They really need to be polite with their customers. Maria cut my hair so short eventhough I told her how many inches I want to cut. Most of them needs to be nice with customers not argue.
All the staff here are very friendly and nice. I have been coming here for couple of years now. Very happy with the services would highly recommend this salon.
Maria is the most amazing technician! Not only is she so incredibly skilled at helping shape and and clean up eyebrows she is a wonderful human being. She used to be at a salon much closer to my house but after she relocated me and my three daughters drive 25 minutes because we will only let her do our brows. I know several of our friends and family drive this distance because she is the best! I can’t recommend her enough.
Hate this place. Asked to shorten my hair but she literally chopped my hair. Dont ask Sunita for your hair cut. She is rude and doesnt know how to cut hair properly. Will never go back to this place again.

I normally don’t give reviews I will try & be patience with services. But yesterday I had an experience it’s not worth going back to this Salon. I have Given 1Star for Maria. If I have 0 I would give her that . Very Rude towards Customers. Good that I never have to get service from her. Even Skilled I don’t care if Shez not polite. She got very Bad Attitude keep it to Urself. I have been to well known Spas and Good Salons. Maria just Stop Telling people such Rude Demanding way what they have to do. I know what I am doing it’s not my first hair cut ya doing waxing facials everything. I am doing everything for Years. Not so great experience of service on everything. It was okay not so much skilled Services. I waited long time to get done even after calling and taking appointments. I can’t wait for Hours my time is important. I just preferred to go there as they consider doing certain times. Sunitha got skills & Madhiha also can be a Better Skilled with her way of doing & Shabana Good at taking care of customers . I suggest you teach your employees how to treat Customers. Or else you might loose customers. There are Ways to explain customers ya Suggest. Due to Maria I am not Comfortable going there as Shez very Rude. And I don’t want my day End in such a way.
The staff is so friendly and professional here. The music and atmosphere is relaxing. The owner and her daughters are first class. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable. Kanza does my eyebrows. She is super focused on attention to detail, takes her time, and I leave happy. Best Salon in the area.
I found this gem of a salon taking my friends daughter to have her eyebrows done. I then brought my daughter to have her hair done. While I was waiting for my daughter I had a facial now I am addicted. I am now addicted. I love the way they do my hair. I love coming in because it is a very welcoming atmosphere. There is only one person I trust with my eyebrows and that is non other than Kanza. The other lady’s that have cut my hair have done a great job. If you need a salon to go to they will never let you down.
Bad experience and I wish I have never went there! One day you can take an appointment the other day they don’t want you with no reasoning and responding to you.

This has been my salon for years! I love it here and Sunita does an amazing job with my threading services and hair. All of their stylists are great, I’ve had many of them do my threading over the years.

I promise you guys will not be disappointed! The staff here is all amazing and friendly. I am very particular with who does my eyebrows and the only person I trust is Maria. She always does a perfect job on my eyebrows and full face. Having sensitive skin so many people have burnt my skin, but she makes sure to be extra careful. So many people ask for Maria and despite her busy schedule she makes sure to make time to attend to each one. Me, my mom, and sister have been going to Maria for years and we will continue to do so. We are always welcomed into such a happy and enthusiastic environment and we highly recommend this place.
I went in to get my eyebrows done explain to the girl what I wanted done. When she showed me the mirror so I could see my eyebrows I simple told her that she did the wrong she totally did not listen to what I told her. When I try to explain to her and ask to speak to a manager turns out she is the daughter of the owner. The girl started screaming and crying the manager come up to her and started hugging her and toldher honey it’s ok.. Never tried to talk to me been the customer just told me to leave knowing that her daughter was in the wrong.. Another lady that works there come up to me and apologizeAnd tried to fix my eyebrows, the girl still kept on screaming.Customer service worst I have ever experienced per owner and daughter. Thank you to the other lady that works there that apologize and tried to fix the error that the other girl did on my eyebrows. If you can’t take when they tell you, you did something wrong then I’m sorry you are in the wrong business
Very nice and friendly staff. My go to person is Sunita, she does an amazing job with my eyebrows every single time. She even removes my blackheads.She also recommended a face pack after full face threading; as my skin is sensitive, it helped a lot.

It was worse place ever, I had my face treading done, she was definitely not professional, if she is not able to do service, why is she working there, I think it was bosses daughter that’s why, they told me lees money before taking me, and then after service she was saying more, wow, and she said she couldn’t move all hair from face , seriously they was 1 mm out, if I could take them out, everyone could with treading, where I always go they do same service for less money, and much much better.. they clean perfectly good, not like them it was waste of money and time, so angry, will never go there again… and she was so unprofessional, getting angry at work with her co worker, or probably it was her mom… very unprofessional place …

Unlike other places nearby, Maria ALWAYS does a PERFECT job on my eyebrows. I promise you will not be disappointed! They do facials, waxing, threading, haircuts, color, haircuts for men, and much more!! She even did a BEAUTIFUL up-do on my hair for a wedding.Everyone has a busy schedule and she always finds a way to make time for each and every one of her customers.

