Quick and professional, everyone was nice i was there by 4pm and I was out by 430pm with x-rays and a schedule for upcoming visits. I was able to prepay and my 1st visit is this Saturday April 9th I shouldve came sooner if I know it was a quick process.
Very friendly and accommodating, because of a mix up with my appt. Explained all my treatments.
Every staff member made me and my 3 year old feel comfortable. Went in for a cleaning everything went smooth and quickly.
Tried to call in to make an appointment twice today and the customer service I received with receptionists both times were horrible. Was going to make this my new dental office but not anymore
Came in this office for a consultation. An appointment for treatment was then scheduled. Both appointments were canceled via text. After cancellation of second appointment I received a text stating I missed my appointment. This proved that this place is unorganized and careless about one’s time.
All Family Dental have friendly and professional staff and cleanings are usually very quick.
The staff and dentists are great. I have been bringing my grandchildren for a few years now. The kids are not afraid to go to the dentist. Thank you for such great care .
Mrs. Amy is the best at making both the child and parents comfortable during their visit. She’s super friendly and good at educating patients as well. Dr. C was also very nice and gentle. Experiences like this is what keeps us going back 🙂

My son has been turned away many times for resisting dental work. However, my sister in law referred me to “All Family Dental and Braces” and they did a wonderful job dealing with my kids. Dr. Steven and Carlos were just so easy going with my son, he went through his treatment very well. I am thankful to this office for giving my children a peaceful experience and a lot of patience. This office provided super flexible scheduling options for my entire family, 2 year old included which made it super convenient to take a morning off of work and get us all seen at once. The dentist was friendly and explained current status and plans in a professional but friendly manner. The staff made us feel very comfortable with their cleaning and safety measures as well. Looking forward to making All Family Dental and Braces our familys dental provider for years to come!
Everyone was very professional and very helpful they did very well with my children it was our first visit I was very happy my kids were happy. Amanda worked with my daughter she is amazing and patient! I didnt get all of their names but I was very satisfied. Thank you
I really like this dental office. My son feels comfortable and safe. The dentist and staff are really nice and they explain the procedure clearly so that you can understand Dr. Rizina is knowledgeable and knows what shes doing she also referred my son to a root canal specialist and i have seen the reviews on the specialist and i am happy about that as well. I am so glad to have found Dr. Rizina i can send my son to the back for dental care and not worry in the waiting room. I will definitely recommend All Family Dental and Braces to friends and family thumbs up great job and staff.
From reception to hygienists to dentists, the staff here is always professional and friendly. My child WAS afraid of the dentist. No more thanks to All Family. Thank you for being great!
They are amazing with little children, my daughter did not like her previous dentist and neither did I, we switched to All Family Dental and the difference was enormous. We had our 3rd visit yesterday, Andrea the Dental Assistant was the best! and she was extremely patient as she explained to my daughter step by step what she was going to do, Dr. Yang has great communication, she showed me what was wrong, explained what they needed to fix and how they were going to fix it, with my daughter very patient and friendly.It is hard to see my daughter walking in to an unknown situation, I was very anxious and afraid of her reaction because at her previous dentist she always cried, but here thanks to the time they took to talk to her like a person who is capable of understanding, everything went smoothed, my daughter was very calmed thanks to these great ladies, I walked in anxious and walked out calm and happy that everything went so well.At the beginning we saw two great dental assistants but I forgot to ask for names, the personal in general was nice and attentive.
My 5 year has had a root canal and fillings done without any fear or pain. Appointments are a breeze. Highly recommend this office.

