceeded to tell me that the 64GB would not be enough for me and that if I really wanted to upgrade my phone I should stick to the 128 GB. I told him “no that’s alright I hardly use any gigs on my phone (I only use 28) so the 64GB should be fine.He then goes to the back again where I guess they keep the phones.And now this time tells me that in fact they DONT have the Red in stock! That they actually only have the regular 12 in 64GB!!!Are you kidding me?! Honestly that whole experience was so ridiculous and comical!It was very evident that he did NOT WANT TO HELP ME and help me do the exchange. He gave me the run around 3 times and all those times I said I would take whatever iPhone mini they had. You could also tell he was getting frustrated at that!So to PURPOSEFULLY not do the transaction he came back and said “sorry I actually confused the phone, we only have the 12 in RED”Bull****! He just didn’t want to take the time to exchange my phone because he probably wasn’t going to get any incentive out of it.This location was closest to my home and that’s why I chose to come in. I will not be adding the rest of my business lines onto AT&T because this was not acceptable. I knew coming in that I wasn’t going to be the ideal customer but I was friendly and just wanted to do an exchange, I shouldnt be getting the run around just because some rep decided it was a waste of time.
Kayla is the very BEST! For the second time in 2 different weeks this employee went above and beyond and helped us convert an old phone and did NOT push us to buy a new phone. After further use it didn’t work out and she helped us again. She is so nice, courteous and very professional and knowledgeable about your ATT products. Stay away from this store! I called in advance to see about getting an account set up; they told me 1-2 hours at most. I was there for over 4 hours, and my phone wasnt set up correctly. I had to spend the entire next day on the line with AT&T because they didnt transfer over my phone number correctly. I also checked my bill, and it magically went from an agreed $80 to $164. They added extra features without my permission, and tried to not pay me for my trade in phone.
Jose was outstanding helping us add a line to our plan. Took the time and saw that everything was completely finished before we left the store. He showed a great attention to detail and helped get a new phone set up and even installed the screen protectors. Thanks for your help!
Keiry was an absolute blessing yesterday! After losing a phone the day prior she was extremely helpful. We took a ton of her time and she was so patient with us. She went through everything with us and before making a decision she went over multiple products to make sure it was a good fit for us. She took the time to review our account and add necessary things to help us in the future. Her personality was perfect too as she spent time with us she was just easy to discuss everything with her and nothing was awkward! she explained everything so well. We have been long time customers and she is the exact reason we are with this company!Please give her this positive feedback seeing and people always share the negative and don’t necessarily go out of their way for a positive!Great job, Keiry!
This at&t is good, the people that work here really do help you, but when it comes to unlocking your phone to be used to another carrier at&t really makes it difficult. They where so easy to take my money when I decided to pay off my iPhone max. They didn’t hesitate to take the money right away but man when I try to unlock my iPhone it took almost 5 days before I could use it with another carrier. I shouldn’t have to wait that long to use my paid off phone with another carrier. Other wise at&t is a really great service. No problems other than that.
On 3/23 met with Jorge Botero because I couldnt get into the apps on my Samsung. He immediately said it was a virus, from the Zedge app, and I could 1) factory reset and lose all data or 2) buy a new phone and still lose all data because you cant transfer info from a phone with a virus.Thank God I didnt listen to him.After researching myself, I found articles from 3/21 that said android users are reporting frequent app crashes, particularly owners of Samsung Galaxy smartphones. The problem has been traced back to the Android System WebView and nationwide a outage on 3/22. Simply uninstalling updates from the Android System WebView app should fix the problem.I did so, all my issues were fixed.I dont expect them to be immediately knowledgeable of all issues, but millions of people were having this exact issue 2 days before I came in, and Jorges resolution would have really messed me up.
Im a dinosaur when it comes to technical things, Kerry made the experience so much less stressful. I changed my plan and she was able to retrieve more than 5,000 unread e-mails for me after my phone crapped out in the beginning of June. Two other employees (at a different location) were NOT helpful and told me to keep trying to get into Yahoo. I would recommend Kerry.
I was referred to a Tech who called me Via Tx. He was very knowledgeable and gave me instructions on how to transfer data from my android to my newly purchased IPhone. I followed the tech’s instructions and was finished in a very short time. Thank You For Your Professional Service. The follow up tech was not needed. Thank You.
