Karen is the best with eyebrows! She has been doing my eyebrows for a few years now & I won’t go to anyone else!
Today I went for threading and upper lips and there is 1 lady who did my threading Her name is Gazala .. worst experience with her plus shez very rude .. here Unsaa and Gazaala r not good in terms of service .. will not recommend this two ladies for anybody 😞😞
I have been coming to this salon for awhile now. I can say Ayesha is hands down the best person to do your eyebrow threading and hair. I have never left this place disappointed. She is extremely professional and takes time to ensure you are happy with her services. You won’t find anyone else in the area that compares. A++
This review is long overdue! I went to the salon maybe about three weeks ago before my trip to Mexico, first time Brazilian wax and I was soo nervous. Ayesha was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. I felt as if I was being serviced by someone I’ve know all my life. Great Job! I will be going back for sure. I like my new look if you know what I mean lol.
One of the best places to get Brazilian blowout! I had Farseem do my Brazilian blowout and she was excellent. She was very professional, courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable. I cant say enough good things about her. I have gone to numerous salons over the years (in Chicago and NY) but I will be a frequent flier here and wont be going anywhere else. Highly recommend this place without any reservation!
If you need a perfect and pain free eyebrow threading,I definitely recommend “GHAZALA” . She is the one. after I moved to aurora, this salon is very nearby and tried for threading. Out of 5 times, whenever I did threading with GHAZALA, she gave me a good shape and eyebrow threading process is painless. Whereas when I did threading with Farseem( I did twice) both time ,she is in phone with headphone. She didn’t give me a perfect shape and when asked she will tell all the stories that my eyebrow not right, this or that. Also after threading I got headache because of her painful threading procedure and also I got wound below my eyebrow. GHAZALA is best for threading
I love going to Ghazala for eyebrows. She is truly an artist.
Farseem was amazing. I had scheduled a root touch up with her and she took the time to discuss how to best care for my hair. The color and style are great! She also addressed my eyebrows and she shaped and tinted them - wow! What a difference! I will be back and I highly recommend Farseem!
My teen got her first ever color and highlights at Allure. A close friend of mine recommended this place. Farseem did a fantastic job from initial consultation, scheduling, color recommendation for my teen. The place and staff conform to social distancing norms and Farseem was kind, warm and an excellent professional. My teen is super appreciative and I am a very happy momma😊
First time customer for color&cut. Service was on time and stylist/colorist was attentive, I was overall happy with results, salon was nice. However, the main reason I wont return is Im not tolerant of people who dont use underarm deodorant...enough said.
My daughter came to get her hair done for homecoming and we were both very disappointed with the results. She didnt get the hair style she wanted, the curls did not stay in and I had to fix all of it when we got back home. Plus she made us pay $40! The service that we got was not worth what we paid. We found out after that to curl hair is only $30 and she charged $40. I would not recommend anyone to go to this lady again. We will only go to our regular lady who does an amazing job our eyebrows.
Have been coming here for brows. You cant beat threaded brows! Always clean. Nice to see the self-checkin system. Like it that they play calm music now.
I had a haircut here with Ayesha. She is great. She was very patient with me. I wasn’t so sure if my layers were long enough so I went to her again and she retouched them all over again. Very friendly and a place to recommend

I visited on 27th april for haircut n facial n d lady askd me to do polishing with it. I asked her if its a bleach den i wont as i hv allergy from it bt the lady denied n said no dnt worry its nt a bleach n den after coming home i saw my facial hairs were brown n aftr 6 hrs my face got allergic reaction i.e only bcos of bleach cos it doesnt suits me .
A friend recommended me to Allure. The first time I went I got my brows threaded and the woman completely ruined my brows. I told the owner and she told me to come back next time to get them fixed. She agreed that the lady had did a terrible job. Regardless, I still had to pay to get them done again. Fine. The next time I went a young lady did an amazing job and actually took her time. Unfortunately, the young girl rarely is there and every time I go the other staff just rush through my threadings leaving stray hairs that I see later in the sun light... Irritating
Had my eyebrows threaded by Ayesha, she did a GREAT job! Very satisfied and will be back.
Its a nice clean place. I dont have to wait for long. Lady did a great job for haircut and eyebrows done for $20.00 also I had a Hina done on my hand and it turns out really good 👍