I just love this dentist office! The staff are very polite and respectful to the parents and the children. They made both my boys feel safe and secure and was patient with them. Especially my oldest who is 8, who has anxiety when it comes to dentist. He had to get extractions and the way they handled him and his response to their care, you wouldn’t even know. Fast and timely appointments. in and out quickly. did not qualify for insurance to pay for braces, but they made it easy and manageable monthly payments. they did all the paper work and i was able to pay in monthly installments which i think we’re extremely helpful :)
I didnt get to attend in person but you all accepted my child on an emergency basis from your sister office and I appreciate the concern, care and great customer service.
Never had an experience at any medical facility as I have here. They collect our money and treat you like your a non factor. there is no grace period to your appt so if you miss it you just miss it. But when I have been on time to my appt I have never been seen at my scheduled time. Take, take and no give no patient care at all. And who ever this new lady is at the front desk is has the worst customer service ever. ! Find another place to spend thousands of dollars. Especially since if you want to be treated with dignity and respect as a paying consumer . Only flip side is the ortho was understanding and kind to my daughter.
Poor service. Do not get your braces done here. You will get an appointment three months later if you have to reschedule. I told them my wire is cutting my mouth and they do not care and is not willing to fix the situation until the next appointment date. Poorly staff, always claim that they are short staff.
Let me start by saying that I was referred to this dental office by a friend and expected good things. Too bad they don’t live up to standards. I was refused service by the manager, Mariana, for a mistake that they claim to have made on their end in billing several months ago. As if times aren’t hard enough, I did not have the EXTRA money to pay at the time of my prescheduled appointment. Now, let’s be clear that I received a call to be reminded about this appointment that was scheduled 6 weeks prior, but I was never informed that this would be the case giving me the opportunity to reschedule when I had the funds. They basically disregarded my time by having me drive out an hour with my child just to not be seen; and then the manager lied about the office being closed during the time that the mistake supposedly occurred. I know that this is 100% false given the timeline of the covid-19 situation here in Chicago. When I asked why they didn’t just inform me before I made the trip, the manager said that the orthodontist was doing me “a favor” by seeing me because the office had mid-treatment changes occur that did not align to what was agreed to when I signed my contract. I mentioned how that didn’t vaguely answer my question and she still didn’t have a straight answer. What makes this situation worse is that my payments are made every month without any issues. Seems like they would trust that I would make the payment (as I agreed to do with my last payment to give me a chance to review charges on my end) since they’ve had my card on file for over a year. I am disappointed in this office, as well as corporate and regional as I did not receive that call from Steven C. or Lisette M.
My son has been going there for his usual clean up but today he got an early treatment of top braces and they were great. He was comfortable and it went by quickly. Thank you!
Its been years since Ive been to a dentist & it was my 2 yr old first time. My experience was great that Ive schedule for more appts. They were very patient with my 2 yr old. Im glad I was referred. Great Job!!

My daughter went to get her braces on and Im super disappointed in the stuff at the front desk. With the way you guys work things. They didnt let me and my daughter come in due to Covid. After they put the braces on she came back with the assistant and what ever I asked him he told me that my daughter knows the answer. Suddenly the price changed too. They told me that putting on the braces and pulling out two teeth it would be one price. And that it would be less if we paid in full. So I wanted to save some money and pay them in full. I just found out that pulling out those teeth was not included and for the insurance to cover i would have to pull more money out of my pocket. After one visit I am already regretting that I chose them. Also saying that they have problems with making appointments for their customers. Our next appointment for adjusting her teeth is in ten weeks and not in five which is how it is supposed to be. I understand that we have Covid-19 but I dont think that because of this we should be treated this way.

Wonderful Experience for My 3 Children 13yr,6yr and 2yr old. They make you feel very welcomed in their business. They had us in and out. And they even pulled a tooth a baby tooth on my 13 that was loose. The doctor spoke to me and told me what I needed to do with each child. Very friendly and caring.

