Everyone was very nice. Seen bad reviews and good reviews about this dentist office. But I had a very pleasant experience and everyone was kind and explained things very easily to understand what was needed to be done and why. And I liked all the women there because of their kindness and professionalism and the gentleman dentist who would work on me was not in a hurry and made sure I knew all about everything and my options. Thank you for a stress free day on my first visit.
The dentist and staff were excellent. They were very patient with my youngest when he started freaking out and explained everything they were doing. They also explained everything to my oldest and was very friendly to both of them. We had little wait time and it didn’t feel rushed when we went back.
Recently I have actually ran into an issue with one of the staff. She’s a women with a different accent and culture. At first I pushed it off as her not being able to understand me. She’s hung up on me, refused to schedule appointments, never contacted the dentist for a VERY important antibiotic for my son! And more! She won’t speak when I call. If I call when she’s there, she always tells me to call back another day. This is becoming a really big issue actually. I love everyone at this place, but she’s making it hard to continue coming here. My son was neglected for 4 days while I waited for a call back from the dentist. The dentist she never EVER contacted to ask about my prescription. I have 5 kids who come here and myself. I can’t have poor staff service when it comes to my children and having to wait 4 days while my son is in extreme pain over a prescription. She’s the only person I have an issue with and I know others are too! I’m shocked she still has a job. I’m convinced she’s ran off more people than just us. She’s there about every other day? And some how I constantly get her and it’s affecting us more than it’s helping at this point...My son and I waited 4 weeks for an appointment that they canceled 2 days before saying their office is closed. ( we both had appointments. How was 2 appointments scheduled on a closed day?????) How do they not know when their own office is opened?? My son has a bone infection and needs this tooth pulled. My poor kid waited WEEKS in pain just for it to be canceled 2 days before. NEVER returning!
This was my 8 year Olds third visit the first time we went in it was rescheduled since we didnt have our insurance info the second time we went in for a cavity resolution and they cleaned his teeth got us all scheduled for a extraction we usually gone to familia and waited an hour to be seen. Not here though!! The tech that helped the first time was absolutely wonderful she was so nice and caring! ( I forgot her name ) this second visit was the extraction the Dr came in and asked my son if he knew what we was doing today which he did the Dr numbed him with cream waited then numbed him with the needle and made sure he hid it so my son wouldnt freak out!! It took a couple tugs to get out his tooth I have never seen my son so calm and collective like that before the atmosphere definitely helped and thats appreciated!! We had the same tech this time too and she was so wonderful she made sure my son was in good hands well continue to go to Vogue Dental over Familia any day familia was the one that found the cavity and said they couldnt fix it smh
This was my first visit here. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and professional. Dentist was very polite and explained everything into detail as to what I needed done to achieve the smile I want. They gave me a printed out plan of everything to be done along with the cost. I was very pleased with my overall experience.
I really liked being there it felt like you were in the the future. I have never seen an X-ray machine that wasn’t invasive! Then the separate pods really made set the mood. Beautiful! Job Well Done!! There’s only one drawback, maybe two. The time I had to wait to get back to the wonderland, and the time I had to wait for the Dr after He had administered the Novocain. By the time He had returned the medication had worn off and I had to be given another dose prior to his starting, and my tooth wasn’t all the way numb To me the Dr was handling too many patients at a time to do GOOD QUALITY WORK. Don’t get me wrong, He did GOOD WORK. But the QUALITY WAS NOT THERE. Quality WORK IS NOT OVERBOOKING PATIENTS TO MAKE MONEY. In case of emergencies I understand you have to overbook by one or two, but you don’t make a cattle calls out of OFFICE CALLS. Nevertheless, this was my first visit and I did like the FUTURISTIC ATMOSPHERE I WILL BE BACK. Actually, if they will have me back?!?
My partial dentures arent even straight, I got them because of my teeth now Im more embarrassed to open my mouth
Every time I come here I wait at least an hour. Usually over an hour. Once they do take you back to a chair it’s like they just forget about you. Last time I was there there were 2 different people in the waiting room. One requested her dental records and the receptionist said she couldn’t give them because the doctor wasn’t here and he was the only one that was able to sign off on those. Another man was in the waiting room basically demanding that the receptionist, call the doctor, call the owner, call the other office to see if the doctor was coming. I feel bad for the receptionist. I know it isn’t her fault at all and the people were basically badgering her. It just seems like the dentist/doctor really doesn’t care at all. They book appointments too close together and make you wait and wait and wait. They also called to reschedule my appointment twice because the doctor needed to. It’s just always a hassle with this place and the doctor never cares.
Staff are very friendly, Although it was busy that day ,I observed while waiting that Dr did his Best & time on every patient that we deserved...Very professional & friendly manner.I highly recommended Vouge Dental to all of my friends & Family.Clean & friendly atmosphere.Looking forward for my next visit☺️Only One suggestion please disinfect chairs every after used by the patient in waiting room,Thanks
Ive been coming here for a few months now and I have no major complaints. They tend to get backed up at times but today I was there for a filling and the nurse did mention how they are working harder to imporve the wait times. And Honestly the last couple of times ive been there it hasnt taken that long. Ive had a root canel, many fillings, and a cleaning done here. Dr. M and the nurses are always great, they answer any questions you have and they make sure youre comfortable. I can honestly say I personally have not had a bad experence here.
I was able to get a new patient appointment rather quickly.The staff was friendly, waiting area Covid compliant, was seen shortly after arriving for my appointment.X-rays were quick and not as uncomfortable as I remembered them being in years past when having them taken.My appointment was for teeth cleaning. The doctor came in shortly after I was prepped with goggles and bib, then he introduced himself, Dr. Mandapati.I was prepared for a good experience, after reading reviews prior to making an appointment. The experience was good up until this point. I’m not sure if it’s because they’re short staffed or if procedures had changed since my last cleaning but I was thoroughly disappointed and frankly quite shocked at what was done next.The doctor reviewed the x-rays, took a look around in my mouth then proceeded to “clean” my teeth. He used a rotary tool to scrape along the base of the teeth at the gum line as his assistant used the suction for the collecting saliva. That was it. Very quick and inefficient. There was no flossing, no paste applied to the teeth, I wasn’t even offered a cup of water to swish and spit. I was literally shocked when he stood up and said make an appointment for 6 months. The entire ride home I was dazed, thinking “what just happened?”!My past experiences had the dental hygienist do the teeth cleaning and flossing with the doctor coming in to review x-rays and a physical assessment of the health of teeth and gum line along with a discussion on what was found and plan of action.I’m giving 2 stars and would have loved to rate higher. I’m only giving that rating and would have given 1 but the scheduling and other staff I encountered during my visit did a wonderful job and were the best part of my visit. The lack of stars is because this was the worst “teeth cleaning” I’ve had in my life.I did make a 6 month appointment but I will most likely cancel and find another dentist.I’m not sure if this was just an off day or lack of staffing but I’m put off by my experience and not very inclined to return because of it.

