Not happy with services. I know times are hard and we have to make money but I’d rather make good money on returning customers not up charging on adding problems. I sent my chrome book to get fixed because the screen went out. She called and told me there was more problems but she did the same trick with my phone. The other problem was that The chrome book had a line goin through the screen. Knowing the issues I knew that had she fixed the exact cord for the screen “correctly” there wouldn’t be a line on the screen. She was ready to charge me another 50dollars on what she should’ve fixed in the first place!!! Lost a loyal customer.

Shell take your money, not fix your phone until you hound her and its still broken. Stay away as far as you can. Awful service. She lied and said she could fix it. A whole month later, screen is still not fixed. Too dark, and unusable! I have to now send it to samsung to fix and she did not give me all my money back. She said she been having problems with the same model. If you knew that ahead of time, why would you keep my phone for a whole month?! If you want your phone to actually be in perfect condition, Id run far away.Update: She had time to reply to this post but didnt have time to fix my phone properly and go call me a liar. Very unprofessional.

Been there a couple of times.She has fix problems and twice didnt charge when it was just a setting.When my brother needed his phone for a trip to Florida, she stayed open so he could come get his phone.So, if you want someone who isnt just after the almighty dollar but helps people, this is the place.

This place is amazing. I had a logic board to replace in my MacBook Pro and she did a great job, at a great price. Also she did the hardware testing to ensure everything was functioning well. Being impressed how professional and well conducted business I had her replace my iPhone battery when I picked up my computer. Great decision I made. I came in with a busted iPad screen and for a very reasonable price she replaced my screen and left it looking brand new!! Service was quick and she was very kind and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

This is the best place to be when it comes ito ssues with computer, phone and accessories. I have been doing business with her for over 3 years and she never failed to deliver. If you make any repairs here and something goes wrong after, she will be willing to listen to you and if possible make repair or replacement without any extra charge.

I was having a major issue but my friends American multi services were fantastic at helping me my phone wouldn’t charge or turn on .Now my phone is working perfectly fine thank you guys for getting my phone back to 💯😁