All family dental and braces has a really nice staff but I don’t like the dentist and orthodontist change so heavily that the children never get to bond with them. Even front desk personnel’s fluctuate except the two mail ppl and some of the same hygienist are still there. I don’t feel the dentist are very knowledgeable or they are not providing care properly for the patients .
Dr. Rizina is very professional and very helpful to your needs. The staff is friendly and the establishment is clean . Multiple persons cleaning and making sure you keep safe . Especially now in time of Covid-19. Had a good dental experience,
After a bad experience with another doctor I have this place a chance and have been very happy with the switch. Ive never had to wait more than a half hour and the staff has always been super nice. My daughter had quite a few things done and they always made sure she was comfortable. I also like that they let the parents go in the room with the kids.
The staff was so nice and helpful. My children loved their experiences. We will definitely come back. The office was clean, everyone used PPE, and they made us feel safe.
Went in for cleaning (Groupon). When I walked in to my appointment they immediately redeemed the groupon. After xrays The dentist told me that she will not proceed with cleaning because I require a deep cleaning for $1200. I have cleaning done annually and have never been told I need a deep cleaning.After this they refused to refund me. I sent the X-rays to another dentist who confirmed I did not need a deep cleaning, and a regular cleaning would suffice.Was treaties very unfair at this office.
I really enjoyed my service at the All Family Dental because they have a great environment with a positive attitude everyday. I would recommend this to people who need braces due to the fact that they tell you what is needed and why you need it to be done. The doctor is also great with patients. Viviana and Kristine are the ones that stood out at this dental.
Dental assistant was spectacular with my son who is petrified of the dentist. He helped calm him and make him comfortable and explained everything. A low stress experience compared to what I was dreading. Thank you!! He is a little less scared of the dentist thanks to this experience.
I took my two kids 3 & 6 for a cleaning. We were taken quickly and both kids were done at the same time. The hygentists were very friendly and patient. Dr. Emily saw my kids and was great with explaining how my sons cavity would be filled and eased my mind about the experience that will be coming up. All Dental did a great job!
The Dentist is great, her staff is great, the cleaning procedures are great, The Covid 19 measures are Different but great; with starting off with hand Washing and mouthwash! Comfortable atmosphere, and instruction given to ensure a healthy mouth and a happily ever after smile.
Ive been a loyal patient at family dental and braces for the past 3 years! I have to say the experience with this location and the workers there were amazing. Doctor nation and my assistants were very attentive and friendly through out my stay and I want to thank them all ! Ive been at family dental braces through 2 locations and will miss my family with them both . Thankyou for the experience and the help of my NEW SMILE !! 😁😄
This was my son first visit to the office. The staff was friendly and very professional. I was allowed to ask questions without feeling like I was being rushed. The Dentist Dr Van is amazing-she was very patient with my son. I look forward to returning with my son. I also have an appointment next week!!!!

So now this place allows 5 min grace periods to ppl only if they are not scheduled in the last hour. That is ridiculous and it is wrong and yes I will follow up with a higher authority regarding this!!!!
They’re great with kids! Wait time was a little long but not too bad. I was worried my little one would have a hard time since it was her first time but they were very patient and kind to her. She left telling me About cavities and what she can’t eat 😂
I loved the very detailed price print out they gave me. It made it easy to decide what I could do with my insurance. Most other dental places just do what they wish and leave you with a surprise giant bill.
My daughter has very high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. She did so good at all family, not a tear was shed. I even received a picture of her giving the “thumbs up” while in the chair. I was definitely impressed.

