This place with these fine, young, knowledgeable, personable and professional employees of AT&T Store in my community always sooooooo helpful with services and technology support to all people, young and old on phones. Highly recommend and worth the trip.
The At&t store in Hodgkins is exceptional in cust .service. Mike & Sean have been extremely helpful in constantly solving situations occurring with my cell phone service & a constant problem with Direct TV. Also with information about my phone & service.
Good staff, very polite, but lacking on certain aspects, had to call AT&T directly after leaving store to get my answers
Michael Guetzo at your AT&T Hodgkins store is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. I took a dear friend with brain cancer in to help her with her laptop and cell phone, which he found have been non-functioning since February. Michael was able to download and fix both forms of communication. The difference in her spirit was absolutely a dream and true blessing. She has been in and out of the hospital, but once feeling well enough to communicate she realized she was unable to due so. Michael, thank you again and God Bless you.Shirley Funk and Leslie Malay
The guys in this store really know their stuff. I HATE calling customer service they are the worst. Other stores I also have had issues with people not knowing what to do. Theses guys are very knowledgeable

2022-01-01I had requested 4 lines be added for the Black Friday Special. The associate added the lines and said everything was good to go. We’ve waited a whole month and no news about the phones. Then they notified that the lines were cancelled and said they couldn’t help us with the promotion price and it would be an extra $10 a line if we added them now. Terrible experience with AT&T and will be looking to change providers.

2020-10-16Didn’t catch the girls name working last night. But she had great customer service, helped me in a very quick and professional manner, and got me set up with the phone I wanted! 10/10 would recommend this store and the rep that helped me! (iPhone 11 Pro Max)

2019-11-03By far the best service/experience at any phone carrier store I ever had. Jarrett and Saun definitely answered all my questions and helped me out a lot. Glad I went there instead of any other AT&T store. Give them a raise ! lol

2018-09-27Mike is awesome! Got a new phone and he explained everything and transferred and set up everything as well. Even set up the Bluetooth in the car but for some reason I couldn’t get the contacts to go into the car but I’ll be going to the dealership to get that fixed.

2019-01-08I went to the ATT store in Hodgkins after 2 weeks of trying to get new phones. The reps on the phone were so bad that I was ready to cancel everything!! Wes and Michael were AWESOME!!!!! Helpful, knowledgable and wonderful to work with!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

2018-08-14I was picking up a phone from an exchange at a different location I asked to make sure I was still getting the 50% off phone discount and was told yes. Ive been on the phone every month since I switch to att. Not only did I get lied to at the stores but over the phone as well. I completely regret switching to at&t. My advice is dont do it.
