My phone stopped working and I needed a new one ASAP. I went into the store & was told it was a 30-45 minute wait, but I got in after about 15 minutes with Madison. She did great explaining the details on each phone I was interested in and never complained when I asked a million and one questions about different prices and breakdowns of them all. I will be going back there for all my further purchases through AT&T.
My bill is always screwed up since I changed from Direct TV to u verse in Dec..I cant get anyone to fix the problem. Im in the store every month my bill comes and on the phone with them for hrs. No one has figured it out yet..PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!! Madison has been trying to help me. Shes really great. But I think shes getting frustrated too.Going to miss her when shes gone..
The manager Madison amazed me she took care of us got us the best rate.. loved her go get attitude and service so much I went back and got my mother-in-law set up as well... not only would I go back but I have also been recommending her to everyone I know 😀Keep up the good work.
Not very good. Waited one hour to be seem with ONLY one person to take care of all the customers waiting to be helped. I had to leave for another appointment without being served. I feel you should always have at least two people working at all times. What if there is an emergency, not safe, and certainly not good for business to have people standing and sitting waiting to be seem because you have only one person working.
Completely useless staff. I was told over and over again that they didnt understand how cell phones work. I asked who I should contact and they told me that they were the only ones who could help me. I then explained that they didnt help me one little bit. While still trying to figure out the problem the associate literally walked away from me and started helping other customers. I will never go to this store again, even though it is only a block from my house. I am also contemplating leaving ATT entirely.
They were seriously the best here! I came in needing a new iPhone and ended up having to hang around for 4 hours or so to back my phone up (haven’t backed it up since January of 2016. Back up your phones, people). Madison and Billy were so friendly, accommodating, and patient with me. When one of them went on break, they even brought me back some food since they knew I’d be there so long, lol. Truly appreciate everything they did for me. Thank ya’ll sooooo much!
If I could give 0 stars I would!! Madison the manager is who I worked with she told me my bill every month would be 272 and every month my bill comes and its over 400 and she adjusts it, she has been telling me my Visa cards are on the way since November and I finally called corporate to find out whats going on and the tracking numbers she gave me dont even exist!!! ...im so disgusted, ...im out 4k and she has the nerve to tell me Im annoying!! ...im sorry I dont have an extra 4k laying around. And customer service is telling me its not a corporate store so Im getting the runaround from all ends... stay away from this store all they are looking for is a sale they dont care who they have to screw over to get it!! And everyone that is posting reviews about her giving the best deals ... try shes rigging the system it will eventually catch up and so will corporate and she will no longer be able to use her manager credit scam on anyone else.
The service rep failed to put a new sims card in the new phone. (Is that why he cant make a call?) Failed to tell me about a one time $30.00 charge to my phone bill. Service was slow. In this day of the Corona virus there was no ppe used by employees. No hand sanitizer in use. Didnt use any sanitize solution on tables, chairs or equipment used in between customers.
ALWAYS GET IT IN WRITING if you are dealing with this store. I purchased a new phone for my nephew under a promotion sold to me through the Assistant Manager Cameron Hines only to find out 3 months later this promotion doesnt even exist. I am out $900 because this Assistant Manager either made a huge mistake or totally scammed me. After spending a few days at the store trying to fix this problem I am leaning towards the latter. I have been with AT&T for over 14 years and am now switching my familys 6 lines to Verizon. AT&T Corporate has also been zero help so far. ALWAYS GET IT IN WRITING before you walk out the doors of this store...
I was trying to purchace a new phone & the service guy Camron at the store gave the run around & told to to go to another & they will tell you the game thing Totally disregarded my explinations. Poor Service on several occasions, Then i went to the ATT store in the Lewis Joliet Mall, Walked right in & 40 min later walked out with a new phone , Excellent customer Service
OMG!!!!!!!!! When I say these ladies are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I cant even express how truly GRATEFUL I am today. I did not expect for them to go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with not only my Christmas present to myself but a new years, birthday and Valentines day gift for me lbs. Morgan, Maddison, and Gerlisa are the BUSINESS! THEY WILL GET YOU RIGHT. This is definitely my ATT home now 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

2021-12-29Was having a rough day on Christmas Eve & when I came in for some questions to get a line I believe it was (Cedric) who helped me out ! But he was very friendly & made it very easy for me to get a plan ! I most definitely recommend him if you go here !

2021-02-21I wish I could give 100 stars to this store!!!Charelle & Terrell did a fantastic job helping me with my wireless service. I originally ordered over the phone which was my horrible mistake. at&t partially shipped my order, I was able to successfully activate 3 phones of my four ordered , but when I got to my line one of the reps ( over the phone) completely screwed up... He put a number to my phone that I didn’t want I specifically told him I was porting my number over from the previous carrier. Long story short these two awesome people did everything they could to get me going!!! The calls , the trade ins , the proper information they gave and helped with was just amazing!! I should’ve just came into this store from the beginning they are professional, beyond helpful and made it very very easy to continue successfully porting my number and answered any questions I had! They are awesome individuals very knowledgeable and kind!!! Thank you two for everything I’d recommend this store to anyone!!!! Charelle & Terrell you guys rock !!!!

2020-09-04Today we worked with Nivia who was both very friendly and knowledgeable about some questions we had regarding our current phones and billing information. If I could leave her a higher rating than 5-stars, I would in a heartbeat. She is by far the best, BEST employee that I’ve ever had the chance to work with at an AT&T and surpassed any expectations we had before first entering the AT&T store. She has proven to us that she actually cares about the CUSTOMER, not solely about numbers or making a sale—which is incredibly important in our eyes. Had we known about Nivia before we bought our phones at a different AT&T store, we would have purchased our phones with her instead. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this location for any future needs or questions and hope to get the chance to work with Nivia again. To all of those reading this and debating on going to this location, you will NOT be disappointed!

2021-01-21First I must apologize for my survey, I hit the wrong numeric answer which gave a dissatisfied response to a question. Sorry guys and gal. The young woman that helped me was polite and very courteous. Tho I had a glitch when I performed data transfer from old phone the next day the two men there was polite and very informative. Great group there in my opinion. When doing surveys I’ll watch the numbers next time, hate that it was submitted with a low answer. Thanks again for the quick fix and good work and informing me on new functions on my phone.

2019-08-16I usually do not give a bad review on any store. This particular store was horrible every person I spoke to lied about something. The sales person told me my bill will be close to $100 when I got the bill it was $353. None of the discounts they promised was not applied to the phones. They sent me off to customer service maybe because they do not know what they are doing. Customer service to told me they could of fixed the issue at the store level. The whole staff needs to be re-trained from the Manager Madison, sales people Rob, and Louise.