Always timely, friendly and competent. They are always willing to answer all of my questions concerning my child’s dental health. Everyone there from the schedulers to their competent Dentists create such a safe and warm atmosphere.
Dr. Vanney did an excellent job on my dental cleaning, I went in for a routine dental check and scale & polish but I felt like they did more than that, they gave me advice on how to take care of my teeth along with other products to take home, had no issues claiming trough my insurance, super easy process, very clean office. MIRANDA her personal assistant did a great job as well, very professional young lady, really friendly and makes you feel welcome, she explained to me every step trough out the process from beginning to end. She went above and beyond my expectations and is very fit for her job, because of this I would defetnally suggest this office to my friends and family!! Thank you Dr. Vanney and Miranda for making my experience so wonderful!
Excellent front desk, back office, dental hygienist and dentist. My daughters had a great experience for their 6 month cleaning. I highly recommend this office for your pediatric dental needs.
My son is terrified of dentist, Im glad i chose to bring him here. One of the cleanest offices iv been to. As soon as week walked in they made us feel super welcomed, they had his favorite movie playing which calmed him down. All of the rooms are decorated very nicely. The assistant Gloria was great and to say super patient with my son, most places assistants and Drs get irradiated real fast and dont know how to work with children. Needless to say Dr. Vanney was also great she walked through and explained to him what she was going to be doing, showing him the tools she would be using. Over all our experience here was awesome, will be referring all of my friends with children to this clinic.
The receptionists there sucks and they don’t care if you’re a new patient. They won’t try to make the visit right for you, even though they continuously assure you that they want to “make it right” I’ve been scheduled for an appointment for more than 4 times. Within each of those times there were some form of miscommunications/ lack common sense or whatever you would like to call it when it came to me actually having a successful appointment!!! Each time there was an issue where I “gave the wrong insurance info” to which I was reading from the card IN MY HAND!!! Also they don’t call to confirm appointments they trust great ol technology to send you a “courtesy” text message THE DAY OF your appointment to remind you about it, no matter the time of the appointment…I received a reminder (without a confirmation the day before) 2 hrs before my appointment. Then when you’re upset for wasting your time there’s no signs of remorse!!! I strongly think that it should be a different system OR staff🤷🏽♀️
I moved back from DeKalb about a month ago and so I was on the hunt for a new family dentist especially for my 4 year old son. Today, he got two caps put on and it was a wonderful and delightful experience. I was nervous at first but his Dental assistant, Amanda and his dentist, Dr.Vanney are the best team ever!! Very patient with us and always had a smile on their face. They made my son feel very comfortable and he was quite happy afterwards. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist and I will also tell all my friends and family.
Went in for a cavity consultation cause I know I have one definitely, a possible second, and they are noticeably there and I feel them, the dentist said they were too small and nothing to worry about??? Isn’t that when you treat them ?? they rather wait so you have to pay more, people don’t do their job to help people, just money.
Came to appointment that I had made days before. The gal I spoke to took all my information and Insurance. I was in network and i was good to go for appointment. Get to my appointment today get me exam and xrays done. When I was inform that because they were out of networking all my treatment will not be covered. I am very upset and I had to pay for someone not doing their job correctly. I will never go back there.
I love All family dental. My boys love the staff and they make them feel very comfortable in a situation that could be frightening for anyone. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Im glad I found this place.

Dr. Vanney is great with kids, gentle, and understanding. She takes time to listen, explain, and answer concerns. The waiting room is comfortable and the wait time is reasonable.....we are quite happy with this dental group.
After waiting for 30 min after my appointment was scheduled I received a text saying they were ready for me. I was then told by a gentleman and a lady that they texted and called me several times and I would have to wait a few more minutes to be seen since I was “late” I told them I never received the texts/calls and even proceeded to show her that I even called them a second time to ask how much longer it would take. They were both extremely disrespectful and rude no one even bothered to check if they contacted the right number and I wish I would have gotten their names so I could call cooperate. This was my first time having an issue with the 8541 Cicero location but I am extremely disappointed in how they treat their customers.
Horrible , I waited in the parking lot for an hour for my daughters appointment and no one answered the door. The company confirmed and no one was even in the dentist office. Multiple calls and no answer. 0/10 do not recommend.
This is was the first time I bring my daughter here and they did an excellent job. They were really patient and gentle with my little daughter. Also very nice people and professional.