The staff is awesome. The dentist was amazing. My sister had 2 teeth that was causing here so much pain and they got her in within 2 hours and the discounts they gave her made the bill manageable. I cant give enough praise for this office. They are great!
I came in as a new patient with multiple dental issues. Everyone was friendly and kind. I was given options for moving forward with dental work. I am very anxious about dental issues from issues many years ago. I left feeling relieved and hopeful. Everyone was just wonderful.
Very friendly atmosphere. The nurses and the dentist explained everything that they was doing. Didn’t take long waiting in the waiting room or back in the room. Only problem is not answering the phone when you call.
I bring my family from tazwell county the staff is awesome. Always friendly and great with my children. Highly recommend vogue to anyone looking for a new family dentist.
I went to a different dentist last week & had to wait almost an hour just to be told they couldn’t help me.Vogue Dental was fast & friendly. I was in and out in time & everyone there was super nice. I will definitely continue going to them!
Great service ! They actually listened to me and developed a mutually agreed plan to resolve my dental issues, considering my schedule and budget. This place is more than cosmetic ... they are doing structural and medical treatment for me too ... very nice surprise.
The girls in the back were exceptionally NICE and extremely patient with my kids, the dentist has been the only one EVER to extract any teeth on my son without him having to be sedated!! Awesome dentist and very good with the kids!!! They have convenient hours and are very accommodating to my work schedule, I have found the last dentist office I will ever go to!! I went in to have a tooth extracted as this was one of the few places in the area that took my insurance. Might as well have been a cattle stock yard. They were cycling though patients as quickly as they could with absolutely no concern or care for the patients. Male dentist botched the extraction and left a huge piece of the root and nerve exposed and told me it was normal. Ive had pain in the area from the exposed nerve ever since. If it were possible to give Vogue Dental zero stars I would do so. Stay clear of this place.
I have ALWAYS had a fear of seeing a Dental provider. My sister mentioned this office to me, so I gathered courage and decided to go. Dr. J and staff made the experience enjoyable and not much discomfort AT ALL! I highly recommend them.
Dentist was rough and not reassuring for someone who has anxiety. Most painful experience with a dentist I have EVER had in the Peoria area. Told me they couldn’t see me because of too many missed appointments when I CORRECTLY rescheduled for appointments. They used that as “missed appointments”. Front desk staff are very rude and seem to come straight from the local college with an attitude to match. Do not come here.
I have always been terrified of the dentist. I have got to say today I was pleased, I overcame my fear quick the staff was nice and assured me I would be in good hands. My dentist told me everything she was going to do during my procedure and was very understanding. The ladies made me feel comfortable and I will be back to continue my dental care... Thank you very much I already feel better😀
Every person I encountered (sorry I did not get names) was kind, professional and patient! My New patient appt was rescheduled from previous day because doc hurt her ankle. So I ended up seeing Dr J who was clearly busy keeping up with the heavier than usual work load. I want you to read the following: Granted I did wait 1/2 hour in waiting area, then xrays and another 45 minute wait for dr to come in. But my door was open and I heard what was going on across the hall. It was clearly a difficult scared adult patient in pain, having a difficult time...and Dr J and the two assistants took their TIME and COMFORTED the patient and kindly explained his options and what they were trying to accomplish. When patient needed a break, they allowed him a moment. They put him at ease and did not rush his treatment just because there were others waiting! Where this long delay may cause some to become angry/dissatisfied, it had the exact opposite effect on me. It made me feel much more comfortable and trusting of this practice! It was not just cattle in—cattle out. This is hugely important to me!!When dr came in, he took a moment to talk to me about concerns, he really listened, he gave his opinion and answered all my questions thoroughly prior to proceeding. I felt I was in good hands. In minutes he, and his very capable assistant, had me numbed up and rid me of a problem causing wisdom tooth! Clear follow up instructions were given and I’m pleased that I chose Vogue from my provider search today. Thank you!
