My Family and I have been going to Cedar Ridge Dental in Algonquin for several years and we couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and kindness. There is absolutely no other place we would go than here. Their work, knowledge and expertise are superior and I am incredibly grateful we call them our Dentists!
I haven’t gone to the dentist in over 10 years, mainly due to my absolute fear of dentiststy as well as not having any dental insurance. I had called and messaged this office several times before I got the nerve to come in. Ange, who I had spoken to over the phone was so nice and made me feel more at ease. Once I got there, the assistant was so easy to talk to and she made me feel really comfortable too. She talked to me for about 20 minutes, just getting to know me. Dr. Sandra did a great job extracting some bad teeth.Really good experience overall!
I’ve had 3/4 appointments here ever since I switched from Prestwicke Dental and all I have to say is I’ve never been so satisfied with a choice I’ve made in my entire life. They were able to solve and identify anything I had feared going on inside of my mouth and every turn after I cleaning, I’ve felt so good I love gettin cleaning here it’s so relaxing to my gums and relieves the pressure and swelling I may have developed through slightly improper teeth brushing and flossing. It’s real responses and information that I feel I have never been able to obtain at other dentists and I am 10000% satisfied with my visits. I’m so thankful for the kind staff especially during COVID-19. Everything is perfectly sanitized and well taken care of. Thank you.
This was my first time at Cedar Ridge Dental. The staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The front desk and Dr. G are amazing and super friendly! I am excited to continue under them and would highly recommend this office.
Appointments are generally on time. Hygienist is very good and thorough. Dental work is reasonably priced. Dentist and his staff are all very professional.
I love this place. They are kind and thoughtful and gentle. They can often fit us in within a couple of days of my calling, which is great when my college kids come for an unexpected visit and haven’t seen a dentist in a while.

I love Dr. Sandra. She helped calm my general nerves about dentistry, was patient, took the time to hear me out, and provided excellent service. The entire office staff is kind, professional, and so very helpful. I would recommend Cedar Ridge Dental to anyone.
Not a fan of getting teeth clean but for Astro Dental, I’d do it again. No pain for me. The tech uses a four point contact method when cleaning, which means to you and me NO PAIN. I literally was smiling inside while my teeth were getting cleaned. It took me many years to find a place I could say that. Trust me I’m a baby when it comes to pain but this team means it when they say little to no pain. I’m just happy they where open.
I to had a orthodontist case performed by Dr. Giovanni Aristodemo, that was awful. I had Invisalign done the trays were not measure correctly when compared to my coworkers that had Invisalign.Their assistant Jackie scratch my teeth and when I told her about it she mark my chart in the office later billed me for services for trying to correct the scratch which they never fixed. Dr. G kept telling me my teeth will move back to their original position and to keep chewing gum.Still today I cant chew on both sides and when I bite down my front teeth they hit my bottom teeth. They had three different billing people and want me to pay for something they did incorrectly which in the state of Illinois its illegal to do surprise billing(billed over 30 days from date of services). They billed over a year later.Rather than them fixing their mistake they sent me a letter four months later saying that they are dismissing me from their practice.This is the most unethical place Ive ever done business with and I hate that I did not do my research on this dentist before I allowed them to do work in my mouth. Unethical places like this wont be in business long so if you have an appointment cancel it, unless you want your mouth permanently damaged.
Very helpful and friendly. They were able to fit us in for a filling. We were taken right on time. The office and staff all had COVID protocol items like ventilation, temp checks and other needed items. Great experience!
How many people can say they look forward to going to the dentist .. I can! Whether it is preventative cleaning, root canal, or my recent dental implant, I don’t hesitate! I highly recommend Cedar Ridge Dental!
Dr. Gio was so patient with my high energy 12 year old. She was completely at ease in the chair today and That speaks volumes!! This office and the staff are just a kind, amazing and knowledgeable team!!
I was 15 years with Drs. Aristodemo, at the Wheeling location and we moved to Cary IL. How wonderful to find out that they also have another office in Lake and the Hill. They are excellent, they have a very professional and skillful staff. I greatly recommend them.

My first visit to the office was great. Receptionist Ange was super helpful and friendly. Dr Giovanni was great and helped me clearly understand the problem while answering numerous questions.

The patient is experiencing difficulty in chewing on the left side which was done up by the Dentist. Needs to be checked up immediately for any readjustment or modification before the crown is fixed.

2022-06-10After a change in insurance, I found Aristo 2 under my new plan. My first appointment was essentially a get in, get out where neither the hygienist or dentist made a point to connect with me as a new patient. Just got in to do the cleaning and exam and sent me on my way. Nothing major to note, either good or bad.Theyve sent me almost 10 emails to review, after not seeing them for over a year, so here you go.

2020-12-11I LOVE Aristo Dental (formerly Cedar Ridge Dental)! Whenever I have to get new insurance I always make sure theyre covered because I literally never want to leave them! Lol Everyone is so kind, professional and good at what they do. They always prioritize my comfort, take the time to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. Their facility is clean and well taken care of and I always feel at ease. They have outstanding COVID procedures in place as well. Theyre the only dental office I feel comfortable going to during a pandemic like this because I know I can trust their impeccable standards. Ive had many dentists over the years and these are the best!

2020-03-01I have been going to this office for 15 plus years. It doesnt matter if you require a routine check up or have an emergency situation, they take the BEST care of you possible. I cant express how caring, knowledgeable but most importantly impressive their work is. My standard cleanings have me leaving feeling fabulous and any cosmetic work is flawless. I cant thank the entire staff enough for their amazing work. Im so grateful to have this team for my families dental needs. I should also add that they are upfront with the cost for any appointment which is always a comfortable price for me after the insurance is ran.

2019-11-18These folks are so compassionate & professional. It has been several years since I had visited a dentist & Angie took time out before my appointment to reassure me & calm me down. Ava was my hygienist and she was so kind and thorough. Dr. Giovanni was great. 1st appointment of many is done.. I suspect this one was the toughest.

2020-01-02You will receive the best professional dental care at both Cedar Ridge Dental and Aristo Dental. I have received dental care at both offices and I am equally as impressed. The office staff is a complete delight to work with and the dentists are beyond top notch. I was able to get in immediately for a loose tooth cap from prior dental work and Doctor Sandra was meticulous in resetting it and performed a little cosmetic work to make it as look as good as new. If you are looking for a great dentist with an amazing staff look no father and call either office home.
