My car was fixed under warranty and before any work for non warranty issues was done, I was called and asked if I wanted the work done. Knowing the urgency of getting my car back quickly due to not having any rentals available, all the repairs were completed in less than 48 hours. As always the staff was friendly and easy to deal with.
Did my electric vehicle homework, and settled on the 2022 Bolt EUV (introduced this year). It was the last one on the lot - appears a shortage with the chip supply chain issues. While I did not expect a whole lot of discounting, rebates, etc, they did not negotiate much either (which I like to do). So cant honestly say I cut a deal - but as implied, I was not expecting much with limited supply of Bolt EUVs. That said, overall, it was great experience. Special shoutout to Gary Summers in Sales and Ray Banaszak in Service in answering my questions, offering to be available to answer any future questions (much appreciated since this my first EV purchase). Highly recommended! Thanks again guys!
My Salesman ,Esgar Murillo made my new truck experience quite painless. In the past there was a lot of pressure buying a new car. We communicated via text made my appointment and Esgar was on top of everything. He was the most professional I could ask for. As for the finance gentleman Ryan Sitter did a fantastic job as well. He got my loan done in a quick fashion and when I went to finalize my deal he surprised me with some generous extras with my contract. So I can happily say it was my best choice to go to Advantage Chevrolet. I Highly recommend them.
We just purchased a 2022 vehicle here. Tom was our salesperson. Friendly as can be, funny, and really answered all our questions. Finance and warranty discussions were straight forward and helpful. And they were very upfront and honest about some vehicles that would have some included features added if you bring it back, because chips are just so hard to come by now. It was a very pleasant experience.
We couldn’t of been happier with the way we were treated. I hate going to car dealers but that changed once we started our process from start to finish. Esgar Murillo was our salesman and was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and quickly got us through the process. Then came to the financing where Ryan Sitter did a great job at getting us a better deal on our loan than our credit union could, which in the end saved us more money!! Other dealerships should take a page out of their playbook and conduct business like these people.
My wife and I came to advantage to check out a new truck and we had a great experience beginning to end. After seeing the 2022 Chevy Blazer, I fell in love with it and really wanted to purchase one. When I first showed up to look at one, I unfortunately got their hours mixed up. Tom was the gentleman who came out to talk to us and even stayed a little while after closing to answer some questions we had. Since we werent able to purchase the car that day we came back on Monday and Tom was there to help us out again. He made the process super easy and simple to purchase the car I wanted. He was also incredibly nice and helpful. He was a busy man that day but never once did I feel like he forgot about me. When we finalized the purchase with Ryan, he was just as helpful as Tom had been. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Both Tom and Ryan were awesome to work with and when I plan on buying another car, I have every intention of coming back!
Had to wait a few minutes before someone greeted me. The 3 advisors were working with customers when I pulled. Samantha greeted me with a smile and warm greeting. She wrote me up quickly and got me on a shuttle to work. When my vehicle was done she offer me a shuttle ride back at the time, but I was not able to leave work than. When I ask about a shuttle when I got off there was none available at 5pm. I like the video of what the tech found wrong, but I was under the impression it would also be the inspection on the vehicle. It would be nice to get brake measurements (doesnt take long to get them with a measuring tool to get between the spokes of the wheel) and a battery test. Sine I spent over a $1,000 for a repair I would hope for a better inspection. You never know if the vehicle may need other important work.
Andre is a seasoned pro, handled the entire transaction start to finish with white glove service. He was highly responsive to my various inquiries, very helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase another car from him (and I am already in the process of doing so)
I went in knowing the car I wanted but I was going to go through my credit union. The numbers weren’t right with the credit union but Jose was able to work his magic and get me exactly where I wanted to be! All the warranties were going to expire soon on the vehicle but Ryan…..he is the man!!! I got a little discouraged about the warranties but he was able fix everything! He was straight forward, answered every question I had, and even gave me some credit tips! Which were greatly appreciated! You can’t get this quality and openness at any other dealership!!! Juan my salesman was very nice and helped me find the perfect truck and he was not pushy at all. My finance guy was Ryan and he explained everything that we signed and answered any questions and I had a lot. Both guys made the truck buying process less stressful. This was my first experience with Advantage Chevrolet and it was excellent! From my first contact with Jim Galbraith by text and phone everything went very smoothly. I worked with Paola Suarez on the sales process and he did an outstanding job! He is know knowledgeable, professional and very customer service oriented. Finally, the finance process was also seamless and quick. No pressure at any point in this process which is very much appreciated.