This place was way overpriced. They charged me for a haircut while I only asked for a quick trim. I would’ve appreciated them being upfront and telling me that they don’t do trims. I paid $20 for a straight 2 1/2 inch trim. This place is outrageous . I am never going back!
I came in on Friday afternoon to get a cut and style. And even had a picture . She didnt do the way the picture was and mess up my hair.Worst part she was on the phone none stop while doing my hair. I am not coming back and I am not going to recommend this place.
My mom and I were looking forward to a haircut that we scheduled over a week ago upon our arrival they mentioned they did not have us on record. They mentioned they never received a call. We proceeded to show the call history on my phone to show that we even confirmed with them last week. Despite our disappointment we were not able to receive the treatment we requested for last week. I don’t think I will return here for any hair treatment of any kind.
I tried calling them to make an appointment but instead they hung up on me. So now I for sure won’t make an appointment there. I got my refund back from Groupon. I will go somewhere else that’s more professional.

Got my arms waxed there and they had red/pink streaks for days, then turned dark brown. This was last year. I think the very top layer of my skin peeled off in places? Not sure what happened. I will not return there for anything.
Don’t go there for the hair coloring .. I specifically told the lady that I need to color the end of my hair instead she did whatever she want . they are not paying attention to the customers. I paid 70 dollars for running my hair . Very disappointed .
This salon is fabulous! They do incredible eye brow threading at a reasonable price.
The management changed so the service do. The people got lot of attitude to give service to their customers. They charged more than what they listed in menu. I don’t recommend this place anymore.

My sister got her upper lip done here and they ripped off her skin. She was in pain and had two big red marks.

Took my son there for haircut.. They totally ruined his hair. I have to take him next day to another hair salon to fix the mess they created. I will NOT recommend anyone to go there for boys cut.

2022-05-20I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by Kiran for years. We started seeing her at a salon in Downers Grove and followed her to Allure. My sister recommended her and now my daughter also goes to see her. The location is very convenient for us and she always does an amazing job on our eyebrows......no matter how terrible they look when we get there. Every time we walk in she greets us with a smile and treats us with nothing but kindness and respect. She is the only one we trust to do our eyebrows. The prices are great and the service is outstanding. You cant go wrong seeing Kiran at Allure.

2022-07-14Awesome salon that I constantly recommend to others. Its always clean and has reasonable prices. Ive been coming to this salon for over 5 years. I get my eyebrows threaded here, facials, waxing, and hair coloring. All done by Ayesha. She is amazing. Very personable, funny, and does a great job with facials, waxing, and coloring. I receive many compliments on my eyebrows because Ayesha does an amazing job shaping them. If Ayesha ever left the salon Im not sure I would continue to go here. In my opinion, she is what makes the salon so awesome.

2022-05-06Overall, I had a great experience with the new girl who started (Karen), and she did my eyebrows so perfectly (in love), I for sure want to keep her around. But it doesnt seem like a very nice environment for Karen as I overheard others talking down on the way she looked, or dressed. (This makes me really sad, and the owner of this location should do something about it ASAP)

2022-07-30I have been going to Ayesha for a few years now and she NEVER disappoints! She has always left my brows and my face flawless. I ALWAYS get compliments! I am extremely picky with who does my brows and Ive looked around for sooo long and I finally found my brow lady for LIFE! She makes you feel so comfortable and listens to you. Ayesha is so kind and personable as well. I 100% recommend Ayesha. If you ever go to this salon to get facials or your brows done, ask for AYESHA!!
