Very happy with our experience here. Kind and knowledgeable staff to start, and Dr. Wilson was very kind, and absolutely wonderful with my 5 year old who had to have 2 teeth extracted. I’ll never take my kids anywhere else! Great place !
I would never recommend this place for a young child. I brought my daughter for her 1st dental appt here who is a toddler. They didnt make us or her feel welcome at all, Ive never seen her so afraid. They barely said a word to us. Just glanced in her mouth and said bring her back in a year. I have stopped all reminder emails, text messages and yet they still come!
My 9 yr old had his 6 month cleaning and xrays today. He has some sensory issues and gets nauseated VERY easily. Jessica did his xrays and cleaned his teeth. He needed many breaks and she was so kind, gentle, and understanding. She did everything she could to help him feel comfortable and have it be a positive experience. Then Winne had to do a little scraping and she was just as kind and gentle. I highly recommend All Family to anyone and especially families who have kids with special needs.
Dr. Sam is great! She is so soft spoken with the kids, really encouraging during the visit and always personal! My 5 year old has been going there and my 2 year old just had her first check up! It could not have gone better! Thank you Dr. Sam and all the ladies at All Family Dental & Braces for always providing a pleasant experience!
Love this place! Very modern and clean office, and we are always seen right at the appointment time and out pretty quickly. The dentists and staff are absolutely wonderful, especially with my 6 year old who has sensory issues. Would recommend them to anyone and thankful we found such a great caring dentist.
Weve een going to All Family Debtal for at least 3 years now. Even though its a bit far from home, my kiddo loves it there. The staff is wonderful with the children! The appointments go by quickly and the dentists are thorough. Weve had fillings done in the past and they offer multiple options for anyones needs. The goody bags they hand out are our daughters favorite! She loves getting her new toothbrush and floss!
We love our dentist! She is in my opinion one of the best . The staff is great aswell. My daughter is 5 my son is 2. She is patient and kind . She filled my daughters cavity without need for anesthesia and my daughter didnt resist or cry. She is a champ!

They called me to cancel/ reschedule an appointment that was made 2 months in advance b/c the ortho decided to take a vacation. Being that this appointment was schedule to coincide w/ another appointment which are only supposed to be 2 weeks apart and only doing braces on limited days, I informed them that they inconvenienced me b/c id already taken off of work and the next appointment they had wasnt until months down the road, their office Manager Alexis was VERY rude and unprofessional & told me they were giving me months in advance notice which was a lie due to the appointment being a month away not months away... She then lied and said she would call me back monday, that call never came & when i called today she said they would no longer provide the service due to some non sense reason. Take your money else where, this place is very unprofessional!!!
My 2 boys are terrified of going to the dentist. The staff there is amazing and understood their feelings and fears and worked with them. They made them feel so comfortable and relaxed. After the work was done they left the office happy not crying or scared for their next visit. They put the children first instead of pushing them through the visit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The Dentist was very good with my son whom has special needs. Although they were not able to help me, I do recommend them.
Do not recommend this place, had horrible experience here. Called to confirm they accept my insurance and was told yes, set up appointment went in and filled out paperwork and was then told they dont take my insurance but would see me just this once. After taking me back the dentist looked in my mouth for about 3 seconds and said doesnt look too bad you can go now.
Worst dental office in the area. Don’t visit them. Waste of time. Nonprofessional staff, very unpleasant.
Dr.Sam and the dental assistant are wonderful. I had a flight to catch and my son had 3 cavities. Dr. Sam and the office made sure we were taken care before we left for vacation. We have been with Dr. Sam for 3 yrs. The best dentist! Highly recommend.Thank you everyone!
Staff is super friendly from the moment you walk in the office. I love the attention the doctor gives my child and how she engages with her and eases her anxiety 🙏🙌🏽
I love taking my kids at All Family Dental, they are ver organized and do an awesome job. They are kind and patient with the kids.
The staff was not welcoming at all. They didnt even use simple manners. Especially if youre working the front desk booking appointments or even signing new patients in say thank youor you welome. I got a referral to this dentist office from my previous dentist and picked this location because its right off Randall. The Dr herself didnt even introduce herself or anything and came over and sat her behind down on the chair. She didnt acknowledge me standing there or even ask my son whats his name or anything. The staff that took my kids x-ray did not even introduce themselves. It was awkward. I also mentioned to the girl that was booking an appointment about the other location which is on Summit and she had to nerve to tell me that NO Dr are at that location...like I was born yesterday. Then why is there another location?Why was I ask if I wanted this location or the other location when I booked my appointment? I just said, Oh. And I believe she just said that so they can keep more patient at a certain location so they can keep money coming in from insurance. Also, she DID NOT DISCUSS the treatment plan with me for my kids. I didnt even bothered to mention it because I knew I was not coming back to this location. Its overall unprofessional playing Spanish music at a dentist office. Furthermore, there was one girl that put sealant on my sons teeth that was alright, but the dentist with the rest off the staff seem like they hated being there. This was not a welcoming experience and location.
My husband and I took my stepson in for an extraction which was a referral from another of their locations. Staff was friendly however the dentist herself was very rude. Kept trying to talk us into not bringing him back that same afternoon for the procedure. Mind you we live an hr away. Smh. She continued to be rude and when I told her that we came in the first place for the tooth to be pulled and he really needed it done she literally rolled her eyes, told the tech to schedule it and walked off. I felt very disrespected which shouldnt be the case coming from a professional to a concerned parent. Definitely will never return to that specific location.
Don’t waste your time here. Doctor is lazy and doesn’t want to do her work. She complains and rejected to do fillings on my kid, jus because she doesn’t know how to deal with little kids. I brought my kids here because their pediatric dentist but all lies. Very disappointed service.
I would NOT return here again. I brought my daughter in for her first exam..that was a fine visit. The second time I brought her in at 3 years old the dentist told me she had a cavity, with just looking at the tooth and said I need to get it fixed right away. They said they would contain her and giver her laughing gas...at 3 years old...that worried me. Those were red flags...so I went to get a second opinion at another dental office. They checked and said she had NO sign of any cavities... all that to say...question the doctors...do not be naive and trust them just because they are doctors...money is always the root (no pun intended) of the job.