I had a flat passenger front tire. Due to the use of my spare tire, I needed to have my tire repaired. I had then have it replaced and put the spare back in the trunk so it could close. Samantha was able to have it ready for me to have it placed on the car and the spare in the trunk before the weather changed into a severe snowstorm. She made sure it was done and I was safe for drive home. Thanks for the superior service team, who cares for their customers as if they were family.
Just purchased a new Equinox at Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. Very easy and quick process from Paolo the salesman to Ryan the finance manager. Pricing was very fair, especially given the short supply of cars available. In and out in just over an hour including a test drive and completing all the paperwork. Highly recommended.
The overall service experience went very smoothly. I was given an estimate before work was done by text an the advisor called to follow up before I accepted it. I was in the market for a used Infiniti Q50 and Advantage Chevy went above and beyond for me and my vehicle needs. The sales process with Doc Dockery was great and it was relieving to have a salesman that wasnt obsessed with just getting rid of the vehicle and you out of their hair. Ryan in finance was great as well. Really streamlined the whole thing. Made a process that everyone dreads when buying a vehicle quick and easy. Overall, would highly recommend this dealership as all the staff I encountered were very friendly and honest as well.
A week ago I purchased my 5th vehicle from Advantage. A 2022 Blazer. My salesperson Gary Summers went above and beyond all expectations. The vehicle was being built & he checked constantly to see when it would be completed. After waiting a few months, I was very pleased when it was delivered and immediately went to purchase it. Gary spent time showing me every option and how to use them. I cannot say enough about Gray and would recommend contacting him ifyou are purchasing a vehicle. Ryan Sitter , the financial manager was very down to earth and a joy to talk to. And I got a good price. Which always makes me happy . And I LOVE my new Blazer!
Everyone was very professional and kind at this location. I will never work with any dealership that uses pressure tactics. I never had to worry at advantage. They honored the price discussed over the phone and were helpful and respectful throughout the sale and AFTER. Highly recommend!
I worked with Gee Marchbanks in the used vehicle office to purchase a car and start to finish the process and experience was top notch. Advertised price was accurate and fair, no high pressure sales tactics(but did offer some very enticing warranty options), the finance team member Tim did a great job getting the rate and payment I was expecting and looking for. Id highly recommend this group and dealership for your next new or used vehicle.
I worked with Ryan Sitter the finance manager, very good service. Explained everything thing to me and still had a positive attitude when I asked more questions that I didnt understand. I will definitely be going back in the future if purchasing another vehicle come about.
I work in home health, so my car is my office. When my car broke down on the way to a patient’s house, I thought I’d be out of work for at least a day or two, but nope! I called Advantage, they recommended a tow trunk company (Heartbreak Towing), and I got my car in and diagnosed in about an hour! Luckily it was a quick fix and I was back in my car in no time! They were so helpful and answered all my questions. I was lucky there was an extra tech to get my car looked at so quickly. Highly recommend :)
Eric was very honest, gave me tough direct info regarding the vehicles issues and provided me with the best option to fix the problem along with some other long shot options. It was a big job but the work was completed same day.Advantage Chevrolet Bolingbrook has a good staff that has always been easy, fair, timely and friendly. Car Shopping is one of those things I dread, but the great team at Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook make the experience painless. Saturday we purchased our 2nd car from Advantage and it wont be the last. The sales team of Gary Summers and Juan Jacome are top notch! Very patient and helpful, I had A LOT of questions. When it came time to crunch the numbers, finance manager Ryan Sitter walked us through everything! He is not your average finance guy and he is a pleasure to work with. One final thought, over the past three years I have been taking my old car to Advantage for service and they also are wonderful. Every staff member at Advantage that I have ever interacted with has been professional and they are the reason why I will keep going back.
We went out looking for a used car and found nothing but a headache until we came to Advantage Chevy. Juan did not treat us like a paycheck. He allowed us to look around and wasn’t just hovering the whole time. After the test drive and initial paperwork was done, we went to sign the contract. My car’s vehicles engine pretty much blew up it was just over the 100,000 warranty but of course it’s 100,000 or 5 years and I was over by a year or two. There was a special claim warranty supposedly on the car oh that expired a year ago also. This is my second Chevy in a row that had the same problem and Chevy didn’t stand behind their vehicles both times. I was charged 187.00 for them to look at the cars issue to see if it would falls into the claim warranty that they knew was my car was already excluded from but they just had to get some money out of me even if my car they made blew up at 102,000 miles. I gave them 1 star cause they let me keep my car in there empty lot and I can’t give no stars. There are more employees cars there than cars for actual sale.
I thought that my experience at the used chevy dealership was very well. They were very helpful with helping picking out a car that was low as we wanted to go and Brian helped with that. I thank you for the great experience . I also thank Ryan for making the final ownership of your new car and thank you for that.
