DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC FOR HEALTH CARE SERVICES. the physician and medical assistant are not qualified as medical providers. I was REFUSED/DECLINED health care services at this location when i had scheduled an appointment to have a URINALYSIS test to determine if i have a UTI was thrown out of the clinic and told to take myself else where to get a URINALYSIS test. i do not recommend this place at all.

The doctor/nurse didnt seem to caring about her patients. Went in there and just her tone and attitude wasnt very welcoming.

I understand these people see numerous amount of people, but what you guys are missing here is service. I’ve came here twice and the nurse practitioners were kind of rude not friendly at all, everyone comes here because they either need medication or they are feeling ill, we don’t need any rudeness from anyone, especially a nurse. I gave it five stars because both times I came here I never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken care of and I was out in no time.

Horrible as i write this its 3:09pm and was just told by the female doctor there that she couldnt see my husband who was barely signing in bcuz she had 2 patients before us even though she still had an hour to close. And the waiting room was empty. Terrible how is this supposed to be convenient for our community if they treat u like this.

Terrible. Walked in at 2pm when they closed at 4. It was 3 parties total waiting and i kid you not the 2nd party was taken in at 355. I was then told i wouldnt be seen. The Doctor assumed i was with the 2nd client because they were sitting next to me. She then sent me to another clinic. She told me she called them to verify if it was still taking clients. I called before heading that way and they saif they didnt recieve any calls. Absolutely terrible service. Im a very patient person but it was too much. Never again.

Terrible service,If you come here as a walk in is because you really need IMMEDIATE CARE. This people apparently close at 4pm on Sundays. I got there at 2:40 with my husband who couldn’t even walk from a horrible back pain, they said they were not accepting more people. I stated it wasn’t 4pm and i got there more than an hour prior to closing and that I didn’t even know where else to take him; they rudely said we are not taking more people go somewhere else.Seriously save yourself some time and headache and never use this place.

This is the worst place. I was waiting for over 20 minutes then knocked on the door and the lady said she was booked. No one else waiting outside but did have someone in her office for over 30 minutes...not sure what this DR does but I was not happy. My first and last time....I will take over the counter medicine.
