Says they close at 9. Called to tell them I might be there at 8:59 on the dot to pick up and they said ok. I arrive at 8:56 pm with the doors already locked. Had placed an online order and I couldn’t even cancel my order because care was closed. I understand that people want to get home but i drove 25 min and was still within time to pick up and leave. If you guys cant find employees that can close at proper time them change your operating hours. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional for a company.

Im not one to complain about service but after waiting more than 15 minutes to have my battery tested to confirm a new battery purchase I felt I just had to share. I ended up leaving because after being patient while they finished up with a customer, someone else walks in and they immediately begin to serve them, continuing to ignore me. The man initially asked me to wait outside next to my car while he finished up and Im glad I didnt. Thats not how customers should be treated.

I was there yesterday and I have to say the two young men are outstanding! They did everything they could For me and I was so grateful, it was the evening shift Dec 23rd. I hope the management reviews these reviews and knows how valuable their employees are! It saddens me I didnt get their names. If youre reading this; you made my Christmas wonderful and safe! Thank you so much. I attempted to give the first young man $5 in exchange for his hard work and he refused and the same for the other young man for changing out the left front head light. I love this place rather they had issues or not; they gave their all ( in which they dont get paid for! If they assist any customers outside... Its common sense they dont get compensation so those of complaining like little babies should be grateful!!! ) and that meant everything too me!

I was just at advanced auto and the 2 employees were talk among each other out loud ignored the customers and when I went to buy the wax he told me it was 22 dollars where the sign said 15.99 very clueless employees will not come back .. also speaking in a language that Noone understood..

I went to return an item that according to the policy is not returnable. This is a $60 item that I did not need on the first place. I got it because it was recommended by the associate at the store. So I get home and I am trying to use it and it was not what I needed. So I put it back in the box, not used or anything and I left it in my car for maybe about a weekFinally today I had time to go in and return it, I reviewed my receipt to look at the policy and it does states clearly that is for a replacement if there is something wrong with it. I think well there is nothing wrong that I can think of I just simply did not use it because is not what I needed. Go in, I am told cant return it. Now I am at a lost of my $60 and an item that I will probably never use.

This is a sad auto parts store. I am consistently on hold for ten minutes-in comparison to say the Nissan Dealership which only has one guy working and Im on hold for three minutes. Inside Advanced, its slow.Everyone is nice but only the manager knows anything. The rest of the employees are really young and know nothing. Advanced Auto tells its 18 year old employees to say they dont make that part for your car when in fact a quick google search reveals that the part is available online and advanced doesnt stock it. Thats really annoying. The store constantly is looking for employees but they pay so little and specify part time only so they can cheap out on benefits-they never fill their positions.The stores stock a lot of China parts, Driveworks is only made in China. Most new cars take a synthetic oil but theyre constantly out. Its fine if youre cheap and dont care how long your motor lasts for, they stock conventional or blended oil. If youre cheap and you dont care about China parts, Advanced is for you.You might be surprised to find half of the parts you need are the same price at the dealership and their, theyre quick, knowledgeable and quality parts. This store is right across the street but I am driving 20 minutes to the dealership or Napa.

So i walk in and ask the guy at the counter if someone could possibly give me a jump in the parkinglot or let me use a jump box maybe? And the guy tells me theres nothing i can do for you man. I got those here for you to purchase...like come on man really. Great customer service. Ps i wrote this outside in my dead car in your parking lot.. Great customer service. I guess ill just jave to stop coming here

Yes they are a parts store but they are also very expensive compared to buying products on the internet and walmart. $21 for a bottle of concentrated coolant compared to $11 from Walmart. Same brand. So unless you need it now just buy online or skate over to Wal-Mart