For my dental needs, I have had 5 appointments so far (maybe will have 5 more). At each appointment, I have felt reassured, comfortable and left with asking myself and why was I worried?. The staff (everyone!!) are always so pleasant, caring & full of knowledge!!! Believe me, I am a baby, baby in the dentist chair. In the past, I dreaded going even to the point of not going then when forced I would almost pass out while in the chair. But now, since going to Vogue, it has changed my emotions and feelings towards dentists. :) My very first appointment, they held my hand, my 2nd time, they held my hand...hey, they actually care!!! Now, my 5th time, Im good, I got this!!! Everyone there cares!!! The dentist, wow shes smart....she knows her stuff. She will explain anything, in my terms to understand!!! While working on you, she actually keeps you feeling comfortable and makes sure your doing ok!! Shes the BEST!!!! I highly recommend Vogue Dental!!!!
I was seen by Dr. D. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. At Vogue I felt like a patient, unlike other dentist offices where I felt just like a number. Dr D. made sure I knew and understood everything that he was going to do. They even came up with a dental plan for the future visits. It was a very pleasent visit where I did not feel rushed in and out. I will 100% recommend Vogue to others.
Vogue Dental has been very professional and efficient in every single aspect of their operation. All the way from the receptionist duties to the dental assistants to the dentist, Dr. Mandipati. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Vogue Dental has been so good that I simply had to share my experiences. And this is coming from someone that doesnt like to go to the dentist. Actually thats a lie.....I absolutely effing haaaate going to the dentist, but then again here I am telling the world about my positive experience.... so take that into consideration when youre looking to have a good time getting your teeth pulled, or whatever youre into , 🐐👊👍🐐I left the review above about 2 months ago 2020 after my first visit. This an update for that review after my 5th visit in a 2-3 month period after a series of procedures including a significant tooth extraction series of the upper and lowers, and prep for dental prosthetics including alveoplasty up til now October 9, 2020. If I had any issue between my scheduled visits, they would slide me into their busy schedule virtually immediately to deal with any urgencies. Im telling anyone that will listen, Dr Mandipati and his practice at Vogue dental are 100% of what Im am saying. And no, Im not getting compensated for this in any way. If anyone deserves a positive review, its Dr. M. Thank you all.
If I could give more stars I would! O...M...G...every single other time I have had xrays done of my mouth, I have GAGGED on that thing that you have to bite...NOT THIS TIME! Not only that, my teeth are SUPER SENSITIVE, even cleaning usually is painful...NOT.THIS.TIME. I am so grateful to these people...I dread going to the dentist most of the time, it was nice to leave without my mouth throbbing! I wanted to do a cartwheel! You will not regret coming to Vogue!!!!❤❤❤
I has an infection and they got me in the next day. Very nice office...Staff are friendly and helpful.The doctor is awesome.Would like to see pictures of the dentures there private lab makes.
I had a tooth pulled here today after the dentist told me he didn’t want to pull it he wanted to do a root canal and save then changed his mind the next two days and said he had not said that. After he yanked, grinded and pulled until my head almost came off it finally came out. I have very long roots. He refused to give me any pain meds. When I called them later after the pain got to much I called them and begged for pain meds they said no and preceded to call my primary doctor to ask him for pain meds, to which they said no. I feel like a Mac truck has hit by face. I will not go back to vogue dental for absolutely anything else!!!!
Vogue dental has been good with my son. They have helped him, and filled any cavities he has. :) I appreciate how sweet the dental assistants are, and the ladies at the front desk.
Worst dental experience. I recently brought my kids in here as ai was told by another dental office this is the only one who accepts my insurance. After this experience I will just pay out of pocket for dental. The staff was nice. But the doctor spent very little time with us and didnt seem to care much. Thehighlight of my kids going is getting a goodie bag or atleast a new tooth brush...we got nothing! In my multiple decades of going to the dentist this was a first for me... I will NOT be returning.