Ayman assisted me today rectifying a situation I was unaware of saving me time and money. He went the extra distance observing my account noticing overpayment for insurances. He is the best AT&T retail sales consultant Ive had the pleasure of meeting. I have had both wonderful and horrible experiences in the past. Manager Nick L. was completely unsympathetic to customer needs and even went as far as calling a neighboring ATT branch a reseller to avoid addressing a problem. Could not even be bothered to look up details on the account. This man deserves to be nowhere near the customer service industry let alone a manager of anything. Will be gladly switching phone carriers.
Waited almost 2 hours, store was under staffed. Just wanted to trade my daughters phone in for an iPhone 11 including a rebate, however, I was told due to a tiny crack they could not accommodate. Called At & t prior to going into the retail store and they quoted me an amount but the store gave me another amount. Sad you cannot give your customers the best deal possible. I left and went to Sprint and they saved ne $35 per month for the same phone and service. Amazing staff at Sprint...really wanted to help me. I have all my services bundled with At & t but not for long. Sprint will buy out my contract for my phone so I too will switch to their service. As far as my At & t internet and tv...my contracts up in April and I will be cancelling all of it. Oh and while we were there 2 potential customers left and complained due to poor customer service and long wait time.
They cancelled my internet without my knowledge. They scheduled an appointment for tech support but no one showed up and they rescheduled it without telling me. Do not trust this ATT store. So shady. They were rude to me and didn’t assist me with any of my tech issues.
Today we went into ATT to transfer my husbands phone number to get the same phone he currently has BUT walked out with not one but TWO OF THE NEWEST PHONES IN THE STORE. Now let me tell you more about the best service I have EVER received in my life. First Moe, the manager came up to us asking what he could help us with and when I told him he suggested the BOGO on a much better phone Note10 Then when our Sales Rep GINA was available to help us she HOOKED IT THE F UP!!! That woman literally did EVERYTHING in her power to make sure our experience was more than unforgettable. She first showed us around the couple phones we were interested in and was kind enough to show me an incredible but more affordable phone for my 11 year old son (s10E). Upon sitting down to getting all our stuff set up we all sat there and had an awesome conversation (my husband, myself, Gina, and Moe). They’re so incredibly personable and kind. Gina went through all the different obstacles she had to as she transferred our old service to ATT all with a smile on her face and laughter and joy in her voice. She was patient as I had to call the old provider to get info and also had to call my mom a few times too. She didn’t say one thing except “take your time.” She made me feel like i was at home and talking with my best friend (which I swear she’s gonna be my bestfriend after that experience lol). Did I mention she got us discount after discount and an extra $200 off my bill?? She literally was there to help us in any way shape or form she possibly could. Hands down that is the BEST ATT store I’ve ever gone to and will never ever go to any other as long as I’m an ATT user (which will be forever lol)Thank you Moe and especially Gina for all your help today and the great conversation and laughs. You’re the real MVP
Every time I go into the AT&T store in Oak Lawn, they are always pleasant, and professional. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes before I am seen. I love AT&T and the service reps are awesome. I dont have any complaints and I will recommend AT&T to all my friends and family. Thanks again for great service.
I cant say enough about the at&t store in oak lawn. Specifically Gina. I visited the store to buy a new phone, and she caught a billing major billing error. Essentially saving me hundreds of dollars. She spent over an hour fixing the problem, which was beyond her responsibility. I will always be an at&t customer due to her service. She really cares about her customers. Thanks Gina. Your are the best.
My phone was several years old so I needed an upgrade. The phone I upgraded to had problems as well so I wanted to exchange it. The exchange process was a hassle, long, and made me feel like a burden. The representative by the name Stephany told my friend that she was doing me a favor. I didnt appreciate the sense of arrogance and entitlement I felt from this staff. This experience makes me dread the next time I have to buy or upgrade my phone.
I thought that perhaps these reviews were exaggerating but this was definitely one of the worse customer experiences I have ever had. It takes 3 people to man a tablet that just writes your name down. Good thing there were 3 of them because Im not sure how that job would be done. Once they completed the difficult task of jotting my name down they all just stood there for 20 minutes even though the store was 30 minutes from closing. The whole time I periodically asked them questions and only received short, forced answers. Went to T-Mobile and received the exact opposite customer service.
Amarion was a really great guy amazing service probably one of the best service I had . he explained everything to detail and made us smile we will come back to him for any problem from now on 👍 . he is extremely knowledgeable when it come to devices and how things work that helps alot . hope to see him again next time .
Terrible customer service. I went with a friend and couldnt believe how unknowledgeable they were about their products. I over heard a rep telling a customer, I dont know much about those headphones. They just put them out there and never told us anything about them. Not to mention my friend had to go back to exchange the phone and she said they gave her a hard time about it. I dont have at&t, but I would never switch over by seeing how they treat their customers.