Karina is par excellent for all my hair needs whether it be cut, blow dry, highlights , styles etc. I have been going to her from last 5 years and love her a lot. Been having my hair done by Karina for a couple of years now. She never dissapoints and I have been to many salons over many years. Karina and Sunita are very welcoming and always make me feel comfortable. I get my hair done to my satisfaction and a good laugh. Can’t ask for anything more!
Omg the worst bikini wax Ive ever had. I got home to find hair where there shouldnt be, on top of that my skin was bleeding but didnt bleed out. 4 days later my skin has not healed. Ive gotten bikini waxes plenty of time, it has never been this terrible.
Ridiculous service. Worst SaloonI took an appointment for hair cut for myself and my kids. We went there and they asked us to sit. We waited for 30 minutes. Then one of the ladies working asked us to come back. I asked why, she said they were busy. I asked why did they give me appointment. She said Sorry About That. They wasted our time and insulted us. Their treatment is ridiculous. I just left the place but felt bad for the treatment. They are cheaters and steal money

I went in today for the first time and had a full face threaded and they did and awesome job in my face and my eyebrows and it was only 20 dollars totally worth it and would definitely recommend it
They offer a variety of services which makes it a convenient one stop shop. Most staff are friendly and take your needs into consideration. Wait times can be very long sometimes depending on when you go.

I got to the salon 5 minutes before they closed and doors were locked with people inside. I was told I could not come in. As long as I got there before the close time, I should’ve been given the option to wait. As a repeat customer of the salon, it was poor customer service. Do better.

These guys doesnt respect customers. They treated me very badly. I think they have their returning 10 customers and they dont want any new customers. They are not organized and not skilled. I would never go back there. They are not professional

2022-02-05Loved the service we were kindly greeted i called ahead to make an appointment for my daughter the services she received where shampoo wash, haircut and style. The lady cut her hair exactly how I asked cut exactly the amount of hair my daughter wanted it turned out really cute. I like the fact that after some leaves there seat they clean and sanitize it they also sweep up all the hair at each hair cut which I really liked, last minute she also got her eye browse waxed. Coming in to the salon they have a QR to scan to get the prices for the products its not expensive and I think for the level of service they provide its very well worth it. We left extremely happy my daughter absolutely loved her hair cut and we are planning on referring our friends and family. The eye brow threading or wax is listed at 7$ which i think is a great price. Really looking forward to coming back and get my hair cut as well as my other kids.

I have been a client since then for various services.I am happy when I walk out the door. The woman that work at Allure Are extremely professional as their work will show. Very friendly and its fun to be there especially when they all start laughing.You are never rushed.If you havent been there for a service. Check it Out

2022-03-28I have been coming here for a couple years now for eyebrow threading, and I refuse to go anywhere else. All the women here are fantastic with eyebrow threading, they always take their time and pay attention to detail. I always leave with my eyebrows in amazing shape and feeling great. The prices are very affordable. Im a college student, so I always make it a point to stop at Allure when Im home for breaks and holidays.

It’s hard to find experts in eyebrow threading who listen to your wants and you can’t beat their pricing. If you’re looking for eyebrow threading this is your place!

She gives so much attention to details when doing the eyebrows threading or facial. She is my go to person for threading every two weeks since many years. The place is clean and the people are welcoming.

2022-08-05Great salon. I got my eyebrows done, didn’t have an appointment but they kindly accommodated me. Also asked for a wash and blowdry and Sunita did a great job. She also asked if I’d like them curled a bit and I thought that was a lovely touch to their customer service. Will come again for sure.PS - this salon isn’t associated anymore with the Allure Salon on Ogden avenue.

2022-07-19Second time coming here for eyebrow threading. First time wasnt the best as the lady was on the phone the entire time and when I sat in the chair and asked her not go go to thick, she just said I know. Second time, I got Sunita and she was great from start to end, asking what I wanted and making sure I was content with the result! Ill be going back but only if shes working.

2022-07-17Experience was okay, wouldnt go again, had to go coz my regular place was unavailable. Went in around 11 am, they had a big party coming up so were trying to wrap up all the existing appointments. Went in for full legs wax and face wax (side locks, upper lip and chin). For legs had 2 ladies doing simultaneously. For face, inspite of me telling my skin is sensitive and to do in small batches, she was ripping off in bigger portions, have tiny bruises now.