I took my 5 yr old son and Dr. Nasar seen him and was not helpful at all. He told me my son has cavities he couldn’t do anything for him and referred him to a pediatric dentist who’s not taking new patients. He was not helpful when I tried to ask questions and sent us away with no help and my son still in pain. I would not recommend him for anyone especially children. Terrible patient service!
The staff is very nice. Lets start off with that.But my daughter is no longer a patient here because of the dentist. I understand her frustration with my daughter as well as probably me. But I signed my daughter to have nitros for a reason, she is terrified and I dont want her to have the same crippling phobia of the dentist that I have. The woman ment well but she insisted on trying without nitros against my wishes. Which she explained because she doesnt like to use it on children. However, I am her mother and I made the decision. She should not make it for me. So now we tried without and my daughter is crying and trying to tough it out while the dentist tells her that its not that bad and to stop crying my daughter is YOUNG and telling her to stop is not going to work. She should know that as she is working with children.We will not be returning for anything related to children.
Every step of the way there was someone there to walk me thru, the fear I have about dentist. Every one from the Receptionist to the doctors. Nothing but kindness and a helping hand.
This place was not good. I called almost a week in advance explained everything. The person I talk to told me that they did all I need and took my insurance. Drove almost an hour to the dentist and they told me they didn’t do any of that. The place needs to get themselves on the same page.
I had to ASK about my sons care, what the next step was after the initial appointment,as they didnt come discuss with me at all! Then we were NOT offered any type of referral help, just there is a place in Chicago, call around locally....well not everyone can afford several trips to CHICAGO, and most places offer some type of list of specialists in the area and beyond...just not very professional on relaying information about a minor to parent and not very helpful either.
The dentist is very skilled. I truly barely felt the needle when he was numbing my gums. The tech staff was very friendly and helped put me at ease!! Thx to all them😉