Scheduled appointment online- immediately received confirmation about appointment- brought my car and arrived promptly before 2pm- had the required/recommended Maitnence done and also knocked out new spark plugs and was out of there by 3:15pm. Definitely did a lot in the time I was there. Thank you.
We are regular customers of Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. We love the fact that the sales team is always attentive and have knowledge of whats trending in the market. They advise us based on our needs and based on their inventory. Always happy to do business with Advantage Chevrolet.
Little bit of advice for management. When a customer comes in (from 2 hours away, mind you), signs a buying contract, and puts a down payment down on the car, that means dont sell the car an hour later while your original buyer arranges financing. Seems to be a hard concept for you guys so maybe next time just keep in mind your customers dont appreciate having hours of their time wasted. Be better.
My vehicle was there seven weeks in the past two months. A 2016 Equinox with 82000 miles the pcv valve froze and engine seized. Engine was replaced under warranty. The new engine failed in under two weeks. It was returned for additional service and the engine was deemed faulty and replaced again. Then I went to pick it up Tuesday March first and didnt make it out of the parking lot before it failed again. They claimed they tested the vehicle but I find that very hard to believe. They even claimed Chevy is aware of the issues these vehicles have. So they said the coil pack needs replaced. I picked the vehicle up yesterday and for one day so far have had no issues. I will never be buying a vehicle there again. I work for a huge hospital in Illinois and was left without transportation for seven weeks because of incompetence. Im telling everyone I know not to go to this dealership for anything.
Terrible business practice!! Bought a car in cash, was told to pick it up after one week to give them time to detail the vehicle. After a week, we were told to pick up the car Friday. Friday, we called to be sure we could get the car and were told it needs a new engine. They could not give me my money back. They told me I had to wait until Monday because they could not sign a check. So I am now without a car and without my money. I cant even look for a new car because my cash is being held hostage. POOR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES I asked about talking to the owner, the manager replied, good luck he lives on an Island St. Kits. Unbelievable

My fiancee and I had been waiting for a 2022 Chevy Equinox Premier to be built, having put a deposit down in November 2021 at a different dealership. After the delivery was pushed back for a third time, to June 2022, we decided to look around and see if this was the case for everyone. Lo and behold, we found that Advantage Chevroley of Bolingbrook had TWO in stock! After talking with their Internet Sales Team, we made an appointment that day to come down and look at the cars. We were made to be so comfortable, we pulled the trigger that night. We love our new car!
I went in to just LOOK at a vehicle,(we know how that goes lol) and I spoke with Tom Keane. He was great from the start. Straightforward person, didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want, wasn’t pushy in any way, just exactly the opposite of what I e experienced at other places. The internet manager Jim was very friendly ( as was the whole staff) and had been texting with me prior to coming in info about the car and answering my questions. What I loved was the No pressure feeling in this dealership! They were like if we can help, great, if it doesn’t make sense for you that’s ok! I told them what I wanted for payments and all that and by some miracle they worked all of that out. I would recommend to anyone looking for new or used and I would definitely come back for the next vehicle

Always great service! Samantha was great checking me in as soon as I got there and explaining the new technology, which was awesome, on how to follow my inspection online! I was in and out in a very short time and waiting was no problem, as the waiting area is very comfortable!
They had a vehicle posted on there website and called sales person and got the out the door pricing sent to me on paper. I went and got loan sent them a copy of check and they said they would hold the truck for two days due to me being located out of town. I got preparations ready to come get vehicle and received a call from sales person this same day and said we have a problem and told me they had made a mistake on the internet pricing and the truck was now 5000 dollars more and said there was nothing they could do and did not offer me a chance to buy it at new price then said it was sold. What happened they had some one offer more money on the truck then sold it out from under me. They cause me to get a loan on the truck and caused me to pull my credit for no reason. So please beware if this dealership they are underhanded and very untrustworthy.
I went here to purchase a vehicle after being misinformed for a week that it was available. Once I arrived, I test drove and informed BRIAN that i had outside financing and his whole demeanor changed in a negative light. I explained that I was not providing my social security number due to me already having my own financing & not wanting my credit effected, and he explained in order to finish my paperwork I HAVE to provide it. He went to a back room as i waited on hold with my finance officer and pulled my credit after NUMEROUS TIMES of me explaining I DID NOT WANT MY CREDIT RAN SINCE I CAME WITH MY OWN FINANCING AND IT CAN HINDER MY APPROVAL. He attempted to explain it was for “verification of my identity”. After he and my financial officer exchanged words and experiencing not only his terrible attitude but the used sales manager’s rudeness as well, I decided this facility wasn’t a good fit and left. Once I left, BRIAN SENT MY CREDIT INFORMATION TO SEVERAL BANKS!!! W O R S T first time car buyer experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Now i have SEVERAL auto inquiries on my credit after constantly explaining the avoidance of that. On top of the fact that it all happened AFTER I walked out of the facility and pulled off!!!