This store is much more helpful than the one in Bridgeview. I came to this CORPORATE store because the one in Bridgeview refused to add my discount. The Hispanic man that helped me was great and helpful. He was able to get me a free phone for adding a line that basically came to $20 a month, Will certainly keep coming back.
***Update Below***Theyll promise you the world and then drop it on your head. I was promised $650 in credits when I bought the iPhone 7 but what I got was 6 months of headaches and nothing in my pocketbook. Good luck with getting Ron the Store Manager to return your calls if you have any problems. Theyve promised me my issues have been escalated to the Office of the President at AT&T and yet I received no calls or contact in any form. I finally reached out the Office of the President myself, which was no easy manner as AT&T customer service refuses to give you this number, they have no record of any case. Save yourself the stress. Avoid the headache. Avoid this location.***UPDATE***Within one hour of contacting AT&Ts Office of the President the issue has been resolved. Thats how customer service should be.***UPDATE***
If I could give a 0 star I would! Terrible customer service At this location! yesterday I purchased 3 chargers for my samsung phones and when I got home I found out that one of the chargers the rep gave me was the wrong one, today I go back to exchange the one charger and they wouldnt return it unless I had all of my chargers with me so they could refund my Credit card and re purchase everything. How inconvenient of them have me drive to my house and charge my credit card twice! And to find out the charger that fits my phone is 4$ cheaper then the charger they sold me. I ended up having to pay an addtional .88 because I didnt have the other chargers with me!! The manager and staff needs to be well trained to be able to deal with customer service! Stay away from this location!
AT&T is known for bad customer service and this store stands out as horrible even by AT&T standards. When I have to go here I know itll be at least a 25 minute experience even for something simple like buying a charger or case. When I got my Iphone there, it felt like such a used car buying experience. It never used to be like that, but I still dont know if I got the best deal because I had to spend so much time telling the sales guy no when he tried to push products and services I didnt want onto me.
If I could give this place 0 stars or negative 5 stars I would! The manager was a complete bi*** I was told to come in and pick up a sim card at no charge cause my imei # was wrong on the device she literally said she did not mess it up so why would she give to me for free? Really! At&t did your the manager of this location needless to say one of the other associates there helped me out and gave me the card. I have 6 lines with this company and she was fighting over a 5.00 sim card really!!!

Ive had ATT forever and went in to ask for help with my bank app. Apparently the employees are told not to help with things like that so I wasted my time. One young girl kind of whispered to me where I could look into the problem. Ask your kids to help you because no one there can be bothered.

I was so frustrated with the non corporate at&t store that I decided to go to the corporate store at 5251 w 95th apon entering the store I was greeted and made to feel very welcom..Kayla was the the sales rep that helped me and she made my time there worthwhile! Worst experience I have ever had at an ATT store. Both rep and manager were rude and refuse to help me. I came in to simply know what my balance for one of my ATT next phones were and they refused to pull up my account. Told me I had to use the myatt app. I wouldnt have came in if thats the case but Im already there. I was actually going to be adding another line as well as look at new plans to combine with direct TV but I guess there poor customer service is going to make me go else where. I waited for about 10 to then be told they wouldnt help me so I left. Good things theres a T-Mobile next door, Ill be most likely changing my service and changing my cable internet to comcast.
Walked in, no one acknowledged me for 20 minutes when there was available associates. They greeted 4 people that came after me and after getting to me, didn’t try to help out just said to call customer service. I’ve had similar experiences here the same way and will not be returning.
Worst customer experience ever. I came to the store. Half of the representatives were walking through the store with nonsense. It took them 15 minutes to ask me if they can help me.I came to get a new sim card for my “go phone” prepaid hot spot. When I first activated it. I got a sim card from the store in Chicago. With excellent service. It took me like 3 minutes when I came to store to get it. Fast. Free. With great service. Here, Weston D. Law from beginning was rude, not nice, and extremely not professional. He said he need my driving licence and social security. I asked why ? All I need is a sim card like first time when I active it. And I’ll do it online for myself like before. So he immediately said “ no ones gonna help you here bye “ and turned away.Wow!!!! Sorry thats not how you treat customers. I also called before I visited customer service and they told me Because my prepaid service was canceled due to not refills, go to store and get a sim card and active it online. Before I even finish telling it to him, he said again. “ you not gonna do it this way, I won’t give you a sim card “ Most rudest person I ever had to deal with. I asked him for his name. He gave me his business card with another creepy comment “ bye then now “ What ???? This person should not even work washing dishes on bad restaurant, definitely not as a store representative.
