Great service. Took my iPhone in because the speaker volume was real low. They looked at my phone and determined the speakers were just clogged with dirt and cleaned them out for no charge. This is the 2nd time I’ve been here and both occasions I was very impressed and satisfied. Highly recommend.

I’ve had rice stuck in my iPhone and then there was a time I mistakenly turned on the voiceover buttonThinking I was going to increase the volume. This business removed the rice in a matter of minutes. My phone was back to normal. When I pressed the voiceover button, my phone went into a robotic state. There was no response but a lot of robotic sound. I barely could off. This business corrected both problems in a matter of no time with no charge. This place is great. I highly recommend this to all. Who have problems with their phones.
I crack the back glass on my Note 9 after I dropped it. I took my phone here and found they had the parts in Stock and the repair wood take two hours. The price was reasonable and in two hours
I made an appointment to get my cracked screen fixed (iPhone 8-only $99 to repair) and they did it in less than two hours! This was honestly so convenient and better than going to my mobile carrier to get it repaired which would have taken days to fix and would’ve also cost the same amount of money. I highly recommend to anyone that needs their phone fixed immediately. They were very polite and informative, the man that fixed my phone had a bachelors degree in science technology- which reassured me that he would fix it well.
Great place. Very strong team over at ubreakifix. The manager is super cool just as much as his employees. These guys know how to do it all. Very honest staff and reasonable prices. Plus they have google and samsung certifications so you know you are getting a quality job done.

Came here today to get my S21 Ultra screen replaced, and I am highly pleased with the results. They handled my phone with care and you can tell! The only thing I would suggest is honoring appointment customers first & walk ins seconds just for convenience!
So Im in Chicago when all of a sudden my phones screen stops working. I go to the nearest At&t store, but they cant do anything for me...I was still under manufacturer warranty. I fire up the laptop and go to the Samsung site and they refer me to this place. They were great. I dropped the phone off at about 10 and it was ready around 12! Completely covered by warranty. The only thing I can whine about is that when I went to pick it up, there was a 4-person line with folks dropping off their phones and only 1 guy up front. I could hear at least 3 other voices on the other side of the wall, but this guy was the only one doing intake. They xould have had at least 2 guys up there. Each drop-off required folks explaining the issue and the intake guy trying to validate it. I would say about 10 minutes per drop-off. I should also mention that it was lunchtime though. Overall, I am seriously satisfied with the repair.
Tried to repair my girlfriends iPad myself but was unable to get the top half of the touch screen to respond to touch, I brought it in and was helped quickly and effectively and even learned a thing or two, needless to say I walked out a happy customer!

Very efficient and courteous! I brought my nieces phone in on a Thursday as soon as they opened up (10am) to get her screen fixed and they were finished by 11:30 am. They even gave me a courteous call to let me know it was ready for pickup. Her phone looks brand new compared to what it looked liked before I brought it in for repair. I highly recommend this establishment!
I had a 12pm appointment. I arrived at 11:55 and the store was closed. Not a person in sight. Totally wasted my time.

My iPhone XS had some water damage that made the screen short out, and Matt and the guys there had it fixed in under 2 hours for a reasonable price. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Walked in during break from work, already knew price from online. She went back to see if they had the LCD part for my s20 phone, and behold she had one. It was a miracle in the making, I was speechless and I said take it. Do your magic girl, and to add the cherry on top she said it will be ready in two hours. I was done at that point I signed and left, came back two hours my phone was reborn again. I LOVED IT, definitely come to this place.

My husband cracked his brand new Galaxy Note S10 plus and the phone company wanted $500 for the deductible and I called today when they open to see if they could fix it today and Ed said they could for less than my deductible. We are over the road truck drivers and need our phones so when our phone was fixed today within 3 hrs like brand new, I was overjoyed. The are very professional and helpful not to mention my husband phone is like brand new again. I highly recommend this company. Well worth every penny. A very satisfied customer.
Rip off location with horrible customer service. Called them to set up appointment , they say they do price match , when I went there the guy said he can not do price match ( I repaired the phone at the same location I brakeIfix few month ago) So THEY COULD NOT PRICE MATCH THEY OWN SERVICE . Stated that the back lit of my phone needs to be replaced for a $115 extra. LAST TIME THE SAME LOCATION CHANGE THE BACK Glass for Free. because the front Glass replacement on this phone require the back glass replacement every time you replace the front glass.I WENT TO THIS LOCATION 4 times AND did BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR ALMOST $2000 (ALL REPAIRS). WEll I would never go there again.Rip OFF SERVICE. HORIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PRICE MATCH IS JUST TO GET CUSTOMERS TO THE ACTUAL STORE.REgards,V

