I just had the best experience with the sales rep Evelyn. She walked us through the whole process seamlessly. We left Sprint to go to AT&T on a high note and without hesitation thanks to her. She’s amazing and super sweet. High Five Girl!!
We had a great experience. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Evelyn was the one who helped us and she was very nice and fixed the issue we were having. We accidentally kept her past closing but she stayed for a little bit so she could fix the problem. Overall great experience, I reccomend going here.
Issac was supper amazing with providing us with knowledge about everything and anything we needed to know and made us super confident with switching over to at&t , his customer service is outstanding ! Very humble and he even stood after to help us with setting up our phones making sure we were all good ! Best service I recieved when walking into a phone store ! Love the NEW STAFF! They answer my questions, and if they dont know they will let you know they dont have the answer. So, they will search best they can! Another thing, Customer Service is Great! Much more Informative and Honest unlike the Att 1800 # you call for services.

Horrible Experience i had at this store my mom was trying to pay here Mobile Bill and the associate was very rude and unprofessional associate that there were a fee to pay with cash and there were no fee to used a card i was very upset about that associate attitude and see how he want to help the customer like us i would never go to this location again

My dad consistently has problems with the staff. They argue with him about his bill and are not very helpful.
It was okay the waiting time for a customer service representative was a too long one the AT&T representative was more worried about shopping packages then taking care of the customers I guess he couldnt do both??

Today I went to this establishment at 2249 N Cicero which I do not recommend to anyone because of the discrimination I felt without giving me the opportunity to identify myself as a client for 14 years they discussed with me they treated me as ignorant with just a direct call to AT&T I was able to solve my problem they made a sale and they solved my problem that I was having with my phone so! They lost a good customer

I received very good treatment from the employees, very friendly but what I liked the most was that they spoke to me in Spanish not like in other places that we are discriminated against for speaking Spanish and the discrimination comes from the Latinos themselves.

2022-03-19I recently visited this location frustrated after calling customer service. Julio was able to address my issue in a matter of minutes and had me on my way. He had great customer service and was extremely helpful despite me being a little annoyed at the whole situation.

2021-09-29Long wait time bc Annie was the only one working. But, always acknowledged every customer that walked in. She was pleasant and didnt ignore a person or any questions we had while waiting. She handled herself and the store well, I was very impressed. She was a great associate and good at upselling. I used to work In retail and she handled everything better than I could. I appreciate Annie for her knowledge in merchandise and plans. Went in for help to file an insurance claim and walked out with a new phone and plan thanks to Annie🙌🏽😂.