Ive been doing business with this dealership for three years, and I was promised to have my free oil changes transferred from my trade in car to the new car I had just bought. They did not honor their word, luckily I was able to have my credit union pick up the loan so I dont need to be associated with this deceptive dealership anymore.Edit: apparently they gave me free oil changes and stuff for 5 years but never mentioned a refund I was getting in the mail.
This Dealer you should turn and run. Their name speaks volumes. Advantage…should be “Take Advantage “ !! Now the salesman was very nice even when he explained all the ridicules Unneeded mark ups over MSRP. Marking up all their new trucks 2000.00 over MSRP. Now that’s desperate and taking advantage of their customers. Imagine getting into the finance department with that mentality. Believe me theres other Great dealers out there not marking up their inventory that really wants your Business
Just bought a new Chevrolet Silverado RST/Z71 Crew Cab. Our salesperson, Paolo Suarez was wonderful! He made the car buying experience stress free! He worked continuously to get us a price that our budget was comfortable with.Paolo was very knowledgable about the Chevy products. He gave us a lot of information which helped us choose between two models we were interested in.I would TRUELY recommend Paolo and Advantage Chevrolet to any of my friends who might be interested in purchasing a new Chevrolet automobile.
The dealership is great but your recommended loan company is terrible. Wells Fargo has given me nothing but trouble since I got my car. 1st they gave me wrong address to sent payment to, we cancelled check. 2nd said they didnt get second check so we made a double payment they then contact me and say they did not get it, Now mind you my payments are made by my financial company whom I believe know what they are doing. My financial people check my account and the check for the double payment was indeed received and cashed.I dont know what thwy are doing but it is very unprephessional,
This is an absolute disgrace of a dealership. Within a month and half this car has needed two major repairs. Good luck trying to reach someone as they never return your call. Open recalls on the car I got which they never mentioned and now Im almost down to no vehicles because they take advantage of people. This is one of the worst dealers Ive had an experience with
I would leave one star if I could. Newly listed used Lexus I was told was in stock when I inquired about it. They called and emailed for me to come in and set an appointment. Had a break in my busy schedule treating patients, so I called to make sure it was available. I was told yes. I WASTED 30 minutes of my life to be told, oops, its actually not for sale anymore.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.
My wife and I have been shopping for months looking for the perfect truck to tow our 34 foot camper. Most sales people only know what is on the window sticker and not much more. I knew going in what type of suspension I wanted, the size differential gears I wanted, and how long of a truck I wanted. At some other dealerships, they were trying every stale tactic in the book. We even got the bait and switch once. Shady dealers advertise cars and trucks that dont exist. Then when they get you in the door to look at it, they will tell you that someone will bring it up for you Then while you wait, they are getting all of your information. But, when they finally bring it up, its not the right one. In fact, that one never really existed in the first place. By then, an hour has gone by.Fast forward to calling Advantage about a 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500. My wife and I met with Andre Thomas. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and listened when we told him what we wanted. They only had one truck in my price range. It was a nice truck but I wanted the same truck in the LT model, instead of the Custom. But they didnt have any LTs. They only had the LTZ and the one Custom. Instead of pushing me towards one that they had on the lot, Andre sensed that I was only interested in a specific truck and he respected my wishes. He sat us down and showed us the different price ranges between trim models. Then he said he asked Advantage to make a trade to get an LT from another lot. Less than a week later, the perfect truck was on their lot at a price that was exactly where he said it would be. They were transparent with their discounts and how they are advertised. It was a quick and painless process. Because they have integrity as people, I will be an Advantage customer for life.
I received a great car from this dealership. I have had better service experiences at other dealership locations, however this one wasn’t bad I just felt inconvenienced. I was also shocked that my car wasn’t washed after my car was serviced because at other locations that is a common and complimentary service.

I was in need of a new used vehicle. The sales staff met with me and were able to help me find something that fit my needs. they were able to make me a fair deal on my trade. then I met with Ryan one of the finance managers and he had several options ready for me to protect my new to me SUV. Ryan took the time to explained to me the differences in the warranties and I was able to find something that fit my budget and needs.

Bought a vehicle from them a couple years ago, no problems. Traded in my Jeep Wrangler and bought a Jetta. Second day of driving it on my way to work transmission blew, going 65mph, missed out on a 16 hour shift, stranded on interstate 80 and in a month I’ve had maybe 3 interactions with them about getting my car back. Wish I would’ve kept my jeep, kept putting 50 bucks a day into my tank, and not dealt with any of this mess. Never again.
