Great prices friendly staff
When it comes to shopping on a budget, nothing beats ALDIs selection and prices. It is a great place to save a few bucks, but make sure you bring your own bags, you will not only save a few bucks but you will save the plastic.
Was a wonderful experience. I can not believe how far the store has come. And the professionalism that it has. Shelves were well Stock. Very courteous help. I was just amazed because I havent been done for a long time. And I like it because its mild the grocery store atmosphere rather than a warehouse. And there was people restocking to keep up with the rush and the demand during prime time I will definitely be back
Best place to grocery shop if you dont want to spend your full pay check every week just to eat. Plus they have very hard working employees probably because they actually pay theres.

Its a good store, with the stock consistently rotated. The latest remodel is pretty terrible. Produce as soon as you walk in creates a bottleneck & the aisle of shame is broken up into 2 aisles in an awkward fashion. Theres also an aisle that doesnt make much sense because it primarily includes things that are in other aisles and dont appear to be special buys. I feel like its lost some of the efficiency I appreciate about aldi, but I really cant beat their prices or quality.
Shop there all the time good savings
The store is always very clean and well stocked any time Ive been there. They are usually quite busy which can at times be stressful, but the money you can save there more than makes up for it. Although there are a few exceptions, most of the store brand items are just as good if not better than the name brand items. They also have an aisle with a nice selection of cookware, utensils, and other goods. Be sure to bring a quarter for your cart and your own bags with you to bag your items. The staff have always been very quick, friendly, and helpful. For people such as myself that are on a tight budget, ALDI is a life saver.
Great selection of items and from what I can tell the stuff isnt half bad, not a whole bunch of ingredients and extra stuff you dont need. All priced well too! I really cant complain, some of their selections change every so often but even with that theyre still awesome, staff is friendly too! Oh yeah remember to bring a quarter for the carts but if not most the time people are legit and will give you theirs after theyre done with it. 👍
Aldi is great place to shop but the have no scooters for people who cant walk or stand for long periods of time. I am one of those people.
I shop at the Moline and Rock Island store. Dont know what we would have done without their low prices when my husband was laid off in the 80s. Will continue to shop there. We even go to one while on vacation!

Today I was pleased to see many items for those of us getting healthy the Keto way. Lots of organic items and reasonable prices. Today I found patio chairs at a great price. I will be making. the journey even more frequently.

I Love Aldi. There Chicken salad with Almonds and Cranberry is delicious. And a great large wine selection with prices you cant beat!
The produce was beautiful, and reasonable in price. I wanted to take it all home. I love that they bring in specialty items. Only negative thing is, they no longer have the avocado chips they used to have. They were delightful!
They never have enough workers and their shelves are always bare. I love aldis but i hate THIS aldis.

This ALDI is awesome. They hire friendly and fast people, and their shelves are always stocked. This particular ALDI seems to always have more items (and markdowns) when they get their stuff for the seasonal merchandise aisle. Great selection of organic items, fruits, vegetables, condiments, etc. A half gallon of milk was 59 cents, what is not to love?
The prices on produce are hard to beat. The store was a not as great as I expected, but maybe too many people had hyped it up to me prior.I know they also rotate their spot quite a bit so theres always something new.They have a small selection of items which helps keeps prices down but it was a lot smaller than I had anticipated.
Its always good at Aldi. So much organic selection and a great variety of everything. Great prices and workers that are happy to help and super fast at checking out.
The store could use an expansion but I think thats only due to its popularity. Ive seen other Aldis with less patrons and much less attention to the store. The lower cost doesnt seem to mean lower quality. The fruits and veggies are fresh, the meat (which used to be my main concern) is definitely comparable to other grocery stores, and there nice options for other grocery items. Name brand availability is hit or miss but the stores brands are pretty good, in my opinion, and others who Ive had try things. Plus, there are usually specialty items and a non-grocery aisle that can have some good finds.Its worth a try especially if youre working within a budget or are health conscious.
Always a great place to shop. The new remodel looks nice. The only inconvenience is when checking out. There is no room for your cart and the cart the checker is loading the groceries into. Also, it hard to reach the card machine with the carts in the way.
Love Aldi, pretty good prices on things, most things I have tried, although not all, seem same quality as name brand. This store is fairly new so its pretty nice and always clean. Dont mind the quarter deposit for the cart or bringing my own bags. You can also purchase bags there pretty inexpensivly if you forget to bring one.
Plenty of options for healthy food.
I go to the Rock Islsnd Aldi every week. They always have fresh produce at significantly lower priced than local grocery stores. They also have fresh delicious baked goods, especially the cinnamon rolls and cheesecake! The cashiers are friendly and checking out is extremely fast and effortless. They also have great wine. I highly recommend this store.
It is always dirty looking and there is no customer assistance, but that is the point, no frills to save money buying brands of food that I have never heard of. When they have freshly stocked fruit and veggies, that can be really nice. But fresh produce cannot be expected every time you visit the store. You have to pay a quarter deposit to use a shopping cart, can you believe that?