The worst place I ever been, first of all I came here with my son (he was a new patient) and his tooth was hurting and so I decided to come here and so when I talk to the doctor he told me that the best thing to do is to put him to sleep ???? ( No x-ray or examinations and they want to put him to sleep??) as I mentioned before he was a new patient over there and they just want to put him to sleep ?? He’s only 3 years old ?? They should have examinate him at least but nope they try to skip that part and try to put him to sleep, never coming back and I don’t recommend anyone to come here if you don’t want your child to get put to sleep without x-rays
Front girls are unpleasant as you walk in, dont know how to greet or smile.when made an apt prior they confirmed the apt before we hung up. Now apt day comes and it was for a different day than stated on the phone. Guy had to only say sorry nothing I can do but it was scheduled for a different day. Never comming back! And they better not think about calling me for a follow up!
Dr. Shah and her assistant were awesome! Such nice and friendly people, and my teeth look great! It didnt hurt at all! I also really loved the prices!!!
The worst dentist office ive ever encountered. Dental assistants are extremely ignorant and rude. Had an appointment to get a consultation for a teeth cleaning, I went and was told I need a deep teeth cleaning, I told them I was aware of this but my insurance does not cover a deep teeth cleaning and I have not gotten a regular cleaning in almost a decade. I was told I will have to sign a waiver that I was informed I need a deep teeth cleaning and once signed they will be able to do the regular cleaning. So they scheduled me for a regular cleaning a month later. At this appt. I was sat down in a chair, had a bib put on me, and when the dentist was about to shoot me with novacaine I stopped her and said yous are aware I am here for a teeth cleaning right? They said oh no, youre scheduled to get 2 fillings and thats it. I told them I reaffirmed twice at the last appt with the Dentist and front desk themselves that the next appt scheduled I was getting the teeth cleaning. The dentist walked out for a few minutes, came back and refused to do the cleaning my insurance covers. Shows that there is no communication whatsoever, and that its another typical case of dentists trying to get cash out of people, instead of going through insurance. Incompetence at its finest is what youll find here. I reccomend International Dental on 83rd and Harlem. They are absolutely great over there!
Very clean and pleasant location. Staff was accommodating and service was done in a timely manner. My girls had a great report and we’ll be back in six months.

They are a layers, I have been there to do my regular cleaning, I paid for, but she refused to do this and they try to convince me that I need a deep cleaning, i refused and next day i have been to the another doctor, they confirmed that i do not need a deep cleaning, I just lost my money in this office!!!

Not coming back to this place. Had an appointment for my 2 kids and because they did not do there work verifying the insurance they rescheduled my sons appointment and they charged me the a copay for a half done job done to my daughter.
I feel welcomed, and very comfortable. A very friendly place, especially when Miranda is around. I bit her finger and she was okay with it, now thats what I call a professional at her duties.

The new orthodontic its horrible in the middle of my treatment the other orthopedic left the clinic and the new one it looks like its a new grad before he took the braces out i told him the tooth still look croquet and he still took them out and said they look find obviously my tooth dont look straight we PAID to MUCH money for braces for him to said its the best it can be done.

They are taking vigorous precautions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This was my first visit and despite fears they were a pleasant team.
I brought my son for braces they were so patient with him he loved this place his braces look fantastic.
You will be in and out without feeling rushed. Very Professional staff and doctors. I will return with other children

Dr Benjamin had a complete staff of morons. They only make appts for early in the day, when I said I cant make it until 5.

Terrible care never before had I had a cleaning on my teeth as bad as it is, I mean if it can be called cleaning, they also do the work running to finish. I only walk with my sore throat and a lot of infection after visiting this place. Very poor hygiene I do not recommend it at all.

2022-05-28I always have a pleasant experience at All Family Dental and Braces. I was greeted and checked in as soon as I arrived. We were barely seated when my sons name was called. Amy and did a great job preparing my son and I for todays dental work. I was well informed about the process and what to expectDr. Tang noticed changes since the last visit and instead of making me return, he did the work today. Dr. Tang was thorough and timely with his work and both frequently checked in with my son. Today was our first time with Amy assisting and she was so patient and gentle with. Her engagement and bubbly energy made the 8am appointment a breeze. Highly recommend, especially since the dentist can be intimidating for my son.

2022-04-09My daughter had her first appointment today and the service we received was outstanding. My daughter was taken right away. My daughter is 4 years old and Amanda and Amy helped my daughter and I feel at ease for the procedure that was being done.I had originally went to a dental office that was closer to home but thanks to the receptionist that works at different locations, (I forgot her name 🥺- I think Kim) my daughter will be coming to this office. I’d rather travel to this clean and friendly environment! (35 min away) This will definitely be my daughter’s home dental office.Thanks to the doctor, Amy, Amanda, and each staff member that made this experience easy.