My first impression of the new service reception area how clean it was. The people that I dealt with were knowledgeable and polite. The waiting room was large and comfortable. Enough about the new layout. The car came back spotlessly clean inside out. Any technical questions that I had were answered completely.
Jimmy the writer was wonderful. The tech was wonderful. Loved the survey. The girl who answered the original call, in response to a letter I received from Chevy, not so much. She was a little short and curt. She should remember that we could go to any dealership so make the customer feel they called the right place. .... Calling about a recall, want an appointment.... Snotty reply: There are no recalls. ...Well, I am looking at a letter I received..... I felt like I was stupid and inconveniencing her. Seriously, who needs that?

I pre-paid for my oil changes which include tire rotation. When I made the appointment I asked if they could switch out the aftermarket tires and rims for the factory for the winter. They couldn’t have been happier to do it. Doesn’t sound like a big deal but it saved me the time doing it myself. Samantha was great to deal with in the service department.Thank you again for the great service.
Let’s just say these guys made it happen. Not only did they have a truck that was next to impossible to find on a lot anywhere else within a 500 mile radius. But when it came down to financing and you do the whole back and forth dance of terms and down payment. They went above and beyond to gain my business and I’m very thankful for that. This truck is such a hot item right now. They never made me feel as if my money/business wasn’t as good to them or as important as anyone else’s. They were willing to negotiate terms back and forth with us and never had the attitude of “look take it or leave it, these trucks are hot item right now and if you don’t want it it’ll be gone by the weekend regardless “…. This was truly my best vehicle purchasing experience ever!
I recently purchased a 2021 Silverado and it was a great buying experience. We enjoyed working with Paolo he was honest and very professional. Our purchase at Advantage compared to other dealerships was quick and easy no nonsense. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We knew what truck we wanted to see so we called to make sure they had it and when we arrived it was pulled up waiting for us to take it for a test drive. We will return in the future.

My wife and I have been on the hunt for a new family car - with our preferences towards an SUV. We tried other dealerships but none suited our needs. I didn’t feel comfortable at other dealerships recently and I lost my enthusiasm to car shop. When my wife told me we were going to Advantage early on a Saturday…. I wasn’t really thrilled. HOWEVER, when we got there, we weren’t bombarded by anyone, we comfortably roamed around until we were comfortable to go in. My wife was set on a 2022 Trailblazer- it was nice but small for what I wanted. We were working with John Montgomery - who was awesome! Down to earth and so real with us. We were trading in my 2013 Hyundai Sonata. After looking at and more or less choosing a 2021 Equinox - we were ready to start the process. The wait time was next to nothing and the offer was there. We sat down with Ryan Sitter (who is ridiculously incredible) and in the blink of an eye; we drove away in our brand new Equinox!! Thank you Advantage Chevy! Y’all were awesome.
The search for a trustworthy car dealer can be extremely difficult, and knowing whether or not you have found one is even harder. How do you know the deal you are getting is good? How can you really tell if they are being honest? Well, if a trustworthy dealer is what you are looking for, look no farther than Advantage Chevy. I can say this with certainty because of my experience with the recent Chevy recall. I leased a 2022 Chevy Bolt on Thursday and, literally the next evening Chevy announced its expansion of their battery recall to include 2020-2022 vehicles, saying that the battery could catch fire suddenly without warning. Owners were advised to not park the car in their garage, not to charge it overnight, and not charge it too much or too little. What’s the point of an electric vehicle that I can’t charge overnight in my garage? I went into the dealership on Saturday to fight for my money back fully expecting to lose. I knew I didn’t have a leg to stand on. I signed the lease; buyer beware; the dealership was in the dark as much as anyone else. But when I went in and explained my situation, Rocky, the sales manager, agreed to take the car back and write me a check for the full value of my trade in without any fight or complaint. He did not have to do this. He could have just said “Sorry, but you signed the agreement. Reach out to Chevy to get out of the lease if you want.” He gave up a sale to make sure that I was happy and that my family was safe. So I say again, if you want a dealer you can trust, this is one of them.
We had a great experience buying our 2020 Chevy Tahoe! Everyone was very friendly and not pushy. We were greeted right away when we walked in. Both Paolo Suarez and Ryan Sitter were exceptional to work with! Definitely recommend buying a car from Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook!
I came in looking to possibly upgrade my SUV. My expectation was that whenever I purchased a vehicle it would be a slight upgrade. The salesman, Bob Burchette and finance manager, Ryan Sitter were very professional and took great care of me. As a women dealing with situations regarding my car, I sometimes feel disrespected and/or taken advantage of. Ryan and Bob did not make me feel that way at all. They both provided options without trying to pressure me to do whatever works for them. I left the dealership with a beautiful SUV much better than a slight upgrade.I love my car and loved my experience with Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook.