They are clueless on repairing iPhones, I brought mine in for I couldnt hear out of my speaker they told me it was a apple software problem wrong it was the speaker waste of time going there waiting then they call you later come pick it up i took it too apple its fixed. 👎
They took me to their place first saying we will fix it for me and then saying it takes 3 weeks to fix it. They could have said that on the phone without deriving for 1 hour to get to them.
They did a good job, but they told me a day it would be ready and it wasn’t. Then they told me another day and it wasn’t. I didn’t need the device but I hade to change my schedule multiple times and I didn’t appreciate that.

I’ve been here twice, the first time I had my phone screen fixed here and the second time I had my son phone fixed both times I went it didn’t take them a longtime to fix either phone. I might have been there a whole hour both times, the phones I had fixed were iPhones 10 or better. These are good people doing great electronic work.

Go check them out, seriously go!! ❤️Update: Phone was fixed Friday, however later in the night the phone died. When I attempted to turn it back on it started rebooting constantly without actually coming back on. I sent an email Saturday about the issue and was informed that I could bring the phone back in at my convenience or make an appointment if I wish. Since I’m extremely busy I opted out of an appointment since I was uncertain when I’d find the time to travel back there. Monday after work I took the dreaded drive back. I arrived at about 5:55pm, I explained my problem and told the man at the front that because the phone is constantly rebooting it’s no longer holding a charge. He told me that the phone would be looked at the next day because the manager wasn’t in and he was uncertain what’s covered under warranty. Shouldn’t all employees know this? Is it not written down in a policy somewhere???? So I asked him could they just do a diagnostic test and let me know what was wrong, without letting me know if it’s covered or not. He said he couldn’t do that because he didn’t know if he had enough time for it. I informed him that I sent an email regarding a walk-in to avoid this very thing happening, I drove over 11 miles in a rainy mess. Nope, with an hour left before they closed and no other present customer, still wouldn’t help me. I took the phone and left. I made a huge mistake coming here. A waste of time, money, and gas.
Matthew helped me and I purchased insurance to cover all my at home electronic devices. Kudos to Matt! This is authorized vendor for Samsung products. Geek Squad is Apple authorized. I came for my Samsung tablet.

I was very stressed out when my computer stopped working and I was due to travel later in the day. The team was very professional and committed to at least diagnosing the issue before close. The fix turned out to be minor, so they performed the repair as well- all within 5 hours! I know they can’t always promise same day service, but they were the only place I called that even offered to try. I would definitely use them again!

Paid $250.00 for computer repair, (not too smart, 90 day warranty. A few weeks out of warranty not working and no consideration given. Wanted $150.00for a supposedly cracked screen, l couldnt see. Dont trust them for my repairs .
Don’t waist your time coming here. Their iPhone screens are not genuine. They never disclosed that the screen was not apple until I asked why was my phone sending me a message about the screen display. Long story short, I told them to put my old screen back and I took it to Apple. Apple was going to charge me $199 flat which was great since UBREAKIFIX charged me way more than that, but I had a 1 year warranty on my phone and was charged only 29$.

2nd experience - repair on iPhone x screen, done overnight and within price of quote. Very nice people to work with and explained that if I had a warranty that this repair would void it.1st experience- Were very honest about the cost of repairing my phone and what would need to be done because they are Samsung certified. They also honestly let me know it would basically cost more than getting a new phone of the same model if thats what I was trying to accomplish because of the extent of the repairs. Very professional and friendly, I would certainly use them again.
I had one of the most simplistic work orders you can imagine simply fixing a hard drive, I get a call after 2 whole days saying its fixed guy said there was nothing wrong with it, get it home windows shows its damaged and full of bad sectors (even worse from before I gave it to them) I had been having issues with them for a while when they botched a simple iPad screen replacement. This will be the final straw for me just a terrible shop and experience all around.
Had problems with Samsung s21 Sim card was not reading. They had to order a part and it fixed the issue. I had my phone back within 48 hours. So far no issues

The store agent took real good care of me. I only gave it 4 stars because I had purchased a liquid screen protector a week prior for 29.99. I went back the following week and it was 39.99. So darn annoying. I felt ripped off.
On the website it says they can fix cromebook laptops but when I came here today just for a cracked screen the guy said that the vinder that they use don’t have the part but I explained that I have seen the screen on Amazon but he insisted that they can only use their vinder smh. I also ask if he can refer me to any where else who might be able to help me still he dident want to help just a waste of time.

