We have eaten here a few times now and have always ordered something different. It is always just okay and never really good. The service is about the same, okay but never really great. Wouldnt recommend to friends or family.
I always call and order food they will deliver or you can pick up!!! They have really good fried pickles
Good food and very pleasant servers.
Nice family restaurant offering the usual favorites. The portions are plentiful, the food is good, and the service is prompt and courteous. My last visit was on a cold, snowy day so I ordered a good stick-to-your-ribs meal, an open-faced hot roast beef sandwich. I received my order in 5 minutes. The roast beef was fresh carved and not lunchmeat variety. There was plenty of mashed potatoes along with gravy and bread. Very good sandwich and great comfort food on a cold day.

Not like it used to be... Some items seem to be pre-purchased and from the freezer now instead of being homemade (Tenderloin, mini tacos). Hash browns were basically raw & the pancake was hard. And somehow, my over easy eggs were watery? Drink refills were not offered even though the restaurant was only half full.
Always a great experience. Their waitstaff and cooks are always The best!! They all go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of throughout their meal

2022-06-21Beautiful welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Wide variety of great food. I eat at American Grille at least 4 or 5 times a month. When family comes to town I always take them to American Grille for food and to hang out and catch up. I have so many favorites from the menu I dont know where to start. Ill say I love their pies, and there is always a wide variety of pies to choose from. Breakfast can be served anytime they are open. I am waiting for them to open up right now so I can go there for some breakfast. I dont know how anyone can give them less than a 5 star rating, to be totally honest. Hands down it is my favorite restaurant in Fulton County. I have been eating there for 11 years. I am always more than satisfied and never disappointed. ~ John P. Goede

2022-04-16Food portion size very small doesnt even cover the bottom part of the plate I had the meat skillet with biscuit and two eggs you could definitely tell what the sausage Patty was it was excellent the eggs are okay they werent cooked right I guess they use ground ham and their little chunks of ground stuff that kind of look like ham but didnt taste like ham in the home fries so hard you couldnt cut them with a butter on it the biscuit was excellent gravy was okay coffee hot and fresh waitress did her job very well

In my comments earlier I come off a little harsh , I know that a lot of you staff is always willing to to the extra mile , and they make it a wonderful experience . but last evening I feel that the service standards would have been even below your own expectations . I pray that you will take this apology with a open heart and Iknow that I am truly sorry that I did not come to you before making a pubic comment. I wish you and your staff all the best .

2021-09-07Had lunch here this past Sunday, Sept. 5th. Family of eight. Service was fabulous. Food was exceptional. Wait staff was incredibly attentive to all table activity. Prices are perfect. Overall awesome place. I would highly recommend American Grille. Thank you for a perfect afternoon.
