Read some weird stuff online about employees looking though customers phones upon trade in. Mine was a trade in and didn’t get a factory reset or wipe before I left. Hope they did it, I would hate to find out they kept things that were on my phone. Please do right by me! They had to call me for my passcode to get into my phone today, so I know they can still see all my stuff. 😫
Eden was wonderful to work with. Kinda felt more like a friend sharing with me what worked best for my needs rather than a salesperson pushing the promotion. I got exactly what I both wanted & needed and in much less time than I expected. Plus I got some really neat accessories. A+ for this visit. I will most certainly return to this location!
I went to this store to upgrade my phone, and after few days I received email that I “enroll” in Protect Adventage Plan And my account will be charged additional $15 per month. They did that with no my permission and I had to spend over 45 min with customer service to remove that plan. Be aware in this AT&T store.
I’ve been looking to set up new phone lines and my Sales Rep Kendal was very helpful and answer all my questions I asked. I was in and out at a reasonable time. Also when leaving the store the sales reps would walk you out and open the door. My overall experience was satisfying.
Perfect service. Melissa, the manager, introduced herself and took my name immediately upon entry.The place was busy and a short wait later, Jessica, whom I previously spoke with on the phone, clearly explained and wrote down all my options. I got the phone, plan and savings I wanted, and she made it very comfortable to switch after 15 years at Sprint.All associates at this location had smiles and good attitudes throughout.Previous reviews are likely from before this manager took over.
I went in to get help with my phone order as it seemed like it was taking too long to receive it. 2 gentlemen quickly approached and seemed very defensive. When I told them of my issue, without hesitation they quickly blamed whatever was wrong on me. They made no effort to look up the problem initially. It seemed like they were trying to rush me out of the store. After much complaining they finally looked up the issue which was on their end and they fixed it. Not good customer service.
I went to an at&t store in down town Lagrange and had a horrible experience with a salesman that outright lied and had absolutely no idea what he was talking about, then I went to Best Buy and still no luck. I needed to get my boyfriend a new phone because his old one had stopped working.But then I found this store !!702 E boughton rd at&t store in Boilingbrook was such an easy and GREAT experience. Through my frustrations and long day DAN MONGE (store manager) and ALEX PENA (sales representative) were not only extremely professional and nice but just made my experience super easy and gave me a lot of useful information. They are honest real people and just made my day today. I will always go to this store for all my needs because of them. I went to the AT&T store in Bolingbrook to deal with an issue which could not be handled over the phone, because the business division closed at 5 PM.I needed to add my sons line to my plan due to a change in his employment. The store closed at 9 PM, we arrived at 8 PM. Jackson was very helpful identifying the issues and how to handle the situation. When he ran across a few glitches, the manager, Peter, was also very helpful. The whole transaction took over an hour, due to the complexity of the matter, but the staff at this store were all very helpful. I have been to this store before, and have always had great experiences. Thank you Jackson and Peter for all of your assistance.
Much better than Boolingbrooks T-Mobile store, ~1min of waiting time, friendly people. Overall probably this store is good, but I give them 3 stars because after switching to AT&T GoPhone (prepaid) plan from another carrier my brand new phone couldnt pick 4G LTE network. I was told with prepaid plan and especially with Android phone Ill will never get 4G LTE and have to stick with regular 4G (HSPA+). Customer support couldnt help me over the phone as well and told me call phone manufacture. Guy from Auroras store was able to solve the problem during 5 minutes!
Your company is digging in my back yard (in the easement) in Woodridge, not far from you location. Attached to this post you will find pictures of the Work site. I was told they were installing internet lines. The first picture you will notice a white can by the site. This is coolant they (contractors through At&T) left in my back yard.After talking with Matt Stauner, he informed me it would be taken care of. There was also no coverings over the hole in the ground they dug, making it a safety hazard for my kids and dog. I asked them to ensure it is safe work area.I woke up to find not only was the hole uncovered but wires accessible (at roughly 7-8AM). My hope is that these are communication lines, however I have no information on them. This is not only unsafe, but a continued issue. What if someone had touched these wires or fallen in the hole? Is some yellow tape supposed to stop this?
Extremely Rude Customer Service Representative that answered the phone. Asked for a Manager and he would not give me the information. Asked his name and would not divulge his name because I was now being disrespectful to him for bothering him while he had customers in the store. Also put me on speaker phone so that the customers could witness the conversation. Will not go back there.
Extremely rude! I was walking up to the door and an employee pulled it shut and locked it as I was reaching for the door. There are over 10 customers in the store. I understand that its closing time, but a simple greeting would have been wonderful. It seems I will be going across the street to verizion.