I went in here with my moms phone to see what the cost would be to fix the speaker on her iPhone. The gentleman that greeted me offered to clean the speaker to see if that was the problem. Low and behold it was and he did it free of charge! He was extremely nice and had a smile on his face the entire time. I highly recommend them.

Came in to get my screen fixed on my Samsung s20 Ultra through my phone insurance. My phone screen was not fixed, and I received my phone back and my phone would not connect to the network, and later on in the night I discovered my phone will not charge as well. I asked to take it back and fix it and after an hour I was told there was nothing they can do to fix it. Absolutely unbelievable. I came in with a working phone and now have been phoneless for days because someone obviously did not know what they were doing and still attempted to repair my screen. If i could give zero stars I would.

This is the second time we come here this year and nothing but great things. I brought my phone a few months ago to fix my screen and the men there were so nice and educated.Today we brought my boyfriends phone in because it’s been having trouble charging the last few months. We’ve tried cleaning the charging port and everything and we decided it must be a part that needs to be replaced.We brought it in and the guy cleaned it with alcohol and a toothbrush and saved us about $80! Also found out they service basically any electronics! So we’ll be using them much more often!
It took 2 weeks to get my Galaxy S8 screen fixed. They had to order a replacement for my special blue back. They said it would come by Saturday but did not contact me until Monday that it was in. They then did not respond to my text message asking how long the repair would take. 2 days later I called and asked and they said it would take up to an hour and a 1/2. The next Saturday I went to find four people waiting for assistance at a counter with one staff member. I ended up leaving after 10 minutes of waiting. I returned the next day and the counter staffer told me my phone would take 2-3 hrs to fix!! I was very mad but had little choice. Im satisfied with the repair, but not the service.
Had an unique issue with my lcd fading out so I couldnt see my display. They were able to diagnose and repair in a couple hours, without setting an appointment. Ive also had them replace a cracked screen in very little time. Competitive pricing, phenomenal service!

However, the second time at this location.. I decided to get an otter box and protection glass and you should too. They have them available for sale in store. Kyle helped me both times I was in here... Hes great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
It took much longer than they said it would, but my phone works! More details ...I submerged my phone in a hot tub for at least 5 minutes. The LG V30 cannot be easily disassembled, so I brought it in the next day for their analysis. They said it would be ready in 2 days. It actually took 4 days, but there was nothing wrong with my phone and I was not charged anything. FREE phone fix! I entered this review on my phone. 😃 📱 🎈
Went in there a week ago and they told me theyd have my phone ready by 3pm. Showed up after 3, they said Yeah, we dont have the parts so we didnt fix it. Then they said theyd have it within 2 days and would call me when it arrived... A week later, still no phone call and then I just got an email saying Thank you for using our services, your total was 0.0, please come back again. Needless to say I took my phone elsewhere because this place is a joke and they were clueless on whats going on.

I got my Iphone screen replaced here for $100 and about a week later the screen cracked again without any apparent acute trauma to the device. I went into my cell provider, and they set me up with a service that is doing the exact same repair for $49. The technician immediately asked if this has been worked on in the past, and said the screws that were in the device were put in extremely crooked and that other screws were just missing from the device entirely. Dont take your device here unless you want an over-priced, unfinished repair.
I have used this place before and have always been completely satisfied. After trying a competitor for a repair I really appreciated the personal service UBIF provides. The staff is friendly and pricing is fair. With a family of 6 we have a lot of phones/tablets which inevitably need repairs from time to time. I will definitely be back again!
Friendly staff I pad was done in the amount of time they said it would take. Second time in a year that we had to fix the screen. Also had a I phone screen fixed here no problems with that either. Would use them again and recommend them to friends. Hope not tot break anymore screens.