Vogue is amazing with the best dentist. My son needed a baby root canal. I called every where from Chi town to Iowa per Meridian. I stumbled across Vogue thew the 10 other places that took his insurance, but no longer taking new patience. The doctor was a parents dream, treated my child, minimal pain with shots when he has never had them, explained the pros and cons to the procedure, help my kids hand the whole time, got a toothbrush and toothpaste when completed, earned a prize from the box for so doing so great. Wasnt bad but trying to get some pain meds after ...kinda sucks didnt hurt as bad as thought it would . Should of gave me more gauze pads cause I still havent stopped bleeding an I got my tooth pulled around 3 .

I went in for teeth cleaning and to be referred to an oral surgeon the dentist did the extraction in under 30min it was quick with no problems.

2022-06-30Do not EVER take your children here! My 8 year old grandson had to have a tooth pulled and they TRAUMATIZED not only HIM but his mother as well! If a child is screaming, while you are digging around in the hole of the tooth you just pulled...STOP WHAT YOURE DOING!!! I will be making a report to the public health authorities as well!!!

2021-08-08Staff was really helpful and nice. Our appointment was at 2 we waited till 3 which is I could understand maybe they were busy with other patients. After we arrived the room dental assistance was nice and helpful 20 minutes later dentist came and stayed with us totally 3 minutes, it is not the joke just 3 minutes!!! And he just left suddenly I thought he will come back but he didn’t. I understand they have too many patients but still we deserved to say at least good bye or I’m leaving words… I felt so uncomfortable and worthless…

2021-12-30Consistency is key. During my third visit, the pattern of consistently poor service has earned this review. Each visit required at least a 40 minute wait (today 8:00 arrival, 9:10 in dental chair, 9:28 service begins). I decline x-rays because they took them 6 months ago and yet couldnt discern that I had a cracked molar. They talked me into getting 3 teeth coated, calling the procedure filling cavities, a loose term which they said would be covered by insurance. This elective procedure was a mistake. Within a week, one filling fell off while mildly brushing my teeth. They redid that filling, but the redone filling fell off in about 5 weeks. 10 weeks later, another filling detached. Great: 3 of 4 fillings now detached. Now I get an unexpected bill: they say the insurance company only co-pays on 2 per year. The manager could care less. She doesnt indicate concern about either long wait times or poor fillings adhesion.To the manager, Im not a patient, just a cash cow.

2021-10-13VogueDental worked my 93 year old mother in for an extractions. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. My mom is very scared of dentists They were very patience and understanding. We have to go back due to infection but we both are so much more relaxed about going back. Bravo Vogue Dental. My mom has found a new dental practice

2021-08-03Maria has made my daughters first dentist appointment very enjoyable. I am so happy that all of her nerves were taken seriously and she made her feel at ease. Showed her every tool before she used it, showed her the x rays, and explained why it was so important to take care of your teeth.

2021-07-20I’ve had a few issues with Vogue Dental, but just to name some most recent issues. I showed up to my boys’ appointment on a Saturday morning. Nobody was there. The doors were locked. There was no sign and I had not received a call that they were closed or anything. I had a 30 min drive there and home. I called that day and got a voicemail so I left a message and never got a response on why nobody was there or to reschedule. I then called a few days ago as my son chipped his teeth on vacation. They worked him in right away, so I was happy about that. I then find out after his appointment that they said they couldn’t take care of the issue because there wasn’t enough “time” and they had other patients to see.. This is why I scheduled the appointment to begin with. So they just cleaned his teeth and that wasn’t what the appointment was scheduled for. We will not be going back here. I’ve had more issues but I’d be writing a book if I named them all. Not kid friendly or friendly at all.

2021-06-18They have a small waiting room. Not too many people wearing mask during pandemic so that was concerning. But The staff is pretty friendly. To my knowledge there always seems to be only one dentist working the office and doing his rounds around the office. He does a good job but doesn’t have much time to dedicate to you because he has to get to the next patient. Unfortunately he never has enough time to do a lot of work on my mouth. I had a 3 cavities that needed to be worked on, he did all of of them but one because he didn’t have enough time….. for one tooth…. So expect to have to come back for multiple visits

2021-10-07Nothing Vogue about this place, poor communication and lack of customer care regarding services and your money being spent on their products and services. The doctors do not see you for more than 5 seconds to explain anything or walk you through getting the best outcome for your smile. It’s a big rush for your money and they don’t offer any assistance with making a decision towards the esthetics of your teeth . Price kept changing every time the balance is different than what was previously stated. Will not be returning, unprofessional and poor communication due to undertrained staff and foreign language barrier with the head dentists! Go elsewhere!