Prior to writing my review I had read some of the poor ones for this dealer. Now after dealing with this location and reading what was written, Im of the opinion that maybe some of these people should have an IQ test before being allowed to post theirs. lolThis was bar far the Best Experience Ive had while at a dealership in a very long time. John Montgomery (Salesperson) was very helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly explain the features and highlights. The financing process went smoothly too, the pros and cons of our available options were explained by Tim Hosek (Finance) and Freddie & Rocky (Management) who gave us the information we needed to make the final decision. They are a well oiled machine and work smoothly together as a team. While doing our online research we found the vehicle we were after and once here stayed and purchased because of them. Came here to buy a used car on the 18-19 of October of 2021 I purchased my car which was in okay conditions on the outside I loved it it drove good for the test drive.! Now I’m not no car mechanic or have much knowledge of vehicles but after buying a car here and going home after couple days I noticed some shaking in the front of the car and after asking someone knowledgeable on cars I found out I had to replace the brake pads and rotors which I had done. I said okay no problem I week goes buy and my left tire blew out I replaced it with a temporary and another week goes buy and the right one blew out they told me the car needed nothing and even purchased the extended warranty which threw an extra 3k on my loan which I got knowing that it could be useful. Long story short about 3 weeks ago I found out the car had significant damage to the bottom of the vehicle the oils pan was damaged and the panel that covers it had been ripped out and had duct tape everywhere i took it back the used car manager said they did not do that and I know well I didn’t either I do have pictures which I will provide. They didn’t even bother to help me when I took it in for service I took it to a reliable mechanic who is helping me get this fixed the damages were there when I bought the car there was impact on the drip pan and weeks down the road caused a crack in the drip pan. Long story short don’t trust these guys when’s they say a car is good take someone who knows with you and put that car in the air and on a lift and look for damages I’ve had the car for 2 months now. This place is a joke and will take ADVANTAGE of you.
Our auto buying experience from Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook Il was painless and a somewhat fun experience...it started with our sales man Alvi...a nice guy low pressure very informative guy....the continued with Ryan our finance guy...he had all the answers to our questions we were in and out of there in less than 2 hours....nice job guys love the vehicle we bought ..well definitely do business with them again someday
I made an appointment and Bob Burchette was ready to help me the second I walked through the door. He was very accommodating. He allowed me to swing by my house on the test drive to ensure the Trail Boss would fit in my garage. The finance department was very transparent and did not put the hard sell on for extras like undercoating.

My car was showing a lot of errors including check engine and Stabilitrak errors. Brought it into Advantage Chevrolet and they took my car and gave me an analysis in just a few minutes. They even take video and send you a link of their inspection. Then they have you pick and choose what repairs you want done on your car via the app. They also kept me up to date on the repair status via text. Great service!
My son and daughter-in-law purchased a 2020 Chevy Equinox from Victor Riley at the Bolingbrook location. They had nothing but good things to say about their experience. After calling ahead about a Chevelot Camaro, the dealership had the vehicle clean and detailed in preparation for our visit. Our salesman Victor made sure that we got all the information we needed without pestering us like most salesmen do. After our exhilarating test drive, we sat down with Victor to make a final decision. As a salesman, Victor Riley deserves 5 out of 5 stars for his friendliness, experience, care, and dedication. I am not a new customer with Chevy of Bolingbrook and I keep coming back for a reason! This time around, I was looking to trade in my Mazda3 in which I had bought a few years ago from a local Mazda dealership. Our company recently tried to buy a vehicle from Advantage Chevrolet. My brother who runs our Michigan location had been talking to an Internet salesman and had arranged to come and buy a truck last Friday in Bolingbrook - a 2hr + drive from his business. He was in process of completing the purchase with the finance guy when things went badThey told him they couldn’t verify his company info withThe finance company. The finance company both our locations have current loans with by the way. So my brother left and went to his car and called the finance company who said that wasn’t at all true He then went back in was told they didn’t want his business when he questioned them about it. . When I personally called and asked for General Manager -a gentlemen came on phone who said that’s who he was but in fact found out later it was the General Sales Manager - who told me when a deal goes sour they don’t want to do the deal. I asked what sour meant ?He didn’t have an answer - what really happened was they offered him a high interest rate that wasn’t at all reasonable considering we had current loans all in good standing with same finance company -they did offer a slightly lower rate when asked if they could do better.My brother had asked if he could use his own bank where he could get better rate and they could wire the funds immediately and that’s where things turned “sour” and they Came up with the can’t verify companyStory. The General Sales Manager asked me if I would do a job ( we’re in HVAC field) after it went sour ?I said I would never tell anyone “ I don’t want your business” I would do whatever I could to make my customer happy ! I guess Advantage Chevrolet has a different set of standards & ethics!

Recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Traverse at Advantage Chevrolet. We chose the dealership due to its proximity and its large selection of new and used cars. The staff (Andre - sales and Ryan - finance manager) were excellent, very knowledgeable, and provided a no hassle environment. The staff was very cordial and very friendly and they worked their best to get us the best deal. My wife and I also brought our 1.5 year old daughter with us and to say the least, she was everywhere, into everything, and loud! Nobody cared, they just laughed at her antics and would say hi to her in passing. In all, probably one of the best dealerships Ive ever been to. Highly satisfied!

Thanks.Then before I left, Bob took me out and walked me through hooking up phone and connecting to OnStar.Was great to receive good customer service in this new world of no customer service anywhere. Dealership was more than willing to bend over backwards to make my sale happen on a 2021 vehicle. Couldn’t be nicer.. 12 months later take my vehicle in for service on a leaking axle and 8 recalls. Asked for a loaner vehicle which is included on my warranty. I was told they don’t have any available and that they could get a hold of enterprises for me to rent a vehicle out of my pocket. I came off as more of a bother to them for asking for something I thought I paid for.
1st purchase at Advantage. Esgar Murillo was my salesman. I went to look at a specific truck only to find someone just put a down payment on it. Esgar was apologetic and understood that I planned to leave. I saw another truck, very similar to the one I wanted, on the lot. We made the deal without much negotiating on trade in value. Smooth and easy process.
Even though this place may be very pricey to get certain things done to your vehicle, they are very trustworthy and will work with you as best as they can. RJ and Eric are extremely nice and always take care of me ASAP when I need to bring my vehicle there. They always try to work with me on the price and always get my vehicle in and out very quick. Doc is also extremely nice and an absolutely awesome person. About the only bad thing I could say about this place is that its very pricey but they are willing to work with you. This is one of the only places I trust to work on my vehicle and not try to get over on me. Must wear a mask to enter. Must at least remain six feet to practice social distance. Open regular hours.
I bought a Chevy Bolt here yesterday and it was one of my easiest auto buying transactions. I appreciated that the price on the website was a true price (no shenanigans - had this happen at another Chevy dealer). Both Tom Steinbraker and Paolo Suarez in Sales side, along with Tim in Finance, couldnt have been more professional and accommodating, with each of them trying to find me additional savings on a car that was already a killer deal. Typically I dont write reviews (unless the service was horrible then I write reviews urging others to stay away), but this is different. I bought a car with my daughter on Friday. I was on eagle eye alert for any funny business, attempt to take advantage of her, bait and switch or for what may be considered traditional dealership nonsense, never happened. Ryan took his time educating my daughter, talking to her similarly to how I do, he spoke to her like he cared, he spoke to her patiently and with understanding. He spoke to my child like a FATHER! I was so thoroughly impressed with our salesman Juan and our Finance Manager Ryan that I returned to buy a car from Advantage - and these two gentlemen in particular 2 days later. On both vehicle purchases I walked in with my own financing which Ryan was able to offer significantly improved terms - both times. Juan impressed me with his demeanor and QUALITY salesmanship. I highly recommend Advantage Chevrolet and predominately because of Juan and Ryan. If youre looking for a vehicle, stop here and work with these two; you will not be disappointed. They had a very fair price for a certified used truck I purchased. They were consistent in their actions, the salesperson(s) were friendly, polite and responsive without being obnoxious at all. They held to their word and were flexible in delivery of the truck. All in all it made an experience I usually dont enjoy into a pleasant transaction.
Today I went to Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook and Victor Riley and Ryan Sitter were amazing. They both were very patient and helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for me and my husband. We had an incredible car shopping experience with Paolo. We initially went in for one vehicle and we ended up buying two! The service was great and all of our questions were answered. I have been in the market searching for a Chevy Blazer for awhile now. Prior to my visit to Advantage Chev. I had visited 5 other dealerships in search of a great price and exact vehicle I wanted. As the saying goes save the best for last thats exactly what I did. Andre was very kind and friendly when we met. Once I told him what I was looking for, he walked me right over to it. Hes trainee that was shadowing him (please forgive me I cant remember his name) was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle. Andre was the perfect person for the trainee. Things got even better once I sat down with Ryan to complete the paperwork. He explained everything that I was signing clearly and understandably. The signing was swift which is always great as no one wants to spend hours just signing paperwork.I can truly say this was the best buying experience for a vehicle Ive ever had. It was very enjoyable to build a connection with these gentleman here at Advantage even if it was for a day. I appreciate their help and Im loving my new ride!!!