I called after looking up reviews online, and the man told me $200 or more to fix my screen. Why are reviews saying $80 to $100 and I’m being quoted $200 on the phone!!!! Seems real suspicious to me….
My son cracked his iPhone6, not jut the glass, but the LCD screen as well. I brought it on a Saturday afternoon and the representative said no problem and theyd have it ready in an hour and a half. Price was reasonable for the damage that was done and the convenience of taking care of it same day.
My iPhone 6s Plus charger port has been loose and hasn’t been holding onto the cord so when I’m charging it I’d have to leave it in a certain position. I went in to this location and the girl (whose name I didn’t get) let me know that it may be lint so she’d clean it and see if it works. Well she sure is a god send!! That was just it now my phone works perfectly fine and I couldn’t be any more grateful. I have to go back for a new battery and I know for sure for any other problems I’ll be sure to go here. Thank you!!!
A++ and let me explain why:I had a buddy of mine recommend that CPR Cell Phone repair place in Orland, to which I decided to do some research and check it out. My god! With their prices, I might as well have bought a brand new iPhone! And they told me that they couldnt have it done until the next day! I did some further research and gave UBREAKIFIX out of Oak Lawn a call and spoke with Colten. The kid gave me straight up yes or no answers and provided me with a BEYOND reasonable price to get my iPhone screen fixed... and whats more? He also provided me with a website where I could download a coupon to save more money! Right off the bat, I was satisfied. I went in, gave them my phone, they said they would have it done in 15 minutes! Wow! Coming from a guy as busy as myself, this timeline worked wonders for my busy schedule! The manager Kyle even came out to shake my hand and introduce himself! When I got my phone back, it worked better than it did before and looked nearly brand new - all for the cost of less than half of what I wouldve paid that CPR place and also a lot sooner, too! These guys are helpful and explained every process to the repair and how they were doing it. I wish half the businesses I walked into provided customer service like these guys! Will be doing more business and highly recommend!
Took my Galaxy S8+ in for them to change out port, was told by those knucklehead techs at Sprint that I had moisture damage and that was causing my phone not to connect to network. Wanted me to do a full insurance claim. Brought it into you guys checked it told me port was fine and No Charge phone came back on line. Took it back had Sprint turn it back on! I went in there with my nephew who is constantly breaking the screen to his phone. The workman ship was beyond my expectations, they were very timely and wonderful to deal with. They were so wonderful my son broke the screen to his tablet and I immediately brought it in for repair without hesitation. From my experiences there, I would recommend them.

Shattered about 85 percent of my screen on my Iphone 6s. Was greeted at the door by Joe. He was not only extremely professional, but super empathetic. I have my mothers urn on my phone screen so he had offered condolences and was just a great guy to talk to. Very satisfied with the fix too. Was expecting it to take a few hours and only took 45 minutes roughly. The screen came out with the same prismatic glossy look it had when I first got the Phone. And i got a nice discount too. Horrible ! Dropped my iPhone 8 and screen cracked big time . Went to fix it here and within a week, screen was cracked and screen actually fell off ! Went to Orland park and they said it was installed incorrectly so he fixed it for free. This am, screen has 7 cracks for NO REASON!I would of spent 200 dollars total if I got the screen repaired again to this company when the new iPhone se is $399. Horrible horrible place .
I have had my phone fixed here for years. also have recommended so many people to this place its sad to say that they SUCK. seems like every time I go in now, there is new people that dont know their left from right. they are constantly changing policies on things. they used to price match exclusives on 87th and kedzie and they recently stopped due to the fact that they dont really want to price match and know that they cant beat their price. the last time I got my phone fixed at this location they shorted out the back camera and battery all due to replacing the screen. on top of that, they had to replace the screen that they already fixed because it was a bad screen and kept glitching. definitely do NOT recommend this place anymore!!!

One day I decided to take my laptop to them for a consultation! I asked them if they were capable of cleaning viruses off of computers and they told me that they could! Long story short, they told me it would only take a day, but they ended up taking 2 weeks! They also told me that they would call me frequently and give me updates, which they never did! I had to continuously call them and half the time they didnt pick up! After a long awaited process, i got my laptop back! They erased all of my pictures and videos and within the next week, my laptop was messed up again. They also downloaded some kind of malware on my device without asking! Anyone who cares to read this long ass paragraph, take my advice, DO NOT GO TO THEM! THEY WILL PRETEND LIKE THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! Very unprofessional!
Super fast and simple! Dropped my phone off with Louis. He was super nice and definately eased my nerves that came with a blank screen on my 5 month old Samsung Galaxy S10. My phone was ready the next day (was dropped off close to closing time).

