The best medical experience I have had in Chicago. I was in and out, given attentive care and additional laughter. I also noted that I was prone to yeast infections when taking antibiotics and was prescribed medication in case one were to occur. The proactive care made me feel heard and valued as a patient. Will be my first medical contact should I need it. Thank you so much.
I recently just switched over to this clinic and it has been a great experience! The staff is polite, professional, and they actually care about your health and well-being, It is also really convenient because they have a pharmacy inside so there is never a wait to get prescriptions.
I was in search of immediate care since the process of being added to my partner’s health insurance was still pending. The staff and doctor were all very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My doctor was so sweet and she really listened to me and knew exactly what was my ailment. It’s always a little nerve wracking going to a new place not knowing how the people will react to you or treat you, but I have nothing but an amazing, glowing and positive review of my experience here! Will definitely go back!
When in for PCR testing. A nurse administered the test, and it went normally. The doctor entered shortly after along with another nurse. As she checked my throat and breathing, the nurse stood in front of the door with his arms crossed just staring directly at me. Once the doctor finished, she began to leave, I followed, and then the nurse said ”ok” sticks his arm out to usher me out the door (which I already was doing). I felt extremely uncomfortable, and it felt as if I was being intimidated and watched. The nurse was trying to act as security, attempting to be menacing. The doctor was completely normal, but the nurse was never introduced or acknowledged. It would not have been strange had he been carrying supplies, helping the doctor, holding a chart/notepad, etc. When does a nurse enter the room, stand in front of the door, arms crossed, and simply stare down a patient without saying a word? I’m livid. This was my first visit, and I live 5 minutes away; I was hoping to make this my new primary care facility. Absolutely not. Never going back.
I was referred to this clinic by a friend who had been there previously. I called for an appointment and was surprised that: a) a live human being answered the telephone; and, b) I was able to get an appointment on the same day. In fact, at the time I called, there was an appointment available within the hour. The staff is super friendly and professional. The location was easy to get to and there is ample street parking, and the facility is clean. The Physician’s Assistant that met with me was engaging and thorough, and, I was in and out in record time. I also discovered that they perform both immediate and primary care services. Overall, I give Alliance Immediate & Primary Care FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS. They are wonderful.
First time here. I was having horrible asthma attacks and could not find anyone to take me same day without insurance. They took me same day no problem. The man up front( I wish I got his name) was so nice and helpful as were the nurse and Dr. The Dr. Was so sensitive to the fact that I couldnt breathe and was without insurance that she helped me figure out the best option to help me breath normally again and be able to afford it. The girl at the pharmacy was very nice and informative about my medication. From start to finish this was a 5 star experience. I highly recommend coming here.
I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care facility. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and I was seen exactly at my appointment time. They also have in house pharmacy so I didn’t have to make a trip to Walgreens afterwards. If needed I will definitely return to this location!
The people at Alliance did a great job during both of our visits. They were very thorough in their approach. They took the time to check our health as well us to provide important information about the coronavirus and the vaccine. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant as well. We are very pleased that we were able to be vaccinated at the Alliance clinic.
I have been to Alliance at least a dozen times since the pandemic started. I work in a kitchen in close proximity to others and it’s been super helpful to have such a reliable spot for Covid testing close to my apartment, especially when Illinois cases were at their peak over the winter. I had to travel out of the city to get my first vaccine shot and was planning to do so for my second. However, the folks at Alliance were courteous enough to call me up when they had shots available and I was able to get my second shot two blocks from home. The staff is always kind and professional and I’m glad to have them nearby.
At first the service I received from Dr. Anthony was wonderful. However, after a week my symptoms persisted and I returned like he instructed. He was not there. I then saw Dr. Margaret Keeler. Highly disappointing!! It’s as if everything I was saying went in one ear and out the other. Doctors should give their patients credit for knowing their own bodies and what feels right and what feels wrong. She gave me a painful shot that was supposed To work within 30 minutes, it did NOTHING. I called the next day for assistance. ANY assistance.. and I was not helped in the least and was simply told to go to the ER then. Very disappointed in the bedside manner and lack of compassion.
