My initial contact with staff here was great. Appointment was set in a timely manner and insurance benefits were thoroughly explained along with anticipated out of pocket costs. I have had a couple visits to the office so far for adjustment and massage therapy and have always left feeling amazing! I see Dr Christine. She is very kind and knowledgeable with a gentle touch. I am fairly new to this treatment and was a bit nervous about proceeding, however Dr. Christine made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her.

I would like to share with everybody my great experience with this place. Every time my mom is in trouble with her back this place has healed her. She has some bad issues with her neck and it is getting much better every day. The extraordinary news is that Dr. Pat uncovered that she had jaw issues which no other doctor was able to pinpoint until he gave the suggestion. He had solved the mystery! All the massage therapists are also great healers. Overall, the staff members make you feel like you are part of a family. Allison is the best!! Thank you Advanced Health of Naperville!! Me and my family strongly recommend this place!!

I came to Advanced Health in Naperville with severe back pain. I was scared and nervous. Dr. Claire took the time and explained how the treatment works and made me feel very comfortable. In just two treatments, my back pain went away 100%.It was very evident how passionate and dedicated Dr. Claire is in caring for her patients. The entire team at Advanced Health from Dr. Cathy to Allison is very kind and caring. I have taken my whole family to Dr. Claire, and everyone adores her. I highly recommend Advanced Health, not just for their ability to help treat their patients, but for their approach and kindness towards everyone.

I have been adjusted by Dr. Pat and Dr. Cathy. They are both caring and skillful. I always leave feeling better than when I came. I have also had some wonderful massages from Missy and Dena. Allison at the front desk is extremely helpful and friendly- her contagious smile and enthusiasm make it hard not to be happy about life! 😀 All of my experiences with this office have been terrific, and my only hesitation in writing such a glowing review is that it will make them harder to book as more people learn of how great they are!

I will admit that I was a reluctant fan of going to see a chiropractor. Even though my lacrosse-playing boys raved about their regular adjustments, it took me quite awhile to become an Advanced Health of Naperville patient too. I have been seeing both Dr. Cathy and Dr. Claire for regular cranial adjustments (especially during allergy season) and during a recent visit with Dr. Claire, as I complained about an aching lower back, she did a quick check to discover it was actually a really tight IT band causing my issue. I honestly have no idea what she did, but within minutes, I was walking better than I had in weeks! Not only is she kind and thoughtful, but she is incredibly proactive at helping patients figure out the true cause of their discomfort. I cannot recommend her--and the entire Advanced Health of Naperville team--enough!

JEN!I am beyond thankful and forever appreciative to her for not only snatching my body (post surgery - lipo360) but for her knowledge, and her loving and genuine soul. She is hands down the absolute best - she takes her time, knows exactly what to do and how to get you that “snatched” waist/body look after surgery! Idk what I’d do without her twice a week. My daughter was really excited for an appointment with Dr. Christine yesterday. The excitement did not last long. She ended up texting me in the middle of the appointment about the lack of empathy and concern provided by the doctor. She also texted about the lack of caring and how she felt so neglected because the doctor left the room to get a form and after about 10 minutes came back to the room without said form. When the doctor did return, they continued the conversation, however, because of the doctor’s demeanor my daughter started to feel even worse about being there.My daughter has a rather complex medical history and is quite aware of it. Over the years of meeting with doctors she has learned by listening to certain words and body language (keeping at a distance) used by doctors their willingness or lack thereof with the kind of care she will receive. In this situation she found this doctor handling her to be “subpar”.She text messaged the owner later that evening only to receive complete medical gaslighting. The owner’s explanation was that Dr. Christine had left the room to call her and discuss my daughters care without asking my daughter’s permission. My daughter was told that she had misinterpreted Dr. Christine and Dr. Christine a wonderful colleague. Like the doctor, the owner did not express compassion nor understanding of the situation facing them. Note this was my daughter’s experience, believe me when I say the thought of her ever returning, is not a thought.

Since moving to Chicagoland I have been searching for a new chiropractor. I have struggled with back issues for the past 25 years, and since moving over two years ago I have had two really painful episodes that have lasted for months. A friend told me to try Dr. Patrick McAndrews and I am so glad that I did! I am doing much better as a result of his great chiropractic care and rehabilitation plan!! Dr. McAndrews and the staff at Advanced Health are very kind and encouraging people. My search for a chiropractor has ended and as a result my back pain has subsided!

Dr is a quack. He talked about himself the whole 3 minutes I was there. He made excuses for everything. My opinion it is sad representation of a real Chiropractic business 😡 My first visit and my last. Don’t know what my insurance was charged but I will be disputing it.

I highly recommend Advanced Health of Naperville -- especially for those who have never seen a chiropractor before --- they make it an easy, caring and gentle experience to feel better. Dr. Cathy Subber and her team are in a word -- wonderful. Both she and Dr. Samir listen and really care about your health and wellness, and they are highly skilled and very gentle at adjusting. Their team of massage therapists are excellent. Dr. Subber has been a blessing for my aches and pains related to a back and neck injury, as well as continued treatment for fibromyalgia.