2022-02-10My usual care taker guy wasn’t there, but the lady was just as good. They helped me decide my lunch, everyone in the office is great. Also good to see the lady at the front got more help since the first time I met her, she use to be there alone for the most part! She has great customer service! Love this place

2022-03-31A lot of miscommunication from Kimberly. I told her 7 times I wanted to do the 12 month payment plan for braces and She over charged my credit card and didn’t know how to do a refund. Office manager Mariana had to step in and show her. Kimberly should NOT be handling patients money, credit cards, or financial status if she can’t comprehend or fulfill her job duties. They only received one star because Idaly was helpful and knowledgeable at the consultation unfortunately she was off this day. Everyone at that front desk needs proper customer service training

2022-07-14This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office in my whole life at all family dental and braces in Cicero. The check in was extremely quick and easy and the front desk staff were very friendly and even offered my son PJ a sticker before he had even seen the dentist. My son is 5 years old and has some pretty serious Dental issues. No fault of his own. So, I was extremely nervous an apprehensive taking him to this new dentist, because honestly I felt that I would be judged due to the bad condition of my sons teeth. Its been a real struggle trying to find a dentist that can really and truly help him with the damage he has from sipping on a sippy cup for so long and drinking from the bottle for so long. The dental assistants name was Lazada I wish I could remember the dentist name but I cant. They were so good with him I just couldnt even believe it. He is a very active 5-year-old and he was extremely nervous about going to this dentist. But they put him at ease they were able to get very clear X-rays of his teeth. They gave me some great referrals and advice on what to do in order to help him in the future with his Dental issues. They were honest with me about the damage to his teeth, and they were able to articulate what needed to be done without scaring my son. I am a single mom and I work over 50 hours a week and I showed up to my appointment late but they still were able to squeeze me in which I truly appreciated. When i left the dental appointment my son was so happy about his dentist and the dental assistant that he said that he couldnt wait to go back to the dentist! LOL. I am so so so very happy that I found a great dentist that can treat all of my children, and myself in the future. Very professional , extremely clean office and friendly staff. I would recommend anyone to go to this office for dental work. Thanks again from me and p.j.!

2022-02-23This place is so unprofessional its ridiculous Ive been going here years with my kids. But now its always a new dentist that disagrees with what other dentist recommended. Then they started canceling appointments becuz they are short staffed happened more than once as I have 3 kids I had appt for 2 months and then they cancel and next available is a month away uhmm what its for treatment the lady Kimberly tried to tell me what I had to do and was so rude and lied to me I will see who I can complain to further becuz this isnt acceptable

2021-10-23Amelia is amazing!My daughter does not do well with the dentist at all and she was actually referred to a different location to get two extractions. I had seen Amelia before at a different locations and ran into her when I took my sons for a check up. I told her how the other location no longer wanted to see her and that I had an appointment else where that deals with pediatrics in like 3 months. She was like let me see if I can get her seen here sooner. I literally got an appointment for her the next day. Which was amazing… then my daughter was feeling stressed and crying at the appointment and Amelia was extremely patient with her and really helped her relax during the appointment. My daughter got the extraction and even though she was still not totally feeling the dentist she definitely felt better about it and says she’s not afraid to go back next time. Thank you to Amelia for making her feel comfortable and being so kind and patient with her…you are the best!

2022-01-15This location was great and the prices were affordable. The billing department was very understanding when it came to financing my orthotics work. I was in and out whenever I had an appointment. The staff was always great and helpful as well. I highly recommend #MyTeethAreBeautiful

2021-11-17This dental office is very unprofessional. Don’t get me wrong the doctors and nurses in the back are great, it’s the front desk. The front desk are SO rude, ignorant & disrespectful. The front desk sets a picture for the whole clinic and they did a horrible job doing that. They talk to you as if you are a bag of garbage on the side of street. My family has been in health care for +18 years, and I know that the front desk presents the health care fissility . They talk to the parents and children like there nothing. The manager was being a UN-kind person, we’ll put it like that. She was trying to Be professional, but clearly she was making excuses and surely does not know how to do business in health care. The manger’s name is Mariana, I suggest to re-train your front desk people. Definitely not recommended at all, don’t waste your time. It’s not worth your time.