This was my second visit here and Im am so glad this place is here. Everyone is so nice and caring, from the front desk to the doctors. I got to see Dr. Margaret and she is one of the most sincere and nicest doctors Ive seen. My first visit my anxiety was on op level and Dr Margaret was so nice that she reached my anxiety and we were able to come up with a plan to get what I needed. This time around, once again she was super nice and remembered about my anxiety and once again she made it easy for me to try to explain what was wrong and proceeded to get me what I needed and insisted I call in a week to make sure if things where going accordingly. Also, they got an on site pharmacy so I got my meds right then and there so no waiting and having to travel somewhere else to get my meds. Thank you Alliance Immediate and Primary!!!
When I called to make an appointment they told me they did rapid covid tests which they didnt. Then I had an antibody test done and they never sent in my blood work. So I guess I got my blood drawn for no reason. I was incredibly disappointed with my experience and will not return.
I have been a patient here for about a year now, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. The staff here is so caring and understanding-I constantly am rescheduling because of work but they are so great at accommodating me and my schedule. The physicians truly care about me and their other patients and it shows in every appointment. They take the time to listen and honestly do whatever they can to help me.Whenever I come here, it feels like family.I could go on and on, I don’t have a single bad word to say about Alliance.I stumbled upon them by chance, and I am so happy I did.Very grateful for EVERYONE who works here. They truly have improved my life.
I went in for some pain in my throat which ended up being strep. Dr. Margaret Keeler was extremely compassionate and professional. She prescribed me meds and gave me something for pain immediately. The staff was really nice as well. I will definitely visit this place again when I have some minor issues. Highly recommended.
I dont have a primary care doctor, and I needed to see someone on a really busy Saturday afternoon, I was impressed by how quickly I was able to receive care. The atmosphere in the office is great, and the staff was very kind. Didnt feel like talking to anyone being as sick as I was, but the nurse helped me feel comfortable right away and doctor Saeed was super helpful. If you need immediate care for any illness definitely ask for him!
Ive been here several times, including bringing a friend and an unplanned trip due to a fall. When I fell, I was in excruciating pain. The doctors got me in after maybe a ten minute wait, I was given a shot for the pain, a prescription that was filled onsite, and a recommendation to a physical therapist (who was also a delight). The friend I brought in doesnt have insurance and her visit was extremely affordable. She was also in a lot of pain, and the doctors were very delicate with her, walking her through their steps and thoroughly explaining what to expect in aftercare. The doctors and staff are all extremely welcoming and kind. Theyve remembered my face -- that sort of familiarity is priceless in a doctors office. Everyone is extremely straightforward and have great senses of humor, making a serious visit easy to live through. I could absolutely not recommend this place enough.
I was seen by Margaret. She has horrible bedside manner & her patience runs thin. I would assume a doctor would care about her patients health but she was in complete disregard of me & my concerns. Please do yourself a favor & SEE SOMEONE ELSE. Anthony is a great recommendation, he’s kind yet quick and cares about his patients. STAY AWAY FROM MARGARET.
I called on Saturday, 10/31/20, looking for a Covid-19 test. The gentleman who answered the phone told me that they were fully booked for tests that day, but when I explained that not only am I immunocompromised, I am planning to go see my parents who are in their 70s, and my mom is immunocompromised as well, he found a way to get me in for a test. The test is NOT fun, but the staff was efficient and kind, and being able to see my parents with some confidence I am not going to kill them is PRICELESS. I just cant begin to thank them enough for getting me in, so appreciated!
Pretty pleasant experience I shall say. I had to get a last minute employment physical since my primary care physician was on vacation. Dr Saeed was very courteous and he focused on what had to be done. He explains everything in detail to you and focuses on what brought you here. In overall, very nice Doctor, you can tell he is passionate about his career and helping his patients.