I had my phone stolen couldn’t get it to activate I went to the store it took a over a hour to get my problem resolved my issue wasn’t with the store because Keiry Carlin is the best thru all my frustration and keiry being transferred to several agents we finally got the correct one who knew what to do she was patient when I say she is the bomb.com I mean it
Came into Oaklawnl location needing an activation and phone help and representative Gina helped me. This young lady GINA IS NOTHING SHORT OF AWESOME!!!! And she is the reason I will stay an AT&T customer! Give this girl a promation asap! Thank you Gina I will always ask for you when I come in.
Execellent customer service. i do not understand these other reviews. the representative that took care of me was great. she was honest and very informative. i have had all major phone carriers. i first had at&t, it was my parents plan and somethings happened to where we couldnt have it anymore and i was honestly very upset about it. i then had verizon for about a month and it was okay. then i had tmobile for five years and went on my own plan with them earlier this year. i found that the service was not worth what i was paying for. i did some looking around and calling and decided to go with sprint because they told me i could use my iphone purchased through tmobile with their service. i found that to be a lie once i had already order anothe iphone and went to activate both my new and old phone. so i decided to go back to at&t. great service and great customer service both over the phone and in store.
Quick service but not exactly helpful. Had a question regarding my bill but they couldnt help me because I set it up elsewhere despite this location being a corporate store. This was one of out of many experiences out there so dont base your opinion of the place solely on my review.
Crowded, long wait time, staff tries to be helpful but I received different quotes for the same cell service from different reps. I like the coverage better than my former carrier, but hard to getthem to get you a good deal on bundled services if you already are a customer ( used to be better to call customer service. Have internet and direct now through them but the prices are getting outragrous. About to switch to Xnifity because $60 for 25 mbps, which is the fastest package available here is a joke ( and there is no equipment fee.) Service is up and down and cant run an x-box one on a 4k. Actually just switched from 24mbps to 25. The pricing is a joke. They had me bumped to $54 a month plus $10 for equipment I had for years for a total of $64. Switched me over to the 25mbps which was $60 But no equipment charge. Ever since then, service has been horrible. They tell me it might be the modem/router cant handle it. For 1 extra mbps? I can get 100 from Xfinity with basic cable for around the same price. Ill be working on that this week. Want to talk to a rep there because it looks like the packages include unlimited talk and text for wireless but they charge for data. Im ticked at At & t because I just switched over and thought my package included a mobile hotspot but no, that was $30 more. Just so I can work on the train. Ridiculous. I can stream you tube unlimited to the phone but need to pay another $30 Just to check Outlook on my laptop and download a file or 2 occasionally? I am so disappointed with their pricing.
WORST EXPERIENCE! The employees at this store do NOTHING but stand around and gossip. They wont even assist with simple tasks to get customers out quicker. I was at the Crestwood location 2 days prior & they get BUSY but they prioritize their customers by asking what brings you in and if its something fast they will get you help you out & get you out the door. Not here they could care less Oaklawn store doesnt even want to hear your issue they just take your name and make you sit for 20-30min because God forbid EVERYBODY work at once! When I expressed my concern to.the tech who helped me he told me to go back to Crestwood he will have a job regardless. Huh! With that being said I sat & waited for 30min for nothing he told me he couldnt help me and I wound up having to call ATT customer service and having them assist me. Save yourself the attitude and disrespect and drive the extra 10min to the Crestwood store..i know I will!
Nobody leaves there home just to be told call the 800 number. Were not understanding the phone rep so they said go to a at&t location. These people had us waiting almost an hour and did absolutely Nothing to help. So glad we have other cell phone providers to switch once our contract expires. Ridiculous!
AT&T has the worst customer service from all the phone carriers I have encountered. I went there a couple weeks ago to pay my landline phone. Who still has a landline? I do, sometimes you need it. Anyway, I go to the store in Oak Lawn and try to use the kiosk. I entered the information it asked for, invalid, says the kiosk. It wasnt accepting my zipcode. So I moved over to the next kiosk, same issue. It looked like the couple beforehand also had the same issue because there was a representative helping them. So I go and seek help from the other reps so they can take my payment. 1 was already helping the couple in front of me with the kiosk fiasco. Another helping a different customer. Then there were 4 doing nothing or gossiping, chatting or just socializing. They werent helping anyone, there was only 3 customers including me. So I asked for assistance. They looked at each other and 1 replied You have to see the guy with the tablet.I replied, I just want to make a payment. They referred me back to the guy with the tablet. So, I guess 4 AT&T representatives dont know how to take a payment and even worse, know what customer service is.
