Love this place! Haley is amazing. She does my brows and lash lift. Betsy has also done my lashes and she is wonderful as well. Im so glad I found Arch and I would recommend them to everyone. If you havent been here yet you need to stop by. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and you will be made to feel right at home.
I had a wonderful experience with Hayley at Arch Apothecary yesterday. She did my hair and makeup for my engagement photos and I left feeling beautiful and confident . I have also had my brows done at Arch by Andrea and plan on returning again for the same. Overall great atmosphere and staff, cant wait to have my bridal hair and makeup done here!
Great place! I got my eyebrows tinted, and it was my first time. I’m a ginger so my eyebrows are blonde and thin which makes them difficult to fill in. The girl who did mine was very thorough, and they turned out fantastic! I will definitely be back.Also, their shop is absolutely beautiful with amazing decor!
LOVE this place! Andrea is soft spoken and is so careful when waxing my brows. Ive found the place that will do my brows forever, unless I move out of state. This place is seriously amazing. Some people may find that theyre pricey, but Ill pay what I need to for self care.
Andrea did an AMAZING job on my lash tint and lift. I have never had anything done to my eyelashes before and she was so good about telling me what she was doing step by step. Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in!
We used the Arch for our wedding makeup for the bride, bridesmaids and moms. Everyone looked incredible and the makeup artists did an incredible job tailoring the makeup to what each person requested. Everyone looked stunning. I would highly recommend the Arch.
What a magnificent place! Im so thankful I found it. The ladies are all sweethearts! They all do a fantastic job. Betsy is amazing! My eyebrows are always so perfect when she’s done with me. Definitely upgrade to the tint. Not doing my eyebrows but them still looking great has definitely been a game changer.

Very cute little place. I was able to get in for a quick wax same day and was in and out fast. The girl who helped me (I believe her name was Lauren) was very sweet and did a great job, without over doing it.
Arch is a Rockford gem! Great brow waxing, blowouts and makeup lines! My favorite is the Oribe hair care. Betsy and her staff are amazing!
I have Tessa dye my brows and eyelashes since I have blonde hair and she does a great job! Definitely recommend!

2022-06-10I used Arch for my engagement photos makeup and my wedding day hair and makeup. On both occasions Julie did my makeup and it was flawless! I could not have asked for a better and more personable makeup artist. On my wedding day Brinley did my hair and executed my hair vision perfectly!Anna, whom we scheduled all the wedding services through, was also the BEST to work with. Very easy to communicate with and very organized. Highly recommend Arch for your wedding hair and makeup services!

2022-06-22My bridal party and I used ARCH for hair and makeup on my wedding day. Our wedding was postponed twice due to the pandemic and they were professional, courteous, and flexible when it came to rescheduling. Everyone I communicated with leading up was helpful and enthusiastic.The hair/makeup trial went well, although on the day of the wedding I requested some deviations from the trial which both artists executed perfectly. All of the artists were a joy to work with and made the day feel special. If your wedding is at The Standard, you’d be seriously mistaken to not use ARCH. They’re located through the lobby of the venue so you never have to go outside which was amazing on our rainy wedding day and allowed the girls not getting worked on to just enjoy the bridal suite instead of waiting around. Thank you ARCH!

2022-05-18Received a facial from Julie today and it was amazing, so relaxing! She explained everything she was doing throughout the process and made some recommendations about products I could add to my routine. Also sent me home with a free sample which was so nice. Definitely would recommend getting one from her if you’re in need of some relaxation and rejuvenation

2022-05-14I absolutely love arch. I have been going here on and off for a few years now for brow arch (waxing). It is fairly easy to get in for an appointment last minute for us busy people. They are super friendly and the services are top notch! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going anywhere else.

2022-02-02I have seen Andrea for a lash tint and lift several times and she does an amazing job! They always turn out beautiful and I would highly recommend seeing her if you want a beautiful, natural result. She has also given me advice on what products to purchase and I end up falling in love with each one! I can’t wait to try other services soon, thanks Arch Apothecary and Andrea!

2022-02-01Friendly and helpful customer service. Amazing attention to detail with brow service. The technicians take the time to listen to what you like and dont like for your look and makeup. And the skincare products are amazing. I have reactive, sensitive skin and have never experienced an issue with any products to which Arch staff have directed me. The only reason for my 4 stars is affordability.

2021-08-19Scheduled an appointment to have my hair and make up done for my wedding. I explained I didn’t want a big ordeal and I would be coming alone. I told my bridal party I was going there and 4 out of 8 of them called for an appointment. A week later Julie called and said I needed to sign a contract for my bridal party even though I’m going at 9 another at 1130 and another at 130. Julie let me know they only have one bridal party in at a time and already have a bridal party that day but that they would accommodate us if I signed a bridal contract and paid in advance. I explained that they didn’t have to accommodate people and that they should have turned down the appointment and that only 4 people of 8 had appointments. They already have a bridal party for September 4. I don’t know how they would accommodate my whole bridal party so since they can’t why should I sign a contract. I only made an appointment for myself. I didn’t want mimosas and photography. Also they already promised the other bride free reign if the store. I’m going to a different salon now. They are the ones who over scheduled themselves. They could have told my friends they were booked. They chose to schedule all the appointments and then try to demand that I sign a contract. When I made they appointment they were perfectly fine scheduling me for hair and make up and knew I was a bride. They knew I wasn’t interested in a party.

2021-12-24I had my eyelashes tinted and lifted by a new talent McKenna and I am OBSESSED! It was as if she has been doing this for years! They turned out amazing not to mention she is so sweet and professional. I will definitely be returning to her for more services. If you’re reading these reviews trying to decide who to book with definitely ask for McKenna!