The dentist is awesome with the kids but whoever is working in the billing department is never available to take a phone call, when I tried to work on my bill all they did was take my number and never returned my phone call. I tried to email your website, call and fax and all for what? So they can send me to collections! And not even try to explain the break down to my statement! They are a joke! Do NOT even bother going here!
The service and friendlyness at the Pediatric and Family Dentail in Elgin is affult. The dentis spend few minutes with my son and didnt cover the consurn that I have. When they were done with his cleaning the tech just said ok hes done. When I was walking out the lady asked me if we need to make a follow up appointment and for when it old her that I dont know as they did not say anything. Just an over all affult experience.
This location is the best. All the staff makes you feel welcome. Starting with the reception to the dental assistants and Dr.Sam and last but not least the check out reception. You feel like family every time you come. We love this place!!

The most unprofessional and unorganized dentist office ever! From the so called “office manager”-Brenda to the lazy dentist who makes appointments to benefit from the office visit $$ but doesn’t want to do their job, have been having issues with this dentist office for a Few weeks now, the manager is never available or always at a “meeting”. She never returns any of my at least 7 messages that I have left with her staff. Avoid this horrible office at all cost don’t waste your time or money here!
I took my children here and wasn’t happy from the beginning. While my daughter was having X-rays done, they just take my 3year old son down the hall and don’t even tell me and immediately start working on him. He was so scared and they didn’t even care. Then they put my 7 year old on the chair and say they are putting a sealant on her teeth. She started crying a little towards the end and the woman just tells her “you’re fine” with no compassion at all. I don’t baby my children but if you are going to work for a pediatrics dentist, learn how to talk to the kids. What really was unsettling for me was that all the chairs are in one room. There’s no partitions or anything and the tools they used were just in a drawer. Just unsanitary. We will not be going back.
I called on November 15th to schedule a consultation for my daughter who was in a lot of pain due to her wisdom teeth. The young gentleman I spoke to told me she couldn’t be seen for a month but if there were any cancellations, she was first on the list to get an earlier appointment. I was given an appointment for December 16th at 4:30pm. Not once did I receive a call that there were any cancellations nor did I get any calls to confirm my daughter’s appointment for today. I called them first thing this morning to confirm the appointment but was told no appointment existed for my daughter. Both the Summit location and the Larkin location could find any appointment. This was not a very good experience for me at all
The receptionist at this location is the absolute worse. She is unfriendly and she doesn’t greet the patients as should when you walk to the desk after being told you sign consent forms once your temp is taken due to Covid. She just looks at you as if you are misplaced.
Breach of contract with Aetna. They’re listed as providers but won’t take you and make up excuses. Confirmed with Aetna that they’re under contract, but don’t like it and committing fraud by stating they can only take emergencies with Aetna.
Went there December 2018 they was supposed to have a appointment for my daughter because she has cavity to get it taken care of at a hospital but they never call me back, and I’d call them 3-4 different time and days to find out about an appointment for my daughter to get her teeth done and they told me that the appointment person will get a hold of me for my daughters appointment. it’s Late Feb 2019 now almost March.. no call or hear anything from them.
Unfriendly staff, unsanitary conditions, how can you treat children here?
My children have been going to this dentist for 9 years and we are very happy with their care. This dentist was recommended by my dentist for over 30 years.
My kids love going to the dentist they like how they treat them and im so thankful that the ladies and the dentist are so patient mostly with my adhd little one
I had to have a tooth extracted and they made the experience as painless as possible and stress free i would strongly recommend them.
They were great with my two year old and five year old! The doctor is genuine and kind. They even work with me with my 8yo special needs son.
My daughter was in today for treatment, Jimena and Dr. Wilson, always do a great job! Thank you.