Went in last Saturday with my husband after seeing two cars we liked online. They were priced right and after test driving then both we definitely feel in love with one and ended up purchasing a Chevy Equinox! Not only is the car great but our salesman Kurt was amazing. He was not pushy at all, was completely honest, and made us feel confident in the car we were getting. Even took us on their golf cart so we didn’t have to walk around the large lot. If you come here, definitely ask for Kurt because he will do an amazing job. Thanks for getting us into our Chevy Equinox that we are sure we’ll love for a long time.
I bought a chevrolet bolt in 2017 and had no problems with it or the dealership. 100% happy. Fast forward to 2021 when the bolts are catching on fire... I have spent the last 9 weeks getting the runaround from GM .... never returning my calls, giving another number to talk to.... going nowhere. So, i decided to call Advantage Chevrolet....and talked to Freddy. I explained my frustration politely. He told me word for word Its not our problem, I dont know what to tell you. Then I asked for his name. I asked if I could speak to his manager and was told no. I then said, I guess I will swing by Saturday to talk to the manager. It was at that point that he told me not to set foot on their property. So I contacted their customer service online and told them what had happened. They asked when I was free to talk so I told them I was teaching a class until 1:15 and to not call until 1:20 at the soonest. 1:07 my phone goes off as I am teaching and the woman got upset with me when I told her I was teaching a class, and then never called me back the remainder of the day! So good luck with these guys.....I brought in my car 4 times for a recall that did nothing, got threatened by an employee, and I am still stuck with a fire hazard of a car. My insurance wants to charge me more for parking outside or drop me if I park inside. So yeah.... GM and advantage chevrolet are a complete joke.
As usual, my appointment at Bolingbrook Chevrolet was awesome! Excellent service, comfortable waiting area, delish coffee! As you wait comfortably, they send you a video of your inspection. Its great. My appointments are always convenient and on time. Its really just a great group of people to do business with.
Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had. With the purchase of my first brand new vehicle, I didn’t want to be hassled or over sold. The team of Esgar and Ryan were straightforward and didn’t hide any valuable information. If I didn’t like the deal they’re very open and allow you to walk away with no remorse. My satisfaction came first. Will definitely be back for services and to buy another car in the future.
First time buying from Advantage Chevrolet in Bolingbrook. I came in with a certain car and price in mind that felt right to me and we worked together until I was happy. John, Ryan, and the rest of the staff really do want to see you walk out feeling good about the car you drive away with and the overall experience. I am very happy with the service and vehicle and felt like they actually cared about what I had to say. Definitely going to recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is searching for a new vehicle.
Best dealership experience my husband and I have ever experienced. It was quick and to the point. There was no fast talking schemes, no pressure points. We were there an hour and half. Most places have you there the entire day. Or at least 4 hours. This was good old fashion customer service. Ryan was a blast to talk to,it was like a conversation with a friend. He was very professional and polite but down to earth.We will definitely be back for our next vehicle.

Was very respectful and friendly.He walked me through every aspect of the truck.The dealership made me feel at home. The sales and financial staff were very friendly.Thomas went through many different financing options to help fit my budget.My truck is everything i wanted. 2022-03-02After extensive searching for a 2022 Chevy Blazer RS, we finally hit the jackpot with Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook! They were the most competitive pricing we could find. Their online rep got us started in the right direction, and we landed with an awesome sales rep, Brian Stanton. He went above and beyond helping us with our purchasing process. He listened to all of our questions and requests and met all of our needs. He then referred us to Ryan Sitter, financial manager. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and experienced with guiding us through the purchasing paperwork. He was very honest and upfront with all of our available options. We are very satisfied and happy with our new Blazer and all of the great people at Advantage Chevrolet.

2022-01-16I was able to work with Paolo Suarez in sales and he helped me find just the truck for me. He had plenty of knowledge on the vehicle and any questions I had he was more then happy to answer. He made the deal quick and easy I wasnt in long at all and there was no pressure considering it was my first big purchase for a vehicle. Also, he did a great job of laying out all the facts and reality of having a car payment as big as I was taking on. I would be more than glad to come back and purchase from this dealer and salesman specifically again and as well as recommend friends and family in the market for a new vehicle from here on out.

My husband and I actually left the store and were driving around one last time to look at color options when Victor noticed us and came back out, into the rain, to ask if we had any other further questions. Victor took the time to explain the different options on each model, and was very patient with us. He is very knowledgeable.Our finance manager, Ryan, was also very patient and explained each part of the purchasing process clearly. I questioned the terms of the contract and, without hesitation, he turned his computer monitor for my husband and I to look at and he explained each dollar entry. Everything was an open book, nothing was hidden.