Can I give a negative star? All employees were playing and joking while for three days I have tried to get my bill straightened out. These are a bunch of uneducated workers obviously not from the local neighborhood!!! Thats fine if they were qualified to do the job! They are more interested in playing with the equipment and eating (not one was under 200 lbs and taller then 5 5) instead of doing thier job! Thier solution to figuring out my bill was to hand the phone for me to discuss my issue with someone else. Needless to say the other end of the phone was closed for buisness!!To Hell with these workers who couldnt do simple math and to Hell with AT&T!!! There solution to solve my problem was to kick me out of the store because they didnt have an answer and didnt like being showed how to add??? They cant adjust the bill properly? All they can do is sell you products they dont even know how to use!God I miss US Celluar!!!! This generation is all about themselves and are sending this country to rock bottom!!
Went into the store to activate my phone- the manager installed an ATT app without asking and made it seem like I had to download it for the activation. In doing so, this changed the username and password for the main account holder. rude. annoying. really disliking ATT more and more....
Went in to see if they have a new iphone, a rep. went in the back to check, 15 minutes pass and I walked out. He probably waited to see if I left in order to come out. Also, I called later to see if the have the phone in stock, 18 minutes pass and I hung up. Called AT&T in Crestwood and it took less then 5 minutes to check their stock. Dont go to Att in oak lawn. Bad service
When u purchase new phone they dont set up for u..u are given an appointment...service tech calls u to set up...I spent 3 hours on phone /trying to set up with sym card and phone..couldnt set up..telling me have to go back to store and have them put in new card and phone probably deffective..sucks..I am disabled hard for me...
IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 STARS. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORE IN THE WORLD, AND THE AT&T CORPORATION SHOULD SHUT THIS STORE DOWN BEFORE THEY LOSE MORE, AND MORE CUSTOMERS. The only reason they got one star is because you had to push a star the manager there is a lying sniveling weasel and the sales representatives lie through their teeth I would strongly suggest that you go to the AT&T store by the Promenade instead I will never do business there again and have called the Better Business Bureau I had to go there because they score to the only store with the phone that I wanted I will never go back there again

2022-02-21I came to the AT&T store because I was looking to get a charger for my new phone. They had sold out of the charger online and wanted to be able to get the online price for the charger in the store, since I had just purchased a brand new phone online and there was a promotion going on. 2022-06-13If I could give zero stars I would. I went to the store to trade in my old phone for a new one. I was told by the associate, L, that she found a better deal for me and I would also receive a free watch. Her “deal” was adding another line to my account without my knowledge. Now I am on the hook for $785. I am furious. Beware of the associates there!

2022-07-01If you’d like to be taken advantage of and lied to this is the place to come. A place where poor leadership is treated with promotions. Riziq Abdelruan doesn’t deserve to be promoted when he has customers charged $1200 cause he could care less to pay attention while working. Pawning off problems to those lower than him. Tanavia I expect to receive some sort of answers and resolution when we talk. Till then I would stay clear from visiting this location.

2022-03-29I recently went to the AT&T store on 95th St. Oak Lawn. I worked with Tina there, who was fantastic! Got a deal on 3 new Samsung S22 Ultra phones, which came quickly (Mon. 3/21 visit, phones arrived by Thurs. 3/24)Tina was even able to help with getting a new number and sim card for an issue we had with one of the phones/numbers.(Dont call customer support) Let the team at the store help with issues.Thankyou Tina! and AT&T ❤

2022-04-19Was told they don’t help set up the phones anymore. I know last time they helped transfer data. Also told me it’s cheaper to order online and get it delivered to home. So if that’s the case then why do they even pay people to be in that store. They won’t help set up the phone and it’s cheaper to get it online. I’m actually considering switching carrier or going to different store. Disappointing

2022-03-08My custome service person Mika was absolutely wonderful. I rated everything exceptional because I was in and out no wait and my cellphone was repaired by a wonderful customer service employee Mika at that Oak Lawn location. Id definitely return there and refer others.Unfortunately my cellphone has been automatically removing itself from the network for the past 3months. It stays off for 12 to 24hrs or more. This makes my cellphone unusable completely. I cannot send nor receive calls & texts. So I have to wait on a At&T store to open up. Then I head over to have another SIM card put in. Ive done this now about 6xs. This is completely frustrating, irritating and dangerous having a cellphone & service not working.

2022-06-07Horrible customer service . Went in 30 minutes before close today to get a new phone and the guy acted like I was a bother and had a horrible rude attitude. Ended up leaving and will go to another store to get a phone .
