2022-06-22I needed a rapid covid test and signed up to get it done at CVS in Alton on Washington Ave Found out when I arrived that they dont do rapid test and was suggested to try Urgent care on Washington I called from the parking lot and got an appointment 1 for later.From the person answering the phone to the people that cared for me from entering the building until I left was pleasant professional and very caring. I had to wait about 15 minutes or so to get the results but the room was clean and comfortable. The medical assistant and the physician check in on me during my wait.Great service. Great experience. Professional, clean, efficient,and caring

2022-06-22I walked in had a bad tooth 🦷 ache service was alsome ,got pretty quick didnt know that you needed a mask,so the nice receptionist had one for me ,the doctor 💊🏥 fixed me up with prescriptions the only thing I noticed she didnt ask to look at my bad tooth,but the np.was alsome I would like to thank everyone for the alsome service. 2022-06-17Was directed to a COVID room, where I was required to move to my car from (and wait in the heat of the day) after informing I had a positive at home COVID test already. What is the COViD room even for then? Was told I did not qualify for anti/retro oral but was given no explanation why. Mostly courteous and professional but the person who worked directly with me seemed most definitely like someone who was not pleased dealing with my case. She hurried away into the building upon submitting test results. Half expected her to spray herself down with disinfectant before reentering the building.

2022-07-18I highly recommend this facility! The people were amazing on every level. It was fast, efficient and most importantly, gave me the care I needed with no hassle. They even called to check on me the next day.

2022-08-09Wasn’t busy, very clean. Came to get Covid tested. Straight to a room saw a nurse for vitals and test. PA came told me results, out the door with paperwork for work. Very satisfied.

2022-06-08Went in not feeling well. Got sent home with nothing but them saying I was dehydrated. Came back week half later still not better, told me to go er. Waited 12 hrs in er to find out had pneumonia. They should of been able to tell that.

2022-08-31First off let me tell you a little bit about this urgent Care my son has autism hes very very high on the spectrum so with that being said he can talk and hes mobile but hes 90 going north all the time and when I tell you the nurse is amazing and the doctor oh my goodness I couldnt ask for a better doctor she is so sweet loving and caring all in all it was an amazing visit thank you Alton urgent Care