I just moved here from another state recently today was the first time out of about 5 times that the customer service was adequate . I was applaud the first few times in that store the stocking girls were complaining about there job, and the cashiers were all rude just the way they would talk to you , I feel there needs to be some secret shoppers to come in so that Aldi can carry on with there reputable name , I love shopping Aldis but I dont like being treated with disrespect. From out of town, was passing through. Everything was easy to find. Prices were incredible! Everything I bought has tasted amazing. Quality products and the cashier was wonderful and friendly.
I like Aldis in general. Clean, well stocked, well organized and really good prices. We do most of our shopping there. However there are some things they dont have, such as Pepsi products and other specific brand name stuff. But thats ok! Aldis is always worth the trip.
Overall great place to shop, employees arent the friendliest but they do have good food at reasonable prices.
ALDI was aplace i loathed as a kid. Rude people,long slow lines,,no toys. Those days are long gone these days. It is the only place i shop where the prices seem,,,normal and the quality of the food is on par with HyVee and Jewel or very close. Lines are not long or seem to not be and the employees are much nicer and have a much bigger work load than those at the other 2 stores
Over the past few year aldi has turned from a bargain grocery store to a quality yet affordable grocery store. I only go to hy vee or jewel if I absolutely have to. The rock island location is preferred only because its closest to home.
Good prices on frozen pizza, burritos, eggs, milk, juice and most other staples. Not the very greatest selection, but thats the Aldi business model to give low prices.
I love that they have remodeled. Things are easier to get to, and they have brought in a lot of new items as they still stock some of my old favorites.

Always good deals here. Some off brands that are so close to the original that you can hardly tell the difference. If you drink red bull, try the aldi version... You can pick up a 4 pack for the price of one red bull.
Nice selection of organic foods. Great low prices. Check out slow but prices are about half the cost of some stores for organic and all natural foods. Well worth going weekly.
They have the best color red meat the best tasting chicken and all of their products are the best price ever the milk is $0.88 and a carton of eggs is $0.54 and a gallon of milk is a dollar nine of chocolate my children love the store because they have so many varieties of different choices this is a good choice to go to Aldi thank you all the family

Im probably one of the biggest Aldi fans out there. I literally buy 90% of my food and household goods here. I love the business model that pays their employees well and passes savings on to the consumer. There is a wide variety of foods although limited brand choices, and Im actually a little annoyed to see some name brands coming in and taking away from their private label space. Ive bought kitchen appliances (air fryer, kitchen mixer, etc), to tools (power washer, cordless blower & shrub trimmer, etc) to clothing (socks, undies, yoga pants, summer jacket, shoes, etc), to bedding (foam mattress, sheets, pillows, bedding sets, etc). When I tell people what I paid they are shocked with my savings! The trick to being an Aldi shopper is knowing their rotations for their special buys. Downloading the app helps with this. Aldi now accepts credit cards too. If you havent checked out Aldi, I highly recommend that you do!
The selection and cleanliness of this Aldi is top tier. The shelves are always well stocked and the customer service is quite good.

There is no beating the prices at Aldi over any other store. And for those skeptical about quality, the food compares to name brand so well. And the produce is exceptional.
Rock Island Aldi is the best by far. Store is always clean, aisles arent cluttered with boxes & shelves are nicely stacked & stocked. Produce is always fresh & available, not like the Davenport stores.

The cashiers throw the food down the belt, after the item has been scanned . Its like they are in a contest to see who can check items the fastest. Cashiers are not very friendly.

I have loved Aldi for years! My only problem, they rarely have the white chocolate I fell in love with YEARS ago! I wish they would order more! It is more often not there then it is there. Neither Aldi in the area had it. :0(

Remodel means more cooler space, less cul de sacs. The special purchases items are insane, and the regular stuff, eggs and milk, are super cheap. Bonus: learn to bag your own groceries.
Better selection than a convenience Mart, but not as complete as a chain grocery. Prices are lower or less on most items. Very good quality at very reasonable prices.

They always have a ton of options and sale items in stock. This is the only place Ill shop for produce. Theres always unbelievable sale prices and Ive never seen sad looking, half dead produce like at other places.

Out of main products always busy
Staff is friendly and courteous and will take you to the product in the store when it has been moved because of corporate stocking changes or let you know if the product is considered as seasonal or discontinued because of corporate changes.
I asked 4 people to help me and they just walked by. And the last one was so busy on his phone, just kept turning away from me until I said how rude. I buy my groceries there no where else. But after today not so sure anyone.
The place was clean and organized. The carts are also free right now. The only downside is they need more people on the registers.
Most of the shoppers are nice, but there is always 1 or 2 that reunions the pot . Check out are usually very nice and pleasent.

Clean well stocked lines tend to be a little longer than you hope for but that just means people like shopping there.
Can you stock up on groceries cheaper? No! ALDI is one stop for basic grocery needs, narrow selection of in-house brands, but Special Buys are frequently a treat.

2022-04-16Update: 2 years later, all is still well at Aldis! I love their produce, prices, and SITTING CASHIERS. WHY TF CANT CASHIERS SIT STEVE?! STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT IT KAREN! LET THEM SIT!! Okay, but seriously, how is this an argument? How does sitting have any negative effect on their performance? If anything they are 2x faster then checking out almost anywhere else without self checkout. Still a 5 star place!!

2022-05-20The store tonight, a Thursday, was a complete disaster from having to move 3 empty crates just to locate a loaf of bread to empty shelf after empty shelf. I get we are in a pandemic but only 1 cashier while i witnessed 3 other employees walking thru out the store. Granted 1 was washing the floors with the large machine, looking disgusted as he had to wait for customers to move out of the produce isle. 1 employee was going thru collecting extra empty boxes.I was very discouraged as I recall how efficent the employees used to be. Also the stock used to have a selection. A whole section of meat emptied out, 3 shelves.

2021-11-13Prices beat all other grocery stores. Quality of their products are as good or better than name brands. Less selection than other grocery stores but they had everything I came in for, everything I needed and a few items that were surprises.