2022-05-20Melissa was extremely helpful in procuring new phones for my mother and I this week. We felt like she had gone above and beyond in answering all of our questions, however simple or complex they had been at times. She gave my mother peace of mind and confidence in using her new phone before even leaving the store, providing one of the all-time greatest customer service experiences we had ever received from any business transaction within society as a whole. 2022-02-28Ive purchased my last two iPhones at this store. They have always done a great job for me. Most recently my protective glass screen layer became chipped and then cracked. The manufacturer, Pure Gear is very good about honoring their lifetime warranty. Just pay for shipping and handling and they send the replacement right out.I brought my phone back to the store to have the swap done correctly, Michael Engler, the store manager, was very helpful and along with their newest sales associate, Melissa, they helped replace the defective shield. Its quality service like this that makes all of the difference in the world and keeps me coming back as a highly satisfied customer. I highly recommend doing business with the good folks at this AT&T branch.

2022-01-28Came to transfer my number. Seemed like Sheri knew what she was doing, but she didnt bother to check if my device is part of the 3G sunset. She should have, considering I noticed my data was not working. Her lack of awareness to this issue unleashed 6 days of no data and 4 hours of customer service hell in the AT&T stores.When I went back after 6 days, I get a different person, who turns out isnt even directly employed by AT&T. He couldnt figure out why the data wasnt working and sent me to another AT&T store which supposedly has actual AT&T employees.Sheri apparently is a higher level employee, so I would expect her to know something as important and urgent as the 3G sunset. I didnt think my phone would be impacted, but it turns out even 2 year old phones will be shut down. Apparently, the way AT&T informs their customers of this, is not through knowledgeable staff, a text, or anything normal like that. They simply shut down your data... Thats right, they shut down the part that isnt even on the 3G bands.After talking with the reps, with people on the phone, all they kept saying it dont work because your phone is unlocked.After I got home, I researched it myself and I probably understand the issue now. All Sheri had to do is show me the list of phones that will continue to be supported after February 2022.None of this matters, AT&T is a duopoly and it can be as horrible as it is and that is never going to change.

2022-09-18If i could leave zero stars for this location, I would. Waited for over an hour to be helped in the store with no contact from representatives. No phones on display in store and no help from anyone, not even a hello. An absolute joke of an experience and waste of time. Look elsewhere.

Boughton Road It is the place to go for good customer service unbelievable good customer service Mr. Michael angler the store manager there was so helpful positive informative to me and my husband we have went to many places to buy our devices for business we’re seniors we own our business we have not seen this type of good customer service and assistance with our Choice of business devices that we received from Mr Michael Engle along with Ms Melissa Presley were very informative helpful in our decision making choices of new phones iPad and anything else we needed loved it I really recommend this place because you will get good customer service thank you again MICHAEL and Melissa we will be back

2022-01-09Had an issue with an out of date phone and had to go in for service. The team here was polite, professional, and absolutely outstanding. Logan was the associate who helped me and he was 100% amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. He listened to my problem and then did absolutely everything he could to resolve it and I left 100% satisfied with the resolution he provided. A++++ customer service. Best store to go to.

Kevin A was very helpful and down to earth in explaining the transfer and trade in process, as well as the phone and carrier options! Loved it so much I convinced my parents it was time for them to upgrade.

2022-02-20I had a horrible experience trying to switch from tracfone to att. Spent hours on the phone trying to figure it out. I came in one night and Mike fixed everything in 6 minutes. It was a super simple issue but it made the whole experience a million times better!! Thank you Mike!!!!

2022-02-26It was time to change providers and my family and I decided to go with AT&T and my experience with them this past Friday was great! Micheal the store manager was there to help me every step of the way!
