Only place that carries motorcycle parts.
Thats is low as I can rate that store, the last time I was in there the staff was rude and I wont be going to that store anymore. I work on alot of vehicles so the other stores can earn my business. Thanks for advancing me to the next place.
Alex was awesome and very friendly. He changed the battery in my daughters car. 14 degrees and snowing.
Thanks to the team working here, need a variety of parts throughout the day and a half Ive been going back and forth to this location. They always got what I need right the first time, versus local competition.
Advance Auto needs workers, wont hire me because Im mentally challenged.
I use to go to advance all the time for my car parts specifically the essington location, but this one they got workers that literally have no idea what they are doing or what tools you need, I literally heard one of the workers on the phone with a customer say you need the tool to take off your tire and I can look up the thing for the caliper do you know what for? , the other one had his girlfriend just chillin on the side of the register while he was suppse to be taking car of a customer, in which he took for ever to check her out, only positive thing to say is at least neither of them were rude, but lack motivation or enthusiasm for their job
Said the part I ordered would be in a few hours later. No part and no call until the afternoon of the following day. Car was already on the road to vacation. I dont like being lied to!
Good part store . order online to get most parts cheaper.
Not too car savvy, but a employee named Alex helped me find everything I needed and gave a box to put in all in.
Staff was knowledgeable and knew exactly where items in the store were located.

Im kinda a do it yourself guy. I mess alot of stuff up but I try.I always find the guys at Advance Auto helpful. One guy even Googled to help me understand what I was doing. Fixed it ....oh yeah Im the man. Saved me fat bank....
If Advanced doesnt have it, they will get it for you in one day. This is an extremely well stocked auto parts store.

I used to go to other stores for my cars parts , now this store its my first stop when I am looking for parts for my trucks , excellent service and good prices .The online service its very handy .
Good guys always willing to help if they dont have the part your looking for they can get it in most cases by noon the next day
I was able to find an oxigen sensor for my car which i was not able to find in autozone or in OReillys , and they also rent the tools to remove it and mount it.
A girl that waited on me was very nice but unfortunately did not have the part

2021-03-06Average auto parts service. Had battery check said it was fine pulled away went home tried starting car, battery was completely dead and it wasnt the alternator. Bought battery elsewhere works fine. Need to train your personal how to use battery tester. Also got charged twice for 1 item. Buyer beware!

2019-07-11These guys are always so friendly and helpful. You can usually find some sort of coupon if you sign up for their emails. They replaced my battery (that was practically rusted in to place) with a smile on their faces (even though it took double the time it should have taken because the bolt was rusted in to place. I could not have done it my self and I was So thankful that they didnt send me away and powered through it!

2020-09-21Shop online to save and pick up at store. Staff is always helpful and patient with their customers. If they dont have it they will get it quickly. Recycle your used oil, just drop it off inside

2020-02-20Gave them a 4 only because the part was defective. People there were friendly and the alternator I bought was defective and they were able to give me a replacement after testing the new one to make sure we wouldnt have the same issue

2019-10-19Third store I visited to replace a headlight bulb for my car and the ONLY one who would help me put it in in the dark and cold after I got a warning ticket for it being out. Big thank you to Octavio!! You were my hero last night!!!! And thank you to his manager who let him step out to help me. Ill be back.