I took both my son and daughter here because their primary doctor had to be scheduled weeks in advance at times which doesnt work with my current schedule that is constantly changing. Was looking for something I could make an appointment and take my children the next day. Both Dr Asim and Dr Omar were very nice. Kids hate going to the doctor and its just stressful to deal with at times as parent. This was pretty smooth with Dr Asims outgoing personality. This is a good spot when you need some last minute quality care for your loved ones.
Currently Ive been to Alliance twice, and have seen both Dr. Asim and Dr. Omar. I found Alliance online & was able to make an appointment for the next day. The front desk clerk & the nurse I saw were both very nice. Dr. Asim was very friendly and very thorough with his questions. I definitely didnt feel rushed, which is a concern at many clinics. I felt like he really wanted to figure out what was ailing me and make sure I walked out ok. He was nice, polite, and friendly! A great doctor all around.I saw Dr. Omar on what was a fairly busier day, so the wait was a bit longer, but when it went past 20 minutes he sent in someone to make sure I was doing ok, and to get a rundown of what I was in for. Once Dr. Omar came in he asked a few questions, checked my little battle wound to make sure everything was good. He also made sure that everything felt fine and that I didnt have any more concerns. Both doctors were very nice & friendly. The definitely want you to leave feeling A+, or at least confident that youll get there asap :) A+ rating!
Do not go here. Just dont. Staff was terrible at communicating. I had to wait about an hour even though I scheduled an appointment. I had to get blood drawn, and the RN who took it kept jabbing me and it was very painful. The worst experience Ive had getting blood drawn. I was told by my physician, the RN, and a lab technician that my I would be called with my results within 3 days. After day 4 I called, was put on hold for 20 min, they refused to give me my results. Wouldnt even tell me if they were positive or negative! Im not even sure its legal to withhold that sort of patient information.Do not go here please!
My cousin was very ill and wasnt making any progress. He lived about a mile from Alliance. We checked it out... just walked in. The woman at the door greeted us in a friendly manner. After doing the quick intro of why we were there. We sat down and waited for to see a doc. About 10 mins or so went by and then we were greeted by Dr. Omar who was seem very nice. He was able to prescribe some flu meds after doing a full check up of my cousin. Thumbs up to this place
My primary doctor moved his practice out of state so I was faced with a challenge of finding a new doctor that I could trust. A colleague of mine recommended doctor Asim. I went online and immediately noticed some rather not so great reviews but my friend assured me that was from a previous Practice that isnt there anymore.I went in for a check up and met with the doctor. Place was small but clean. Nice staff. Waited only about 8 mins before the nurse took me into a room to do blood pressure work. Long story cut short. Alliance / Dr. Asim is now my primary go to for medical needs.
So I decided to go into this urgent care office because I was experiencing ear ache paid $85 to be seen I get in the office fill out some paperwork and have a seat I was seen with in 15min which was not long of a wait seen by DR Margaret Kelly she examined my ear said I had a ruptured eardrum told me I would be in severe pain for a couple days she was going to take care of me and prescribe me medication to take care of that I get to Walgreens and I had no pain medication just some oral antibiotics and some ear drops went home to over the counter ibuprofen which seems to not be working I’m having severe pain ringing and shocking pain barely able to sleep at night I called the office to ask for dr Kelly I am told that she’s not in and for me to go into the emergency room if I’m in pain I’m asking the front receptionist why shouldI go pay to be seen at the emergency room when I was already told by dr Kelly what’s my issue she put me on hold me thinking she is talking to different provider but she gets back on the phone to read me the notes dr Kelly wrote told me she will let dr Kelly know about me calling instead of trying to help me out I’m very disappointed with this service if in pain just go to the regular emergency room don’t waste your time going here mind you I have no insurance so let me go pay double when all she could of did was have me come back in and have someone else look at me. If I could give zero stars I would. 👎🏼👎🏼
I came back from being out of town, I was stranded for about a day and I had nothing but bad luck, I had a concern and when I got back home I called and I got in within less than an hour, I was very thankful, had so much stress and the fact they took me in right away was very generous, I appreciate the staff very much, everyone very friendly and made my stress level go away, thank you very much!