Nasty place to be, Doctors, assistant,front desk, every body conected to take advantage of the insurance and also the cleaning and sterilization protocol for a DENTAL OFFICE they do know about it. Please be aware of this place the worst experience ever.
Staff are very friendly yes but thwy make you wait alot and at the end they just dont help your child with the tooth pain wont come here again left mas with my daughter crying of pain.
Gross...dirty place stay away...waiting room gross...smells terrible....dirty chairs...dirty walls terrified to have my son there...will not go back. Dentist pulled out a dirty tool and stuck it in my kids mouth...she had to wipe it off so she could see in it....then it smelled of bleach so bad could hardly breath...needs to be cleaned or shut down! 5 people standing around and not cleaning

2022-04-16They are GREAT place for kids ! They work with them and make them feel so comfortable. One of my sons had previously been so nervous of the dentist and after coming to this dentist, he is finally not in full panic mode. So thankful !!!! They are the best !

2022-02-09I absolutely love this dental office! Dr. Wilson is the greatest with my kids. Shes so kind, sensitive, and understanding to their needs. Ive never come across staff that is so great with kids. I took my, at the time, 5 year old elsewhere and they traumatized him when they put his spacer in. Needless to say, he was petrified of dentists, but after Dr. Wilson took care of him he LOVES going to the dentist now and looks forward to his cleanings! I would absolutely recommend this office for your childrens needs. They accept state insurance and dont look down on you for having it like other places tend to do. Amazing place to say the least!

2021-09-16The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to me and my child. I’ve called around and physically gone to many offices with the problem that my child was experiencing. I kept going in just for X-rays and turned away because of financial reasons and insurance reasons. Those places didn’t seem to care, even if my child had an issue that needed immediate care. As soon as I called, they made an appointment for my son with no questions asked. They were very organized and clean. Very inviting and the staff seems to get along well with each other. Happy happy happy place. Everything about this place is what I’d love to see more of everywhere.

2022-06-08Unfortunately I cannot give more star, because I didn’t feel that this place considered my needs, and rescheduling appointments wasn’t work very well, they didn’t return your phone call right away, if you have some circumstances and came late for the appointments, they usually didn’t take you at that day, doesn’t matter if you drive 40 minutes to get there, they are not working to be flexible with your schedule, so consider that, and always came 15 min earlier than your appointment time.

2022-01-25I chose this location because the location was convenient and my childs insurance was accepted. However, the staff is rude. The assistants are very insensitive, if you dont like working with children maybe you should consider a different career path or location. When youre dealing with a 3 year old there is no reason to be using your dental terminology with them and being rude because the child cant keep his/her mouth open or positioned the way you want. Again, youre dealing with kids.

2021-05-20My son has autism and adhd so the dentist is a lot for him to handle. They are always so patient and understanding with him. They try their hardest to make him feel comfortable and safe. It really makes things a lot less stressful and easier on me knowing that the staff will be so accommodating and understanding. I highly recommend for children.