Horrible place, they lie to you in order to profit. I took my note 8 because it wouldnt turn on. It was a issue reported on some samsung phones about letting the battery go down to 0. If you let battery die down to 0 it wont take a charge or turn back in. Well this happened to me and my screen has a crack at the top. I didnt care about the screen I just wanted the phone working again. This guy tells me that I have to pay $238 for a screen and without that they cant fix it. He said Samsung requires them to do that. So I call Samsung and they said that it doesnt matter about the screen they will be able to fix it and send it back with the cracked screen. Call Samsung and send them your phones for repairs. These people are scam artists.Then he should have said OUR policy. That way I know I have the option to go to Samsung and not get the screen repaired.

Took my lg stylo 4 phone into this location. My phone my best friend was not powering on after the drop into the bathtub. I frantically went in explaining my delima to Josh. He was very helpful while multi tasking. I left my phone. Im very happy I saw this place because I was 2 minutes of giving up on my best friend but Josh saved the day.. They said they could not fix waterlogged pixel. I put it in rice for a week and it started working again like nothing happened. Good thing I didnt throw it away or recycle it with them like they suggested. At least the staff was friendly...

I went to have my screen replaced and had to go back again for a second time. When I picked up my phone after the first time and got in the sunlight, I found yellow spots. Took the phone back and and the said they would have to order the part so I had to go back two days later. I went back and they took the phone without incident but now it is extremely harder to press on my screen and Im left wondering is this as good as it gets.I dont want to go back again and come back out with more issues. Also the serial number on the back also had to be removed.. WHY?Can someone help me??
I was shopping around to have my Pixel 3s screen fixedCalled this place 3 times for information such as cost and time and not once did they mention Cash Only. I called right before I traveled too. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly but to fail so soon on providing the customer important information is pathetic. I dont normally carry $250 in cash on me....
I was so happy to know that a place like this exists...they replaced the glass on my Iphone and Ipad 2, both which were cracked to what I thought was beyond repair.Was I wrong! Both devices are like brand new. The location was convenient, the service professional and the turnaround was very quick (an hour and a half for both to be repaired), not to mention the fee was what I considered reasonable. I will definitely refer to these guys!

These guys chipped the corner off of my Samsung screen (which theyd just replaced) and promised to replace it again, free of charge. i should have gotten that promise in writing. several times when i called, i was told Id receive a phone call once the part comes in. every few weeks, Id call them and theyd tell me the part wasnt in yet, that theyd call me when it arrived. after 6 weeks or so in this loop, i got the hint they never intended to fix this mistake

My new S8 (7 month old) stopped powering on. I took it to them and they told me it was water damaged and it cant be repaired. Took it to another place for a second opinion down the street where Sara lee used to be and told me it was the power button. I sent it back to Samsung no water damage and they repaired it. I do not recommend them. They do not know what they are talking about.
The people here were able to find a piece inside the charging port of my sons iPad that was preventing it from charging and had been out of commission for 3 months... They took care of this in 5 min, I’ll be in later today to get my iPhone X screen repaired. Thanks for your help yesterday Gordon
Oh boy where I do I start with them. I had given them glowing reviews in the past when I first started taking my devices to them, usually I would get a call back in 1-2 days saying something was fixed, and all was good. But the last few times over the past few years, their customer service and workmanship has gone downhill.Prior to this incident, I sent my daughter IPad to them with a battery issue. Common sense would say just replace the battery but for some reason they replaced the screen. And of course when I got it back, the same thing happened...and then they replaced the battery like they should have done the first time.Currently I have an IPad with them theyve had for over two months now, and I still cant get a straight answer when it will be fixed. I went in there with a cracked screen (but still functional) iPad, and I was told a day or two to get it returned to me. I figured that was BS and I stopped by after a week or so and I got the first (of many) excuses that they were going to have to re-order the part because it arrived broken, and to give them a few more days. First of all, if I was going to get the device back one or two days, would they have already re-ordered the part and it be done in the week? No, they didnt do anything and it took me going there to remind them to do their job. So gave them another week, no call nothing. I call them, same excuse again, the second part we ordered gave broken, very sorry, give a few more days to fix it.Fast forward a third week, again no call on the status, I have to call them. Now its a new excuse, the new screen isnt working with the motherboard, and its going to have to be shipped off to some other location, very sorry, give us a week. Realistically at this point I wish I would have gotten it back before they started because at least it was working before.Fast forward another two weeks, again no call to me on the status, I have to call them. Now at least Im getting a manager to give me the runaround, but its still the same BS, its still being looked at, give another week, very sorry, someone will call back, etc. etc,Forward to today, still no call and IPad, and Im sure Ill get some BS answer the next time I call. I best I can say this point is that everyone was still courteous, but their service has gone downhill over the years. If youre reading this review, please give your time and business to a company that actually values yours. I would give them zero stars at this point if I could.Update 11/20/2018Guess I should provide an update here, finally got my Ipad back after over two months, to be fair they were very apologetic and they compd all the work they did, so I guess thats something. I just think they need to work on their communication better, if something is going to take a while so be it -- I work in the tech industry, sometimes things dont go according to plan but if you dont communicate that to the client or keep giving a bunch of completion dates that arent true then that erodes your credibility. Not sure Ill go back there after this, but at least they made it right in the end.
My second time using them for IPHONE broken screen. The young guy at the front is nice, professional and informative. Fast repair service. I would definitely recommend them.
AWESOME!!!! I drove onto the expressway with my IPhone 6plus on top of my vehicle. Screen was smashed & phone ran over by at least 1 truck. One visit to UBreakIFix and its good as new. I can not recommend them enough!
So I came in today to get 3 of my electronics fixed. My phone, my kindle, and my laptop. How was so knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to explain the process and how the screen fixing process works. Im so glad I found this place. Ill be a life long customer
They put a screen on my phone in a hurry which ended up cracking it a bit. Then they refused to replace for free. Tried to charge me again. And on top of that whatever they did causes my screen to move when Im not touching it. Makes it difficult to operate my phone. I dont recommend this store to anyone. Youd be better off doing it yourself.