I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. I really, really don’t like going to the doctor. All of the doctors and staff make me feel enormously comfortable, and it’s never taken more than 40 minutes from entering the building, to leaving with my medication.
Saw this place driving in the area actually and remembered it was there. Landed on my elbow playing indoor basketball months ago. Threw some ice on it and assumed it would be fine. When it kept bothering me I went to Alliance and saw doctor Saeed. Found out I had a stress fracture that needed some certain attention. Staff was nice and Dr. Saeed was a really cool down to earth guy. Id call him my primary doctor at this point.
They have very un profesonal and un experiance staff .i took my kids there to get regular emune shots.the she poked the shot in his arm realy hard and fast his only 7 year old so he moved his arm the shot came out and half got wasted .she did not tell the doctor what she did.the other kid she barely put the niddle under the arm lits half inch my kid bareyl felt and it was over even my kid she was saying thats it it didnt even felt. i told the doctor what she did . and his arm got realy bad sourd and pain full for tow weeks i went back to show them.he still have the bruse.the lady still working there the didnt fire her.thos shots were very important for life like hypatisis and tetness.
Hours listed are inaccurate or misleading. It says open til 9 online, and the front door says open til 8(?), but we were turned away when we arrived at 7pm and told the doctors are out at 6pm. Again, misleading or inaccurate, either way thats not something you want to be told when you need -immediate- care. Oh well

2022-04-27Bar none- this is the best experience Ive had in any medical setting and Ive been through a few in my day. The knowledgable, professional, friendly, and kind practitioners and staff are amazing. They listen and care about their patients. Let me say that again... THEY LISTEN AND CARE about their patients.

2022-03-23Super professional, very efficient, and very well organized. The staff is really nice and ready to work. I just came in for a PCR test and they took care of me and made sure I was thoroughly tested. I basically had a quick check up and I wasn’t expecting such service.

2022-07-11I have had awful experiences at this location time and time again. The medical incompetence displayed by the staff at this point in my 3 seperste visits is unparalleled. The first? A misdiagnosis without doing any kind of testing or extra diagnostic work. I was put on something akin to snake oil in treating the condition I had. The next? I was put on a regiment of antibiotics that did nothing to address my infection. They did nothing to culture it and it persisted. The third? They cultured it finally but gave me another round of antibiotics that caused another kind of infection to develop in another area of the body because its killing off all the bacteria, including the good kinds preventing this kind of infection (especially since my pre-existings put me at a higher risk). The medical staff here should all recieve serious performance evaluations and could probably do with another half century in residency with this level of negligence and oversight!

2021-05-31Appointment making was a breeze! The person helping me was clear to recommend an early appointment for my physical so I won’t have to fast for too long:) Kudos to him for the tip!Day of: front desk was great! Medical assistant could have used some coffee, she was unenthusiastically going through the motions (granted it was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend). After she collected my initial health data, she said “he will be with you shortly”. I said he? Anyhow, I told her I made an appointment with a female doctor and she told me that only a guy was here. She never elaborated further and walked out the door. The doctor I seen was exceptional!!! He explained why he was there instead of the other doctor. He reviewed my health history and followed up with the physical, he took his time answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you!!! I will definitely be staying here.

2021-11-11This place was under a horrible management and that is why they went under name change and closed the business. It is still managed by same people and same mentality, still greedy and opportunist approach. I went there for testing and they lost my urine sample. Several days passed and I finally called to find out this. They did not bother to call and tell me that. They said come over and do it again, of course what else I can do? What is even more annoying is that they billed my insurance again for the urine test! This is no unethical and dishonest business practice. I was not supposed to be charged twice for the sample you lost. Nothing has changed here and do not be fooled by the reviews left by their friends and family.

2021-10-06I had a wonderful experience at this place. It was easy to get an appointment, the staff was very friendly and Margaret, the physician assistant, addressed my concerns without me feeling rushed. Great job overall.
