This place and the people who work in it make GNC look like a joke. Great customer service with advice looking to benefit me holistically rather than advice that pointed me to the most expensive items in the store. Fantastic experience
The guys in here are very knowledgeable. They are keen to the fact that every body is different in its own special way and will look at all factors when helping develop a goal structured for your lifestyle and goals. I saw results in the first couple weeks and continue to do so. Thanks to all of you for helping me obtain realistic goals.
Royce is SO patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Ive lost 30 pounds with his help so far and Im going to keep going! Every time Im having trouble with a supplement or am looking to change something, he is right there to answer my questions and cheer me on. No matter how long its been since Ive come into the store, he remembers me and asks how my regime is going. Definitely a 5 STAR experience! :)
I normally don’t like to complain about a business. But I was really offended. I was parked next door at the cupcake store. I was in my car leaving the parking lot and was approached by someone from this business. They ran outside to tell me they had cookies next door and wanted me to come inside to discuss my goals. All of this happened while I’m sitting in my car, foot on the brake. First of all, this is just aggressive to try and earn someone’s business. Secondly, it’s offensive to someone who clearly just went into a place that’s not health driven. And third, I actually have been losing weight on my own this year and have been achieving my own goals. I just don’t think that’s a very good way to do business. Not only is it rude to your client base, but it’s also rude to the businesses who you neighbor with. I apologize to the cupcake store for this business trying to solicit their customers.

I was very surprised to see that this wasnt just a normal supplement store. The staff is extremely knowledable and asked me what my goals are and really helped me and cared about what i was trying to do. They showed me all the right products and ive alredy lost 25 pounds jn two months! I highly recomend this store! Best supplements in town!

2021-06-14Don’t remember the young gentleman who helped me but he was awesome, fantastic customer service made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I wasn’t leaving the store without any questions unanswered. Super helpful. I was expecting to walk in and get my stuff and figure it out on my own but he gave me so much information I didn’t even know about. It helped a lot!! There is a lot more to it than just taking pills. He sat down with me and explained everything. Came out of there feeling very confident about my weight loss journey!

2019-01-06The service is absolutely amazing. They give you one on one attention and get to know you and what goals you want to achieve. The environment is always upbeat and positive when I’m in there, and they encourage you on your goals. If you have questions, they’re willing to take the time to answer them and breakdown any of them for you to better understand. I used to only buy online for the lower cost, but the staffs support, knowledge, and encouragement is what keeps me coming back here. As for the products, it’s nice that there isn’t a ton of different brands for the same general product idea. Quality ingredients and not a bunch of extra random fillers on the label. Product gives you what you need to get the results you want, period. I’ve tried plenty of supplements over the years and it’s hard to find quality ones any more. It’s honestly been years since I’ve found something that gets me excited to crush some goals again. I feel good about my workouts and not just going through them for results, I’m seeing results fast. The staff is as dedicated to your goals as you are to your workouts and the product you’re buying. Honestly the best nutrition place around and by far the best I’ve been to.

2018-03-01I love the high quality products, the free machine, and that you can get discounts for being part of a gym anyd get free things when you check in! It’s such a nice, clean environment that is not intimidating to walk into like most nutrition stores are. I also LOVED the manager, Royce. He was so sweet, genuine, and really cared that I was getting the best stuff for me. Royce definitely deserves a raise!

2019-05-29This business was definitely founded on good morals. Youre treated like a houseguest when you walk in. The General Manager gave me a plan of how to diet and the basics of how nutrition works. Being able to take home a sheet of all this FOR FREE was incredible. Ill definitely stop by again sometime to keep checking up on my progress.