Quick, high quality, and honest service.
I brought an iphone with water damage. They called me saying they powered it on and it needs a new screen for $150 so I told them to do it. The next day they left a voicemail saying they replaced the screen but broke a pin inside so now the phone cant be fixed. When I called back some other guy looked through the notes and said the pin was so corroded it fell apart on its own. I came to the store and the manager opened the phone to show me that all the pins were intact and said there is no notes about any corrosion. Supposedly she saw the phone powered on before they put the new screen in, now she sees it doesnt work at all and says it fried on its own. The guy who lied about the pin is in Poland, the guy who backed up his story from notes that dont exist is not here today, and from needing a new screen for $150 I went to needing a new phone for $600.

They broke the internal antenna on my sons phone trying to fix their charging port. We didnt think to try it before we left the store. Took it back. They couldnt fix it, said I had to send it to the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent it back saying it had liquid damage. My son never had dropped it in any water. Wonder who did?
I wish I could give 0 stars. Ubreak, we make it worse. Went in with cracked screen, came out with cracked screen and non functioning home button. Worse part was them handing it to me and telling me it was like that, when they new it wasnt. Then saying they could fix it if Apple would give them the equipment. And the best line, We cant tell people this might happen or no one would leave us their phone. It is one thing to have a problem, but call me and tell me, dont hand me something you broke and see if I notice before I walk out the door.

Not helpfull at all. Had to wait for the employee to atend all customers when I was there first and for him to not have a clear answer.Had to go directly to samsung for the fix. This place needs personnel with experience not just a kid that takes ordes for broken glass replacement.
Came in just for my camera lenses and then told me I had to get a whole new camera I just have cracked lense. Told me $130 when originally told me $50 a week prior. Might as well get a whole new phone for their price!

Went here to change my iphone battery because my phone would die roughly three times a day. Left the store only to find my phone dying every time I unlocked my phone. Called and they were very unhelpful and told me to go to another location for a fix. So unimpressed and never coming to this location again.
Dana was my tech she was very knowledgable and was able to answer my questions with clarity. I was very pleased with the work she had done for me. I recommended my uncle to Ubreakifix for his shattered iPad screen once he got it back he was very pleased and thanked me for recommending Ubreakifix. this will be the only place i go to for now when i need something done with my phone or iPad. Had the most inconvenient experience here. it was my day off and my father asked me to pick up his phone for him, i was already dreading it because were located in the city and it theres so much traffic on the way, but i still agreed for my dad so I get to the place and the guy was like i just finished this phone let me go get it.. let me just say pick up was for 2:18 and i got there at 3:30 so i get the phone and leave, Im almost at my next location to go pick up my husband i got to him around 4:50 when my mother calls me and tells me she received a call from (ubreakifix) saying they forgot to give me the sim card............................................ by that time its already rush hour, i was furious i picked it up an hour after the time it was expected. the technician was clearly goofing off . I dont live around the corner. at least make it known to make sure to check your phone before you leave your store because you clearly have irresponsible technicians. i told the guy it was super inconvenient and he was like i know sorry if only sorry filled up my gas tank huh. i basically spent my day off in traffic. make sure everything on your phone works right then and there before leaving ubreakiwasteyourtime.

