2022-02-20Expensive store but I enjoy buying gifts there. I am too old for the clothing unfortunately. Another reason I shop there- my 2 dogs (23 lbs. combined weight) are allowed in the store and I tend to shop in stores which allow dogs. The staff are welcoming too and always offer to help.

2022-04-11Everyone is very kind to me, but the 2 older women I believe are managers one has red hair and other dark long hair. They truly never greet me or acknowledge me. I am a curvy woman and they look at me feel like they dont feel like I dont belong at the store.It ruins my experience everytime.

2022-06-05My mother and I have loved this store and it was always a favorite place to shop. I recently went into the store to return an online order and was helped by a remarkable Anthropologie representative named Naomi. She recognized that I was disabled because of the rollator I was using. I told her my legs were tired due to MS and she got me a chair to sit on. I asked her about candles and she actually went and got some off the floor to show me. I ended up returning my online order with her and purchasing a candle. When I was ready to leave the store she went ahead of me to open the doors to make sure I got out safely without any harm. I have never been treated so kindly by a store representative as I was with her. A Wonderful experience!!

2021-06-15I had an exceptional experience at this Anthropologie. I asked Tara, a sales associate to pick out some unique pieces for me. She notified me of their personal stylist on staff-what!? I had no idea! Jenny, the stylist, spent 2 hours with me: educating me on the right clothes for my shape, suggesting pieces I would NEVER pick for myself, and actually sizing me down in things to highlight my figure that I was hiding! She even steamed the clothes I bought so I could go straight to dinner with my fiancé and our friends. They all said I was glowing- and I was. I probably will always come to this location! Thank you!

2019-04-01Great retailer carrying more unique styles, albeit at a higher price point. For this cost, would love to see more ethically sourced and sustainably made products.Picked up a domestically made dress at 40% off this weekend. Space is very cute, staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, however no one seemed to know where the belts were located ( they move displays all the time )

2021-02-26I want to publicly let future customers know the impeccable customer service, and professionalism I received from Liz BernhardtSBL, of the Naperville Anthropologie shop. She helped me immediately when the person in customer service did not. She went the extra mile, and showed care and concern for my situation. I love love love Anthropolgies clothing, and have been a customer for many years. Liz was amazing, and the Naperville store will see me again soon, again and again in the future!

2020-01-29I love anthro. Majority of my wardrobe is from here, meaning I spend a good chunk of my money here. Recently at the Naperville anthro store, the staff acts like they are bending over backwards to do exchanges or returns. They make me feel like THEY are personally doing me a favor by exchanging an item for a different size while honoring the same price I had bought it for not even a week ago. Now every time I go there I am worried that an associate will have to call a manager up, or hold up the line to help me with a very simple exchange. A company that charges so much for their items should have a much easier exchange/return process. I’m sure they have had to make rules for people who abuse the stores however when I shop at a location so frequently, I just wish they would be more accommodating since I spend so much money here!

2019-07-17The ladies in there are very prejudice.the lady in the fitting room called the other lady in front to let her know my Mom gave her the security tags that were in the pocket of her clothes, she had tried on. Once we got to the front the cashier #009305 was eye balling my Mom and looking at her clothes in her hand trying to see if she had something she shouldn’t. She tried leaning over to see in my mother’s purse(to see if she was trying to steal something ),while she was trying to pay for her things she wanted. My Mom politely opened her purse on purpose so she could see there was nothing in her purse. The lady tried to play it off and say oh no, the girl in the fitting room said you found some tags.She tried to say oh it’s embarrassing you found tags in your clothes. Tags are in/on everything how is that embarrassing! This store needs to be more careful how they treat their ethnic patronizing customers. Definitely won’t be going back in there.