Went here when my phones LCD screen busted one fateful day, thankfully Marcin at UbreakiFix was very helpful and kind in explaining that the repair was fixable and they would be able to do it in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend this place and will back if I ever need to (but hopefully not!)

My son broke the screen on his IPHONE 6s an attempted to fix it himself, needless to say that didnt turn out so great. Brought ps4 here around the time cold war came out cause it was bugging a lot. I was told there was nothing wrong with it but its to the point to where I cannot open certain games.

Dropped off a dropped iPad with a cracked screen. Asked them to keep it locked for privacy until pickup to check the repair and to text me as I cant take calls when Im working. They called me at closing time to say it was repaired and asked for my password to check their repair work. I shouldve taken the time logged out of my apps despite the broken glaas.
I called them as soon as they opened at 10am they quoted me a price I immediately went there within 40 minutes and was out in 2 hours with the same quote...excellent service!! Will recommend to family and friends!!
Avoid this place at all cost they are horrible business people. Messed up my phone when all I needed was a screen change doesnt even function the way it it did before. Searched this place in the beginning of the year they had 150 reviews now they are near 250 yea right, I guess those employees are really doing their job right.

Do not trust these people I brought my laptop to clean the juice from the keyboard they say gonna open the laptop and clean it after they call me to pick up the keyboard still sticky they just charge me for nothing they don’t even clean it.

Im so beyond pissed,dropped my Goggle Nexus 3 weeks ago,it was working fine only had a cracked screen,when I come to fetch it today it looked like something that was hit by lightning n it was not even coming on at all.....bad service n will never advise anybody else to go there.

2022-04-17Decided to come to UBreakiFix knowing that they service Samsung phones, I was ready to spend hundreds on my phone repair but got the good news that it would be covered under warranty. I had the best experience overall with their customer service and quality of my phone repair. The associates were extremely helpful and professional in getting my Samsung Z Fold 3 serviced under warranty. 10/10 experience and I definitely recommend this store.

2022-03-22I took my computer in for a diagnostic since I couldnt start it and was getting a blue screen error. They ultimately told me that they tried replacing the hard drive and reinstalling Windows, but it wasnt working and that my motherboard might be bad, which at that point repairing would be so expensive I might as well just get a new laptop. I took it to a different repair shop asking to get the hard drive replaced, which fixed my computer and it works just fine now. Had I listened to this shop, I would have wasted $900 replacing my computer when its completely fine. All of the staff I talked to were nice, though, and were thorough in their explanations. It probably was just a fluke from them, but it could have cost me a lot, which is disappointing.

2022-07-17I took my PS4 there. They said that they’d have it fixed soon. They called me about two days later, charged me nothing, and I went back home, plugged it back up and my PS4 still had the same issues. They could have been honest with me and told me they didn’t fix it but they didn’t they just told me it was software failure.

2022-04-02I never write reviews but this place is absolutely garbage. I try to get my PS5 HDMI fixed and they said it would take a week. I call the following week and they tell me they havent started repair and dont know whats going on and they dont have the materials/replacement piece and their excuse is you know with everything going on in the world. Currently they cant fix it and they should of said that in the beginning or called me to let me know. I took my PS5 back to get it repaired somewhere else. If you need console repairs STAY AWAY. Simple repairs like a cracked screen are what theyre for.

2022-02-06The clerk was a Geek and that was very reassuring, cause Im an amateur Geek myself. He knew what I was talking and vice-versa. Within minutes my problem was identified and a fix coordinated. These guys are for real and theyre not just fixing cell phones. Laptops, tablets and other household items. I am a real paying customer and I really like the followup on my order.

2022-05-18I am a chef and got some sauce in my charging port and I called as soon as my shift ended asked how much they charged to clean the port they said they don’t really charge cleaning the port went straight to them after my shift and cleaned the port in no more than 10 mins 10/10 service and efficiency

2022-05-03Phone was ready in 2 hours as promised.UPDATE: I had a broken screen replaced, but the phone was still working. 3 weeks later my screen turns black known as the black screen of death. That would have to be a very strange coincidence if its not related to them changing out the screen. Downgrading to 1⭐.
